• Whitewaterc5 (9/5): Great location to experience local Rome and still see major sites - Great places to stay while visiting Rome that is away from the crowds but still has excellent transportation options to get anywhere you want. Including a metro seven minutes away, a taxi station and tram station in front, and Ostiense train station nearby. The neighborhoods nearby are great and wonderful places for a peaceful walk with actual locals. Our favorite was Testaccio for the great food and gelatos. The apartment is modern and both the bedroom bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Location is quiet and nice well maintained building. Host was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. If you are sleeping on the sofa couch the fridge compressor can be noisy, seems it could use some maintenance. Would be nice to have curtains instead of just the window metal shutters to use for some privacy. But overall only small little issues, nothing big.
• Tomasz (9/5): W skali 1-10 pobyt w lokalu oceniam na 9. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - Circus Maximus 7 min pieszo, 10 min do wejścia na teren Forum Romanum, 12 min do Koloseum. Przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe 1 minuta, 2 stacje metra (linia niebieska) 7 min. każda, 3 lub 4 stacja od dworca Termini i 10 min pieszo do dworca kolejowego Ostiense (np. dojazd do lotniska Fiumicino - 31 min, bilety normalny 8 euro), 5 min sklep spożywczy Deco, 10 min do ogrodu pomarańczowego i tarasu widokowego na Rzym i zachodu słońca. Budynek z ochroną, zbudowany ok. 2002 r. Bardzo istotna kwestia - zarządzający bardzo elastyczny. Świetny kontakt na zasadzie pytanie - natychmiastowa odpowiedź. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej. Po prośbie o aktywację kodu umożlwiającego wejście do apartamentu otrzymałem go w 30 sekund. Ktoś się spieszył ze sprzątaniem. Można było to zrobić lepiej.

• Ada (9/5): Komfortowe i nowoczesne mieszkanie nieopodal centrum Rzymu - Genialna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko liczne sklepy i restauracje/ piekarnie/kawiarnie - większość strategicznych atrakcji w zasięgu do pół godziny spaceru oraz stacja metra 5 min spacerem od domu - poruszanie się po Rzymie stąd jest bardzo łatwe - zarówno pieszo jak i komunikacją. Bardzo czysto, wszystko świeże i pachnące. Bardzo zadbany i dość nowy budynek, z całodobową recepcja. Kontakt z obsługą i ich responsywność oceniam Bardzo wysoko. W samym obiekcie wszystko jest naprawdę top! Jedne co bardzo mi się nie spodobało, to doliczenie (niestety dowiedziałam się tego na 2 dni przed przyjazdem) to doliczenie aż 30 euro za dołożenie dodatkowego prześcieradła i kołdry na sofę w salonie. Nie zmieniałam Ilości zameldowanych osób - po prostu nie każdy podróżuje w parze i zakładanie że oboje gości musi spać razem w jednym łóżku jest błędne. Zapłaciłam, ale uważam tą kwotę za nieadekwatną- gdyby to było 5-10 eur, byłoby to zrozumiałe. Uważam to za chęć wyciśnięcia z turysty każdego grosza choć jest to naprawdę podstawowa usługa. Dwie osoby mają prawo spać osobno i tyle.
• RAÜL (8/5): Apartamento cerca la centro con todas las comodidades. - Cerca del Colosseo y estación de Metro.Tambien queda cerca estación de metro regional. El gimnasio le da un toque diferente a lo habitual en las reservas de hotel/apartamentos. Todo era correcto. Únicamente encontré a faltar un microondas.
• Shushanik (10/5): I am very satisfied and will return surely. - From the moment you enter the building, you get a good impression. First of all, the apartment is very neat, bright and clean. The apartment has all the necessary kitchen appliances and other household goods, as well as coffee, tea, oil, etc., I didn't feel anything lacking. The owner was very quick to respond and help, was accommodating, and also accommodated my request for a 1-2 hour late check-in. I stayed in the house for a few days a month ago on a business trip to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, so the location of the house was very convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk to get there. The only downside is the lack of an iron, although it was mentioned that there is an iron, fortunately I had a travel iron with me.
• Clémentine (8/5): - Very convenient apartment. It had everything we needed. Not right in the middle of tourist attractions but also not far. All the sights are easily reachable by bus tram or metro. For us it was a very convenient location, and we found a lot of good restaurants in the area, happy to enjoy restaurants that do not feel « too touristic ». The sofa bed made was a bit squeaky but apart from that, all good.

• Diana (10/5): Worth it - We really loved the location of the apartment – it’s situated in a great residential complex with a 24/7 reception. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, new, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights since we spent most of the time exploring Rome, but we will definitely come back again. The staff was always available and responsive. They sent us clear instructions for self check-in, and when we had trouble with the code late at night, they replied within a minute and helped us immediately. On the day of our arrival, the previous guests had broken the terrace door, so it didn’t close completely, but the hosts informed us in advance and provided an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable during the hot days. This didn’t affect our stay at all, as the apartment still had a very pleasant temperature. Before check-out I received a message reminding me that check-out is at 10 a.m. and asking to take out the trash, with the receptionist helping to show where to put it. The message was polite and informative, but I found this request a bit unusual, since the cleaning staff comes after anyway. Maybe it’s just a local system in Italy that I wasn’t familiar with.

Очень уютная квартира - в ней есть все, чтобы почувствовать себя как дома. И это не про холодильник, плиту и всю посуду, которую только можно себе представить. И даже не про стиральную машину, утюг, гладильную доску и фен. Всё это есть и в отличном состоянии. И полотенца мягкие и новые. А это про графинчик с холодной водичкой в холодильнике к приезду - безумно приятно, Аптечка скорой помощи. Капсулы для стирки и посудомойки. Конфетки. Кофе, соль, сахар и другие специи. Книжки на столиках у кровати. Коврик в ванной, чтобы не подскользнуться. Красивые картины на стенах. Предусмотрено всё! И сразу чувствуется, что хозяева с вниманием относятся к гостям, как к самым близким родственникам. Спасибо огромное хозяевам! Отдыхали комфортно! Такого нет!
• Norbert (10/5): Exceptional - The location is just great. Restaurants/bars/shops are near the apartment and easy to find a parking space. Big balcony and spacious bathroom. In the coffee box was no more coffee 😀

The bus stop was in front of the complex. The apartment, spacious and clean. I did not like that the air vents were not cleaned. Posed some problems with respiratory allergies.

• Malcolm (7/5): Decent property for short business trip - Very clean, good location. communications with property owner were very good. It's a very plain apartment, not really very homely. OK for a short business trip. The door works on an electronic device from the inside and you can't open it yourself. you have to press an awkward button. It doesn't always work first time and if you had to get out in an emergency it would be very stressful and what do you do if the motor fails? You could be stuck inside. What's wrong with a classic door lock? I didn't like the instructions being on a table inside. Print them out on paper and put them in a folder, it's much easier to find what you need, especially when you arrive late or tired.
• Finlay (9/5): Modern escape in quiet secluded authentic Roman suburb, whilst still close to all major attractions - Beautiful quiet location with a large private balcony looking over a pristine courtyard, with lots of trees and wildlife. Modern appliances and finishes throughout. Excellent light throughout the property from large openings to the front and rear. Very safe feeling with on-site staff at all hours. Hosts provided excellent instructions in a friendly manner and the tablet was a welcomed guide to each element of the property. We would have liked to have had an additional firm pillow as there was only one available. Curtains would have been a nice addition as only automated shutters were available to provide privacy. We felt a little let down by the lack of air-conditioning despite this being advertised. The apartment has underfloor cooling and extraction for humidity control, but not active air-conditioning as typical for properties in Southern Italy. We struggled to drop the temperature inside the apartment below 24.5deg C as a result.
• Bess (9/5): Superb - The property is so spacious & quiet with 24hr concierge so safe. Also the location is so convenient walking around a restaurants, cafe, supermarket within 15 mins.
• Marilyn (9/5): Recommend - just out of the hustle and bustle of a Rome. - The property was like brand new. It was quiet and a 5min walk to the metro and one stop from the Colosseum. Great restaurants in the area.
• Mariana (10/5): Excelent stay - I was very pleased with this apartment. The location was great, at a 8 min walking from the coliseum. There is a metro station at a 5 min walk distance and several bus stops just nearby. There is a minimarket at a 2min walk distance and several nice restaurants just nearby. The area is quiet and nice. The hosts are highly responsive and really dedicated. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building has a 24 open reception with security, which was great in our case, because we checked in and checked out overnight. Having this support was really great!

• Jacek (9/5): great stay in Ancient Rome. - The localization really great, on foot to Coloseum, to fontanna di Trevi to Forum Romanum, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia etc. If you want to go e.g to Ostia there is a train 600 m away..:-). Apart from that very useful was the fitness center in the building. Nothing, everything was great.

The host was friendly and accommodating. I arrived late in the evening alone and had no issues to enter. The property is a short walk to the Giardino degli Aranci, a beautiful viewpoint in Rome and also is not far from the colosseum. Highly recommend. Especially as someone who needed to work from home during my stay, this apartment was perfect. Nothing. My stay was perfect. Thank you!
