• Praveen (10/5): Excellent place. Ideal for short or long break - It is a gem of a place, very quiet and safe. Alicante city is easily accessible and it’s very easy to get around. There are lots of places to visit, eat and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The hospitality is great and we were regularly asked if we needed any help to make our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend!!!
• Valentin (7/5): It's not bad, but I wouldn't go back. - The location is very good. Close enough to the beach, and with many restaurants within walking distance. The French couple who own the house on the property are very nice. I was lucky they were home upon arrival, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to enter. The bed was really comfortable as well, although quite squeaky. The booking manager. She seemed to have forgotten my booking twice. I never received the entry information before arrival, nor did she later reach out to do the tourist paperwork or tell me what to do with the keys upon leaving. I had to contact her myself, and then had to wait for her to pick up the keys in person. For the rest, the shower runs out of warm water quite quickly, the wifi is really unstable, and the ceiling lamps seem to have some kind of adapter light in them, which makes them illuminate everything at night, even when the lights are off.

• Stephan (8/5): Schöner Badeurlaub mit ein bißchen Städte anschauen - Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hilft weiter bei fragen was man anschauen kann oder wo der nächste Supermarkt oder Restaurant ist ...die Lage zum Strand ist für zu Fuß perfekt , sicheres Viertel und angenehme Wohngegend --für eine Woche Urlaub oder ein paar tage Auszeit optimal Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftsküche , die Aussattung ist sehr sparsam gehalten , wir hatten Glück das wir die Küche 6 Tage allein nutzen konnten , den wenn sie von beiden Wohnungen gleichzeitig genutzt wird , dann ist da schon sportlich wer wann sie nutzen kann ....
• Jochen (6/5): Für ein paar Tage super, aber eine Woche dort ist zu lange. - Die Lage ist gut und es ist sehr ruhig. Bis zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten. Das Personal/Eigentümer sehr nett. Die Matratzen waren leider sehr hart und unbequem. Es gab in einer Woche Aufenthalt leider keinen Handtuchwechsel. Zudem hatte das Zimmer leider keinen Kleiderschrank sondern nur eine kleine Kleiderstange. Für zwei Leute zu wenig.

• Ema (8/5): Very good - The location is great, it is just a short walk away from the beach, the tram, a small supermarket and restaurants. Being able to use the pool was great. The garden outside is very pleasant. There is a communal kitchen which is handy for when you want to eat at home. Despite being in a busy area the property is very quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a simple room to stay at whilst exploring Alicante this fits the bill. There was an issue with the wifi that the hosts tried to resolve but it didn’t get resolved during our stay, so if this is important to you maybe double check before booking.
• Mariam (10/5): Relaxing and beautiful stay - The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Gema was super friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and was very reactive. She suggested to us what to visit and where to eat. The house is beautiful with an amazing pool. The room was very clean and the kitchen as well. I totally raccomend this place and I will come back It was perfect.
• Alina (10/5): Excelent place for a solo traveler. - I kinda' had the place for myself. There was another person in the other room, but we had different schedules, so we never met. Besides the room itself, with bathroom and a closet for the luggage, there is a big yard, with a table and chairs (there is also a pool, but although it was warm outside, it wasn't in use because it was October (out of season).( I didn't need it, so it wasn't a problem) and a kitchen fully equipped. Each guest has their own cupboard, and place in the fridge. tv in the room and the kitchen as well. Very quiet. Very clean. You cannot park in the yard knot even a scooter), but there is plenty of space outside the property. Very close to the beach (5 min walk). A laundry washing machine would have made the place perfect(er).

Isabelle and Juan are friendly and welcoming and work hard to ensure that their guests feel at home. They are also impressively multilingual! - Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. - The beds were very comfortable. - The house is a short walk from Muchavista beach and there are a range of restaurants and shops nearby. - The property is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area, and was a relaxing, peaceful place to stay. - Parking is free and easy to find on the street immediately outside the property. - We loved the beautiful saltwater pool and the garden area. - The hosts provided a nice shared kitchen/dining area with a fridge-freezer and cooking facilities. - There are only 2 guest rooms at this property, so it always felt quiet and peaceful and never crowded. - It would have been nice to have some shelves/drawers to unpack and put away our belongings in the room.
