• Heidi (9/5): - Het was proper en mooie kamers. Het zag eruit zoals op de foto's. Alles was aanwezig. Gelegen in een veilige en mooie buurt met winkels en restaurants. Ook metro's kortbij. De eigenaar van het appartement reageerde altijd en gaf ook leuke tips van restaurants. Hij had ook koffie en melk voorzien. 1 van de slaapkamer lag aan de straatkant. ' s nachts was er soms lawaai van de mensen op straat en de vuilniswagens. De nationale feestdag was wel in het weekend, misschien was er daarom meer lawaai?
• Gila (8/5): Cool and comfy - The apartment is very clean and comfortable, especially having two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils. The cooling system through the floor is pretty unique and it took a few hours for the place to reach a cool comfy temperature, that was maintained throughout our stay. David the host is very responsive and ready to answer any question. The location is unmatched, around the corner from a busy street with shops and bars and between two metro stations. Great neighbourhood with a nice atmosphere. Couldn't really open the windows because one opened straight to the street and the people passing, and the other to a dark inner yard.

Apartamento térreo, todo reformado e modernizado, em prédio antigo a poucos metros da Estação Metro Quevedo. Também possível usar a estação metro Bilbao. Região tranquila e cercada de restaurantes, cafés, lojas. Dois quartos com dois banheiros. Muito limpo. Cozinha bem equipada. Talvez uma máquina de lavar roupa possa fazer falta para quem fique por tempo longo. A temperatura do ar condicionado está limitada na cidade de Madrid, segundo explicações do anfitrião. Algo que não depende do anfitrião em si.
• Joan (10/5): Perfect place in Chamberi for a family stay - The apartment was roomy for a family of 4(2 teens) - with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Super clean, good wifi, lovely walk in showers with amazing water pressure and rainfall showerheads. Everything you possibly needed in the kitchen (though we didn't cook during our stay). David was accessible and always responded promptly. Located less than 200 feet from a main shopping street with food; clothing shops; Ikea; Aldi market. It was an ideal apt in an ideal location + I would def try to rebook when I return! Ice cube trays would've put it over the top

Un pequeño inconveniente con la climatización del piso que fue resuelta de inmediato por David

A great bonus is the presence of two separate bathrooms, adding extra comfort. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants. Plus, the apartment is close to the metro, making it easy and quick to reach the city center and other areas of Madrid.

The owner's meticulous attention to detail is impressive. Nothing except no extra rolls of toilet paper was provided for 5 days stay

From the time we arrived until the time we left we totally felt at home, highly recommended! It’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s a suggestion to put an extra blanket that guest can use as it can get cold, and conditioner to bathe. Other than that its was top notch!!!

Apartment very well equipped The location is close to the street and there is a neighborhood behind that is noisy. There are like 8 apartments that you can hear everything from the bedroom.
• Pedro (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Madrid’s Best Neighborhood - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. The area is well-connected with both bus and metro options, making it easy to get around the city. What I loved most is that it felt more “madrileño” and less touristy, offering a true local experience. The apartment was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a meal, which made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided in the bathroom were also a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the apartment cool even during the hottest days. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was flexible and easy, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The host was great—responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect. All in all, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

(Not in the touristic downtown but next to the metro; also close to the supermarket and restaurants/cafes, and the laundry) The place was very clean and well equipped. Coffee, tea, and milk was provided too. Our host David was also very responsive. Had a comfortable stay here and highly recommend for families/friends! Not a problem, but you need a laundry machine it doesn’t have one but there is a nearby laundry place 2mins from the place.
• Humberto (8/5): Very good - The location and the cleanliness was excellent. Also, the host was very attentive tour every need. I would recommend him without reserve. We were under the impression that there would be a washer and dryer in the unit. There was none. Also, the shower was very small.
• Alngwen (9/5): Great location just on the edge of the city centre. - David our host was very easy to contact and made himself available if we needed him. The kitchen very well stocked and the apartment was close to public transport, supermarket and shops. No complaints very good.
• Marguerita (10/5): Wonderful stay in David's apartment. - The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, shops and the supermarket was a five minute from the apartment. It was also walking distance to some of the main attractions in Madrid and a five minute walk to the metro. The apartment was very modern and clean and the kitchen was well equiped and the host David had left us coffee, tea, milk and other condiments which was a nice gesture. David was very helpful and gave us recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area and allowed us to check out late on our last day. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly book it again.
