• Damien (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear on how to park and we were given good advice for our stay. The location is great very close to Sudbury hill station on the Piccadilly line, making it easy to go to the city center. There are shops nearby if you need to buy groceries.

• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, very close to public transport and to several supermarkets. Spotless clean, modernly furnished, very well equiped. Nice bonus the private inner yard. The building contains three fully separate accomodations, shared main entrance but separate / secure access to each accomodation, nothing needed to be shared. Nothing wrong so far, I've only mentioned that to put in context the fact that, occasioanally, we could over-hear our building neighbours.

No extra bedding for couch bed which was very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend if you are a family of four eg son, daughter who need their own rooms. Both bedrooms had double beds which was not good for us. Door to outside was difficult to open and lock. We couldn't have family visit which we planned on cooking a meal for. This was not stated before we stayed
• Edward (10/5): Lovely location - Lovely property. Great parking and easy to get to Wembley for the two Bruce Springsteen concerts. Facilities in the apartment were excellent. Tube, train and bus stops within 150m of the front door. It was all good.

• Külli (8/5): Very good - The place is very clean. Location very good - underground is just few steps away, bust station also very near. Grocery stores also very convenient distance. Apartment itself very nice and good size for 4 people. Everything is very new and we felt really good in this place. Noises from upstairs - 3 o'clock in night time there was still someone it felt like pushing furniture around. Other than that there was nothing to dislike.

• Jolene (8/5): Updated 2 story with 30-40 min metro ride to city center - The place was very updated and had new appliances. Will be wonderful once all the renovations next door are completed. Lots of stairs but great for larger families. There was construction going on every day during our stay that we were unprepared for. At times, it seemed to interrupt our stay by workers needing access our apartment or too loud to be able to talk to each other due to power tools being used. Outside patio/parking was not accessible as that was the construction staging area. If not for that, then we had very minimal issues other than longer metro time needed.
• Louise (8/5): Great appt Sudbury Hill - Excellent standard of cleanliness. Free parking for vehicle in quiet area. Location to get into Central London easily on picadilly line. Tube 50 yds away. Price point. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds. Plenty of room in lounge, dining area. Workmen on site very respectful keeping noise to minimum when on site. Will be fabulous when work completed. No full length mirrors near plugs in bedrooms for girls to do hair, or check themselves before leaving. Sofa beds had no spare linen. 2 towels provided between 4. We luckily brought our own. Garden is a building site as currently extending the property so is unusable . Shared hallway with the basement appt, means have to lock lounge every time leave to go upstairs to bathroom.
• Lieven.degrijse (6/5): Not so luxury appartment - Nice living room Quick response from the owner, when we noticed there was no toilet paper in the (luxury) appartement. During our stay, there were workers making lots of noice. The house is divided in a lower floor with living room and kitchen and upper floor with bedrooms and bathroom. Both are separately connected to the main entrance, so no real view on whether someone is going to our bedrooms. Not really a safe feeling. Beds are uncomfortable. You need 4 keys to enter the house! Not many kitchen equipment available...

• Karuna57 (9/5): Superb - Free parking, nice and clean apartment. Big living room with kitchen. We didn't use the garden. Enough space to store the clothes. The enteracne of the appartement is not private because the basement of the house is rent separately so that was a surprise. The water pressure of the shower is very low, that needs to be fixed.

Perfectly located near tube and train station, ideal for our gig at the Wembley Arena. Quirky apartment spread over 2 floors (didn't realise this when booking). Lounge kitchen downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Great communication from host. Free Private parking added bonus too. Lack of mirrors in apartment for getting ready. No mirrors in the bedrooms, only one in the bathroom. Also had to keep locking downstairs to go upstairs which was a bit annoying but necessary as someone was staying in the basement apartment. Someone tried our door a couple of times in the evening too.

• Smith (8/5): We enjoyed the stay - Living space and kitchen we're great set up loved that the TV had Netflix and the kitchen had some essentials in it very great! The location of being right across from a tube station was perfect for us! The dinning table and chairs were very comfortable as well! Information provided prior to stay was great with photos of where to park and everything we would stay again. The water pressure of the shower could have been better and the mattresses were too springy for us. We didn't realise that there was another apartment downstairs and the stair case being shared was a little strange for us as if we left the room door or living space door unlocked the other occupants could potentially walk in. Just takes some getting used to. Only thing I'd suggest is colour coding the keys to make it easier to distinguish between them all.

• Davejs (8/5): Nice apartment in great location for tube travel into central London - The space and facilities on offer and the overall cleanliness. Two bedrooms. Location, so near Sudbury Hill tube station. Free parking. Only the bathroom. It was not possible to take a shower as the wall fixing had been broken and removed. If it had been possible to take a shower then the bath needed to have some form of non-slip flooring added. Also the bath side was high off of the floor making stepping into and out of the bath quite awkward for shorter people like myself. There was no plug for the basin. I would have loved to give this apartment 5 out of 5, because in the main it really deserved that score, but I can't because of the bathroom deficiencies.

• Iain (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Nicely decorated. It was just what we needed. Bed was too soft for my liking. Water pressure was poor making a shower a chore.
• Philippa (10/5): would absolutely stay here again, location was perfect to get the tube and the place had everything you need and was cle - The location was superb! I loved that we had a private courtyard and the property was immaculate. I was also impressed that the basics like tea, coffee, salt, washing up liquid etc were available. I didn’t realise that there were 3 levels to the house with the bottom level being a studio that is rented out separately but that may have been my lack of attention to the details. We left the keys in the key box when we went out but came back once to our keys not being there. The new people misunderstood and took both sets of keys but luckily they happened to be in and answered the door to us. I did panic for a bit though, not gonna lie!

Lots of power sockets. Bedrooms and bathroom spotlessly clean. Kitchen was dirty when we arrived - kitchen towel smelt badly and some mugs weren't properly cleaned. Living area and sleeping area separated by communal stairs, so not as private as expected. Shower head not adjustable. No baking tray or oven gloves.

So close to underground station (Picadilly line), Bus stops and some shops. Nice tarrace and bbq outside. Srsly cool owner - thanks for all mate! Reaaaaaaaally thin ceiling between floors - you can hear everything from another level - but its normal in UK, nth dramatic.
