- Dylan (7/5): Great value for short term rental. - The Laureles neighborhood is very safe, the apartment is near all the essentials. It has hot water for showers, a great fridge with an adorable little manual ice machine. A washer in unit. Back bedroom was comfortable. Access to WiFi and a TV. The apartment is directly above a bar (to be fair, as advertised in the photo) Which if you are a sound sleeper, great. But you could literally feel the bass out of the extremely loud speakers at the bar. Respectfully, they did close down at 2:30am. But don’t plan to sleep in the front room on the fold out futon, unless it’s after the bars or something.

- Christopher (9/5): Very good location and worth the price. I would book again!!!! - Front entry door. Good central location I didn’t realize there was a bar under however out of my 14 days it was only noisy 1 night and I was able to close the room door and get rest.
