• Dominika (1/5): If you are looking for a nice, relaxing, safe space to enjoy your holiday - THIS IS NOT IT - We booked it for 4 nights ahead, and it was the biggest mistake. We DID NOT SPEND A NIGHT THERE, IT WAS JUST NOT BEARABLE, we just had to go and look for other accommodation and found another with a beautiful garden, pool, and even cheaper! these are the reasons why not to book this accommodation: - it is the noisiest place you can find. There is a pool in front of your bedroom (like 2 meters away) with the loudest music and screaming people and kids - The bedroom doesn’t have glass windows just wooden sheds - everyone can see in there if you want to open them - and it is noisy - If you like parties, you are welcome and it is for free from your bed:) - No mosqito net and lot of mosqitos - Very dull and dark since it ground floor - Pool (which you cannot use) just one meter from the patio - No one onside to help you, not speaking English (communication just through messages) - Not nice owners and staff who do not care about their guests but just about your money After long traveling you just want to relax and feel safe. This you will not get here, be sure. We raised concerns with the owner, who repeatedly offered to cancel the reservation. Eventually, we accepted, but then the owner changed their mind, refusing to cancel or modify the booking, even though they promised and offered to cancel the booking. Despite we offered to cover expenses for the first and second night, as well as platform costs, they declined, lied, did not want to meet us to return keys,.. Communication with them and their customer was very poor and rude. If you're considering booking this apartment, I highly recommend thinking twice and booking elsewhere. Don't let it ruin your holiday. The attitude and behavior of the staff are one thing (they really need to understand customer service, they'll learn...), but the apartment itself is another. It's not suitable, uncomfortable, very noisy, dull, dark, and, from my perspective, not safe at all.
