• Yefremova (10/5): Все было превосходно! - Было очень удобно добираться до любой точки Лондона! Район тихий и уютный, но всего в квартале от апартаментов чудесное место для шоппинга. Очень вежливая и доброжелательная хозяйка. Инструкции четкие и понятные.
• Valeriia (6/5): - Квартира удобно расположена: в минуте остановка автобуса, на котором можно быстро добраться до центра, метро - в 12 минутах, если кто-то приезжает с целью посещения матча Арсенала, стадион в 15 минутах. Рядом кафе, магазины. Хозяйка очень приятная, быстро отвечает на вопросы в чате, заселила нас раньше на полтора часа, была вежлива. В квартире есть чайник, печь, стиральная машина, тв, холодильник. Квартира требует ремонта. В хорошем состоянии только ванная комната. Зал и особенно спальня со старым ремонтом, мебелью, есть трещены в стене в спальне, грязные пятна на диване в зале, и в целом, за счет этого в квартире не ощущается уют. Очень быстро загрязнается помещение: мы хотели сами прибраться (за неделю это никто не сдалал, хотя сбор за уборку берут),но в квартире не было тряпки ни для влажной уборки, ни для пола. К тому же, на неделю проживания у нас было только одно очень маленькое мыло, чайник был весь в накипи, мы собирали ее руками со дна чайника горстями, не было полок для одежды, шкаф с вешалкой очень низкий.

• Ariella (7/5): - Good location, easy walk to bus and tube stations. Good bathroom and kitchen. Secure entrance. Good stay overall! No microwave. Furniture/bedding a bit used.
• Melissa (6/5): Nice property in a good area but at a hefty price for what it offers - Great location close to transport options. Funky style furniture and lovely outdoors area. Comfortable beds and lounge. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Expensive compared with others offering same features. Pokey design.

• Barbara (5/5): Passable - close to the bus stop Size of the flat versus the cost - this is the fifth flat booked in london and was the most expensive and smallest (by far) When we saw the photos on booking.com it wasn't apparent which photographs were for which flat The info indicated that the flat slept 4 people (2 x double beds) Only 2 chairs provided around the kitchen table - having said that there wasn't enough room for any more chairs as the table meant the space n the kitchen was tight. 1 + 1/3 toilet rolls provided and only 2 teaspoons. We didn't appear to have access to the heating controls in our flat - the towel rail was on continually for several days and we were unable to switch it off The flat needs to be repainted - see photos attached as some areas were in poor condition Floor under sofa needs to be cleaned as discovered when trying to retrieve a fallen pen

• Mubariz (6/5): Pleasant - The bathroom is nice ,the location is wonderful. To be honest, this is a basement and this needs to be indicated. The garden in the backyard that is advertised is useless and it is shared with the whole house, which also contains several apartments. My daughter has arachnophobia and I had to clear the rooms of numerous spiders and cobwebs. There was no second set of linen, we had to buy it in the store. This property is not intended for long-term living, you can stay here for 2-3 days at most, but not for two weeks. The kitchen does not have the most important thing - a coffee maker, but there is a useless giant toaster machine that takes up a lot of space in a tiny kitchen. In a word, it helped us that there were many stores with household utensils on Holoway Road and we quickly bought everything we needed.Oh, and also, you are lucky if no big people live on the top floor, because if the neighbors on the top turn out to be big, then their steps upstairs will make you feel like you’re inside a big drum, something needs to be done about this, for example, make a thick bed on the top floor carpet.
