• Trevor (8/5): Overall we had a great holiday. - A large site with four outdoor swimming pools, it could be a bit cold in the pools, but probably to be expected in October. There is a nice beach belonging to the hotel, rather stony, but great for snorkelling. A good selection of food at all times and we found the staff to be extremely helpful. Rooms rather dated and could do with some attention.
• Katerina (9/5): Family holiday - The resort was a little dated but clean and our the overall experience was very good. There were lots of activities for children in a safe environment. The nightly entertainment was always fun and different. Doreen was an excellent communication manager and helped with explaining the facilities and organising a smooth stay for us. We were offered free shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for a family of 8. There were slight issues getting towels for the beach daily, but I think this was a problem with internal. staff communication.

Havuzu, odaların konumları ve tesis olanakları gayet iyi seviyede. Çok göze batmasa da odalar daha hijyenik, yemekler daha lezzetli olabilirdi.

• Danylo (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste (meat, fish, vegetarian). We especially liked the frequent seafood selection (squid, mussels, shrimp). The hotel has a private beach with a bar with a variety of drinks. The sea is perfect and you can observe the underwater life here. There is a diving centre in the territory of the hotel. Near the beach, you can enjoy various water sports, such as windsurfing, paragliding, and more. The animation team was energetic. Our kid enjoyed mini-discos that took place every evening. The only thing I want to improve is floor cleanliness at the restaurant. The floor was often sticky with food residue, but this was minor compared to the hotel's other advantages.

We received a ton of hotel privileges, including free late check-out, transfer to the seaport, complimentary fruit, a cheese plate, wine, and champagne, and dinner at the 5-star Panorama Hotel. The grounds are spacious, the entertainment is on, the room is cleaned, and new towels are provided—everything every day! When we were being driven to the port, we forgot our expensive phone in the hotel car, and lo and behold, the driver returned, made his way to passport control, and handed us the lost phone! • Alyson (10/5): Treat like royalty - We stayed in one of the executive suites for 3 days. I have to say, rooms were fabulous the beds were comfy and we even had complimentary drinks in the fridge and wine and a fruit bowl. The staff were amazing! Always above and beyond I cannot recommend this place enough for families
• Guest (5/5): - Ho soggiornato al Kipriotis Village Resort (Kos) in coppia. Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza piuttosto mediocre, con alcuni lati positivi, ma anche aspetti che andrebbero decisamente migliorati. Il villaggio in sé è grande e apparentemente tenuto bene, troppo grande per stare dietro ai dettagli. La pulizia era complessivamente accettabile e il cibo discreto, sebbene con una qualità piuttosto variabile. Va però detto che bisogna gradire quel tipo di cucina, prevalentemente internazionale e piuttosto ripetitiva. Le piscine davvero belle, ma non sempre curate al meglio. La spiaggia privata invece era molto trascurata. Il vero punto dolente è stato il servizio della reception, che abbiamo trovato scostante, poco disponibile e del tutto disinteressato all’assistenza clienti. Abbiamo avuto un episodio molto spiacevole: il mio fidanzato si è fatto male a un piede, e in quel momento nessuno dello staff della reception ci ha aiutato. Solo grazie all’intervento di altri clienti e di un membro dello staff di altro reparto (che si è accorto della situazione) siamo riusciti a far arrivare un bagnino per aiutarci. È stato un momento difficile che avrebbe richiesto un minimo di prontezza e supporto da parte di chi lavora in prima linea con gli ospiti. Anche quando abbiamo chiesto semplici informazioni generali, lo staff della reception si è mostrato sempre scostante e poco disponibile, ad eccezione del signore che ha effettuato il check-in, che è stato l’unico gentile e professionale. Inoltre, al momento della partenza, abbiamo chiesto aiuto per un taxi per l’aeroporto: anche in quel caso, nessuna assistenza, né un minimo di interesse nell’aiutarci a trovare una soluzione. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare completamente da soli, cosa impensabile in un resort di questo tipo. Il resto dello staff è stato invece gentile e disponibile, quindi il giudizio negativo riguarda esclusivamente la reception. Sostanzialmente la struttura ha del potenziale e qualche buon servizio, ma una reception così poco attenta e inefficiente può davvero compromettere l’intera esperienza.
• Haluk (10/5): We felt precious in this hotel with the special interest of the hotel staff - There are amazing staffs in this hotel. Special thanks to Ms Gizem who is resposible for customer care and the hotel manager Vasileios Tsagkarakis. Their speacial interest felt us very precious. My wife and I travel all over the world, this is the first time I see such a perfect interest like this. The hotel has another chain hotels in the island. They transfered us to these hotels and we visited these hotels as well. They upgraded our standard room to a double room. The room was very big and clean.Thank you very much again for feeling us special Ms. Gizem and Mr. Tsagkarakis :) The hotel in general is very clean but some parts need to be renovated. The wi-fi can be better.

Подготовили для нас корзинку с фруктами и вином .Также был мини бар с сладкой водой ,не газированной водой и тд. Возле басейна можно было угоститься сладкой водой,алкогольными напитками,картошка ,гирос Что было для нас неожиданно и приятно нам было предоставлено трансфер с отеля к аэропорту Еда разнообразная В целом была хорошая атмосфера Душ уже явно требует замены сантехники (потёки ) На фото есть фото с другого отеля там где аквапарк ,но это не в этом отеле .При бронирование мы выбрали этот отель именно из-за аквапарка.Не скрою ,что были расстроены.Но в целом все было хорошо. Также вечером не было развлечений для ребенка(шоу программы или что-то такого)Дети бегали в холе отеля .

• Mishaal (7/5): Decent but overpriced stay - I was offered a room upgrade when I checked in and found a nice wine bottle and a fruit plate waiting for me. On the last night I received a champagne and a cheese platter. The guest relations manager, Gizem, was very nice and ensured that I got everything I needed. The Greek restaurant there is ok. Unfortunately, the quality of the food at the main restaurant was very disappointing. I saw cockroach in the bathroom and there was a cricket that made a noise all night that I needed ear plugs to be able to sleep.

I was upgraded to an exclusive suite and received so many thoughtful complimentary add-ons — free airport transfers, late checkout, in-room bar access, and even a five-star complimentary dinner. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with one of the most relaxing beds. The garden right outside added a calm, refreshing vibe that made the stay even more special. The beach and the large pool were just a minute’s walk away, and having access to water slides at the connected resort was a fantastic bonus. The food throughout was consistently good, and the gym facilities were a great touch. A special thanks to Gizim from Guest Relations — she went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Her warmth and care made all the difference, and I truly felt looked after the entire time. I highly recommend this resort if you’re visiting Kos. Great vibes, great food, and amazing service. Whether you want to relax by the beach, enjoy the pool, or stay active, this place has it all. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The checkin line can be shorter, It took me 10 mins to checkin. Although i understand the resort is popular one in the area.
• Suraj (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at Kipriotis Village Resort. It is a large complex with many amenities and a great swimming pool. It is close to the beach. The restaurant and hospitality staff were very polite and friendly, with a good selection of food and drinks. The management was also very helpful when I made a special request.
• Marcel (8/5): Great service and cleanliness, but food could be better. - The staff at this large hotel were exceptionally friendly, from reception to cleaning to the buffet. Everything was kept clean, and I felt well cared for throughout my stay. The hotel offers something for everyone, from relaxing pools to activities for children. The downside is that the hotel feels old and the buffet food was basic, though reasonably priced.

Pohvale. Klima v sobi ni delala. Kljub temu, da smo večkrat opozorili osebje o nedelovanju klime in visoki vročini, niso bili prav odzivni. Sele ko smo po 4 dneh zahtevali drugo sobo, so nas uslišali. To je malo znižalo končno oceno.

• Ran (9/5): Amazing place with kids - Oh my god this was such a great experience ! I will start with Gizem that was so kind and helpful , she assisted with a great smile. Amazing person I have stayed with my family of 7 people with kids ages 5,10,twins of 13, 16 We took two rooms and the hotel was kind enough to have the near each other, the room are fully packed with everything that you need and even more with an ice cold AC ! We tried all of the restaurants which were really tasty and of course all of the pool related water slides and other - simply great We really enjoyed using the main pool also at the evening We took bycicle from the front of the hotel and went to the city , which o think was the best day trip We chose to take the all inclusive because the kids really like to eat all the time so it was an easy choice

• yuvalues (7/5): - ארוחת בוקר מספקת, שאר הארוחות פחות מוצלחות, למעט הפיצה. מעט אופציות לצמחונים, הרבה שמן. הבריכות סבבה. לזכותם ייאמר שאחראית קשרי הלקוחות ומנהל המלון עשו כמיטב יכולתם לסייע ולעזור, ובחלק מהמקרים הצליחו בכך, והיו נחמדים מאוד ומועילים מאוד, אבל המלון זקוק לשיפוץ מקיף. תחזוקת המלון ברמה ירודה. נראה שלא עשו שם שיפוץ/עבודות תחזוקה בכלל מזה שנים. המיזוג מזעזע! בחודש אוגוסט חם מאוד, ואין כמעט בשום מקום מזגן נורמלי. מזיעים בחזר אוכל, אי אפשר להינות מהארוחות כך, מזיעים בלובי, ובחלק מהחדרים (אלה עם הגלריה) המזגן לא מאפשר שהות כי הוא לא מקרר את כל החדר. מועדוני הילדים לא פעילים ומוזנחים. הברים/סנאק בר לא פעילים בחלקם ובאלה שכן - תורים ארוכים ומשקאות זולים. האוכל לא מוצלח, ו"מסעדות" כמו איטלקית ויוונית הן פשוט חדר האוכל עם פחות אופציות. בקיצור - נדרש שיפוץ מקיף (נטען שיקרה בחורף 2025-26).

We could not stay in our booked hotel it was a terrible place but the managers of Kipriotis Village went above and beyond to help us they found us rooms transferred us and the luggage from the old hotel to them gave us loads of freebies to ease us into our stay checked we were ok with everything on a regular basis and did not let us go without anything.Nothing was too much trouble we really are so grateful and can not thank them enough what lovely people.We will definitely be back next year . There was nothing to dislike.

• Nadiia (9/5): Superb - I stayed at this hotel for a week with my three children, and we absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly attentive – upon our first request, we were moved to a more comfortable room without any hassle. The hotel manager was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and truly made our stay unforgettable by surprising us with thoughtful little gifts. A bottle of wine waiting in our room was such a lovely and classy surprise. I truly enjoyed spending my evenings on the balcony, sipping wine under the stars, surrounded by palm trees – it was simply magical. The animation team was fantastic! We especially loved the dancing and evening shows – they were fun, heartfelt, and brought so much joy to both kids and adults. The food was delicious and varied, and I was really impressed by how quickly the staff cleaned up and brought out fresh dishes, despite the large number of guests. The whole team did an amazing job! We left feeling very happy and grateful, and my children are already dreaming of coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - As soon as we arrived, we were treated like Royalty by the staff. The staff was super friendly and our room and the facilities were exceptional. The staff was also very responsive and went out of their there way to make sure we had a great time, such as getting us bikes to commute on and arranging a fresh massage for us. The manager even drove us back to the airport free of charge. Nothing.

• Anita (10/5): Brilliant place to stay - would definitely stay again!! - Fantastic place to stay! We stayed here for 5 days and had a lovely time. Our room was very spacious (we had two bathrooms between 3 people!) and had all of the expected amenities. We were especially impressed with how accommodating the staff were each time we had a query - they were very thoughtful (especially the hotel manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after) and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Will absolutely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Kos!

• Pablo (10/5): Awesome holidays - I like the staff. They were very helpful which makes the stay way more relaxing. It is place next (literally 2 mins walking) from a beach. Food was also good. The best way to go to city centre is by bike, which you can easily rent in a place opposite to the hotel (the staff will help you) The room I stayed had the toilet handle door was not working well, and the bathroom was a bit old.
• Jerry (10/5): As stated we have tried and tested many resorts and hotels this holiday season and can honestly say the Kipriotis Villa - Where do I start? Absolutely amazing experience with the location being perfect and the hotel just excellent in every way. As soon as you walk through the entrance door into the lobby the view through to the pool and surrounding area looking like paradise. The check in was faultless with the reception staff very busy but amazingly professional and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Very informative and understanding of peoples issues. One of the best experiences in a very long time of a hotel operating the correct way from the top to the bottom. Managers in the hotel very professional and approachable and helpful which should be commended. The Kipriotis chain are certainly in good hands at the Village Resort. From the reception staff to the restaurant, bar, snacks staff all work so hard to give you all a great holiday experience to remember and a last mention to the activities team as they were outstanding in the work they put in and I’m sure everyone will agree who has spent time there that they really do take pride in the work they do and are a golden asset to the hotel. Food was of good quality and variety catering for everyone and the extra touch of the children’s restaurant was exceptional. Drinks are of local produce with the beer being of a decent quality and the spirits all drinkable with no name brands. A well thought out two drinks per person to lesson the waiting time at the bar. This was a short stay for us as of many we have done throughout the year trying different types of holiday packages and also separate bookings and must say booking.com and the Kipriotis group certainly haven’t let us down. Will definitely will be returning very soon for a longer stay on such a beautiful island.

The hotel staff was very professional and kind and helpful at any point. I wish there could be more (good) coffee spots around the village:)

• Justin (10/5): Exceptional - Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Nothing all was great

• Daniel (10/5): Make sure to join in on the activities, good way to make friends and holiday memories - Animation team made the holiday, We booked the suite room which was so spacious and clean for a family of four , the hotel is so cozy and surrounded by nature , our 2 younger boys loved the hotel facilities like the water slides and the pools , The restaurant food was more than excellent for a family of vegetarians as we always struggle to find soemthing good to eat while abroad but there was no issue with that in Kipriotis village, the restaurant staff were always so nice, But our favourite part of the holiday was the animation They put their whole hearts into what they do , their job is not so easy but they always managed to keep everyone happy and entertained. Kids club, minidisco, daily and fitness activities, and ofcourse the evening entertainment were always a hit and done with 100%energy the animators were always greeting and starting conversation with all the guests , they all work so hard :) Shoutout to kola , an amazing person , Thank you to all the staff at kipriotis village we will be back next year !
• Rachael (2/5): The cake is a lie. - Nothing. The pictures on the website do not illustrate the true nature of the "resort" which is quite run down. The rooms are very old, and were not properly cleaned. I found hair in the bed and when I lifted up the tucked sheet, the bed had bedbugs. We went to check out of the hotel immediately and the staff argued with us and told us they could not give us a refund. We told them that they should give us one since we had a health concern regarding the bed bugs. This resort is indicated as a "four star" but truthfully it is accurate the rate it as a "two star". The food was terrible as well. There were many complaints for the other attendees at the conference we were at. We would not recommend this resort.

• Mark (4/5): Disappointing - Clean, spacious and big complex Use of plastic cups, inexcusable especially when it's an all inclusive and each guest is burning through about 20 cups a day. Reception staff also not very helpful checking you in + giving directions to your room. Huge queues for food. WiFi doesn't reach your room. All inclusive drinks stop at 12 (I was there for an event where the social didn't start until midnight so this frustrated me)

• Jasmin (7/5): My family enjoyed our stay in the resort. - All-inclusive is quite good and the staff are so hard working to make the guest enjoy the stay. Activities and entertainment is good as the organisers had put so much effort into it to make the guest enjoy the stay. Almost every part of the resort are not working or out of order like most of the slides in the pools. Facilities are poorly maintained which maybe because there are not enough staff to do the enormous jobs that the whole resort needed.
