• Maite (7/5): - La ubicación buena y el apartamento bonito Faltan utensilios de cocina. Solo hay un trapo de cocina y muy pocos cubiertos. El baño necesita mejora...la ducha y el mueble que está al lado de la ducha está oxidado. Y muy importante....falta un sofá... Sería bastante útil...

• Becki (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - This lovely apartment was in a great location for us- we were close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was fab also! The bed wasn’t overly comfortable

• Ana (8/5): - El complejo está muy chulo y el estudio estaba bien, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Le hubiera venido bien un pequeño sofá para ver la tele por ejemplo.
• Davina (10/5): Excellent Location - The apartment itself is well equipped with all your essentials that you require during your stay. The apartment is located in an excellent location with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The facility itself has outdoor pools and are very well maintained.Just be mindful that the main pool is only open during summer months. No issues at all.

• Smith (1/5): - Nothing at all we had to pay to move somewhere else that was clean and everything worked. There wasn't a settee, just the bed and 4 hard folding chairs at a plastic table. There was rust on the fridge freezer and also in the microwave, which hadn't been cleaned. Needed binning. The shower was too small and needed a new shower head and the cubicle was dirty. Tv and air con didn't work. Dirty worn headboard, plus we borrowed some bedding from another agent before we could move out. Complained, but nothing came of it as we were told the owner refused to reply by Booking. Com.

• Angeles (6/5): - Me gustó las instalaciones que el apartamento El apartamento más limpio y más utensilios pues tuvimos que comprar trapos y cuchillos en este aspecto debe mejorar El menaje del apartamento y un poco la limpieza del mismo
• David (8/5): Cheap and cheerful. - Apartment was very clean and location is excellent, but I know the area well. Air con was very quiet and welcome in the heat. Shutter was stuck half way so made it very difficult to use the terrace, we bought some cheap beach towels and have left for others to use, hopefully they will respect this and help themselves to free towels. More pillows to sleep on.

The apartment was well located for the beach and local amenities, with good transportation links.. were some minor issues, shower holder broken and toilet overflow was flowing all night. But neither were issues which were off putting

• Jason (10/5): Alpa Minerva - Excellent location. Very clean and tidy studio and the bonus of free internet. Very easy to arrange to collect and drop off the keys. I'd definitely stay again

• Autumnbelle (9/5): Basic but comfortable - Location is good as it's central to the beach and shops. Easy check in with the keys available at 24 hour reception. The apartment is quite basic but did contain everything I needed like a kettle and toaster and microwave fridge cooker etc. There isn't a duvet for the cooler nights though so maybe that might be something the owner would like to consider adding. There's towels, cutlery and plates, pots, dishes and pans etc. The kitchen knife is quite blunt though and doesn't cut bread so perhaps that could be replaced. Other than that it was suitable and the bed was comfortable. Nothing really
• Goddard (9/5): Great holiday - Been in Minerva before, using private owners...this one had all you need for a lovely stay, balcony views,A/C was great, weather was great for the most part, its 10mins from beach and the lovely Paloma park, if you want the swimming pool all open go bebefore October the first as they cordon off most of it through the winter...great for all the bars close by...thanks Minerva for another great stay!
• Patricia (6/5): Sunshine holiday - Good location beside bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk to the beach and swimming pool was beautiful. Apartment was very basic and didn't even have a couch which was very disappointing! The bathroom was tiny with very little room for any toiletries on surfaces and shower was very small. Everything was very poor quality and the little hairdryer was like a child's one with very weak power.

• Lewis (9/5): excellent! - The apartment was clean and simple. Perfect base for our holiday. Cooking facilities were just what we needed for a short stay and the hob worked great. No oven - however we didn’t mind this. Bed was comfy, lots of storage however some draws seemed a bit precarious. So close to great bars and short walk to the beach AND not to mention the great pool which was free although sunbeds cost €4 each for the day. Had an amazing time. Key was hard to use originally but we worked it out. Possibly a need for some sort of kitchen towel for washing up.

• Sarah (8/5): Great location/pool, and generally lovely apartment/balcony. Facilities are okay but a few small additions could - Great location. Nice size apartment and balcony. The pool was fab (just a shame you have to pay €4 for a sunbed each day. Kitchen facilities were ok but definitely could’ve been more/better. It needs a full length mirror as well as some other basic facilities such as a hair dryer, chopping board, kettle, a sponge for washing up instead of a scrubbing brush, antibacterial surface spray and a cloth for wiping the sides after preparing food. The apartment also wasn’t very clean when we arrived; there were long black hairs everywhere, and the kitchen felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean (plus some of the kitchen plates etc. had food/oil marks on them).
• Butler (10/5): Amazing stay at Minerva! - The apartment we stayed in was lovely, had full utilities and was clean and had a balcony. The pool for the building is also phenomenal and was not busy at all at the time we stayed (September) 24 hr vending machines on site aswell Nothing :)
• Gina (8/5): Great location, friendly and helpful receptionists and as it's a residential building, mostly quiet - The shower cubicle, very small with sticking doors. Could be made slightly larger for ease of use.
• Derek (2/5): Wish I had stayed in different accommodation. But the area and bars etc good - Lots of bars and places to eat & drink Reception person not helpful. The accommodation was awful. Broken furniture.. (evidently been reported many times and nothing done) rusty big locker bathroom... shower cubicle horrible .. you can only use the shower if you are a medium size to small build person . No kettle to make a drink.. very dated in parts .. the air con was good though. Best bit of the stay there... stayed in minerva apartment 337... I tried to add photos but the function not working on booking. Com
• Rory (8/5): Very good - Pool is amazing . Location is excellent too .Shops , cafes , pubs and restaurants all outside the front door . Beach is an easy walk from the accomadation . Would defiently stay again

• Micheal (9/5): Great Apartment & Location. - Great location and clean apartment with a balcony. Front door is a bit of a pain to get in to, shower head sits down no settings, A/C drum filling up and emptying over the balcony floor causing it to flood.
• Stephen (2/5): we are disappointed and did not want to spend anytime in the studio. - comfortable bed, good pressure shower. no kettle, only one bath towel, limited cutlery, damaged chest side tables and drawers, they were unsteady and the drawers collapsed as they were opened. when we contacted the owner we were informed they knew about the drawers etc but they were 97 kilometres away and could not do anything about the list of issues. we have paid too dollar for this studio flat which has left us feeling cheated.
