• Jurate (8/5): Erdvus butas - Puikus išplanavimas, erdvus, šviesus butas neblogoj lokacijoj. Didelė svetainė su valgomuoju, 3 miegamieji, dvi vonios, virtuvė. Šiaip puikus butas. Bene vienintelis tikras minusas yra dušų srovė. Maudymasis buvo labai komplikuotas, nes vandens temperatūra nepastovi, o srovė labai silpna. Abiejuose dušuose.
• Collette (8/5): We had a fabulous few days in Florence and the apartment and facilities helped to contribute to that! - Good location within walking distance of most locations although felt a bit far walking back at night if we were the other side of town, but that is to be expected Great size and facilities for our group of 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby Personally for us I would have preferred a ground floor apartment as lift was quite small and not easily accessible with a pushchair

• Harry (8/5): Goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad Florence - Het appartement is erg sfeervol. Verder is het fijn dat er veel airco's zijn. Het appartement zit net buiten het centrum. Wat kleine dingen, er zit geen slot op de badkamer, de douche is matig, de keuken is volledig maar heeft wel onderhoud nodig.

• MARIO (9/5): Excelente empresa! - La empresa nos cambio de apto por un daño en calentador y resulto mucho mejor que este. Es una empresa muy seria y responsable. Estrenamos el apto que nos dieron. Muchas gracias por todo!

• Emma (10/5): The most stunning apartment with wonderful service! The view from the balcony is incredible. - The apartment was stunning. We had a wonderful stay. The servicing company was extremely helpful and provided some wonderful recommendations. Thank you so much!! There was only 1 thing we would change about our stay and that would be a more comfy pillow or 2 pillows for each guest, only a VERY minor adjustment.

• Finegan (7/5): Spacious, elegant and well located apartment that needs to fix its bathrooms. - Gentleman who met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment was excellent and shared lots of helpful local information. We loved the view of the Four Seasons garden from our porch where furniture could have been a little more comfortable. Whole apartment was very spacious including the bedrooms. The bathrooms need a lot of work. Not possible to take a shower comfortably. Drains clogged. Glass shower wall leaked so room flooded. Shower nozzle could not be raised to proper height and stay there. Toilet seat broken. Light over sink not working. Bathroom experience really not good.
• Displayname1288 (9/5): Superb - Large, beautiful apartment. Friendly host. Comfortable beds. It might be a good idea to consider refreshing some of the apartment's facilities.
• Jeffrey (10/5): We have been to Europe several times and the Capponi Apt. was by far the nicest accommodations. - The location was perfect. Close to the activities we were interested in. Nothing. This apartment was nothing short of incredible.
• Lea (9/5): It was a great unit that met all our needs. Would definitely recommend this apartment. - We had a host that met us to show us all the details of the unit. They even allowed us to check in a few hours early. That was a huge benefit. The location was great, in walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do. The size of the unit was roomy, perfect for 6 adults to spread out and feel comfortable. There is a balcony overlooking a back garden that is lovely! Decor was nice. There was a big yellow stain on the white comforter in one bedroom. Another bedroom had an iron bed that felt a little rickety and squeaky. We were surprised there was no dryer, only a washer. We hung everything to dry and it worked out ok for us.
• Lavina (5/5): Passable - What I'm like is only is near in the city. The toilet is not really clean specialy the 🚽 cover is already broken but still they didn't changes it the shower room are also not cleaned as well, the kitchen utensils are also not good also not really clean.
• Jaime (10/5): Perfect apartment in the heart of Florence - The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, in a residential area and way bigger than expected. The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the city center. Note: It does have TV and Microwave The pillows could be better
