• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful stay. The place was very clean, with all the necessities provided. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in a long time. The host was very respectful, gracious, and helped with any questions and concerns. Location is great, with a nice supermarket right nearby, and an easy bus ride to center of Florence.
• Sanchitkumar (3/5): A filthy, unsafe property crawling with bugs — completely unfit for families, especially with a toddler. - This was by far the worst property I have ever stayed in, and I’m extremely disappointed with Booking.com for even listing such a place. The entire place was filthy — no cleaning had been done at all. There were bugs and flies everywhere, and it honestly felt like we were living in a jungle. What made it even worse is that I was traveling with my 2-year-old son, and the place was absolutely unsafe for a child. The level of uncleanliness was shocking — I was constantly worried about his health and safety. The kitchen was completely unusable. The oven was filthy, the exhaust was covered in grime, and the utensils were in such terrible condition they shouldn’t even be there. We couldn’t cook or eat in that environment. This property doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of hygiene or livability. Booking.com seriously needs to reassess this listing. It was a nightmare stay and a total waste of money. I would strongly warn others to avoid it at all costs.
