Beds were comfy and it was located in a convenient location Nothing I didn’t like, although unsure what happened but on the first night we stayed, we were trying to get the hot water to work for 40 mins but it wouldn’t. Then in the morning, it just decided to work.

The hosts refuses to extend check out or check in times. After staying there, they keep spamming me for one week with messages about leaving a 10/10 review... You can't smoke on the balcony, even though there is a highway just outside the window :) Nowhere to place bags for an hour or two. No help.

Siddharth (2/5): Highly unprofessional host - We were made to wait for 5 hrs post our checkin time as the room was not clean. We checked in at 9pm at night after waiting so long and saw that inspite of informing the property of 3 adults staying in it the third bed was not still not ready.. The toilets didn't even have soap to wash our hands with( even the public toilet had handwash in every place we went to in Japan).. in the shower area there was no body wash or shampoo.. there was no WIFI .. IN SHORT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Terence (10/5): - Location was good and it was quiet even though next to the main road. Fold out bed was very small. I am not a tall person and my legs completely hung over the end. It is only good for a child.
Jason (10/5): The cozy property with good location. - The location is so great near subway stations. Also, Strict security makes us feel safe. We can go to main spaces such as roppongi, azabudai hill by walk. It is in front of the road, so it could be noisy at night. There is no luggage storage service, but there is alternative nearby.
Marshall araña (6/5): bien pero un anfitrion descuidado - era agradable, el aire acondicionado era bueno, el agua caliente era abundante y rapida, la cocina estaba muy bien al igual que el baño, tenia lavarropas no habia secarropas o lavarropas con secador, dejaron muy poco jabon para la ropa (insuficiente), muy mal gestionado el manejo de los residuos, no podiamos acceder al sitio donde estaba el contenedor de basura, pedimo ayuda al anfitrion, pero dio una respuesta inutil, pre-armada(seguro que respondia un bot y no una persona) porque cuando se le repreguntaba respondia lo mismo. Creo que estas IA que estan utilizando para resolver todo d emanera economica, se quedan cortas y no sirven para atender la experiencia al cliente. Se quedan sin respuestas y nosotros tuvimos que vivir varios dias con la basura en el apartamento

Shan Min (9/5): Nice place. I enjoyed it a lot. - Location is superb. Near to bus station and train station. Can be a bit noisy at night because near to main road but not that bad for a light sleeper like me. Spacious enough considering central of the Tokyo. A bigger bed will be better 😊
Brianna Nguyen (7/5): - Spacious, had kitchen and bathroom amenities, enough for family. Not staffed, was extremely difficult and complicated to check in. Wifi got disconnected halfway through stay and was not rectified. Location was a bit away from tourist areas but quiet.

Gemma (5/5): Correct but not outstanding - You have what you need in terms of accommodation. Despite of the name GRAND CONCIERGE, there is absolutely no staff, which makes it a bit difficult in case of a problem. All communication happens via in this case Booking.com/sms so reaction time can be delayed.
Angela (8/5): Alone and Isolated - We liked the room and the location. We are an senior couple and we didn't like the fact that there were no staff and that we had no help to get into the building or our room. We felt alone and isolated.

Phong (6/5): The room itself is ok but robot-like service is not friendly. Not recommended for those who travel with big luggage and - Clean, spacious room. The check out time too early (10am) while no luggage storage. This is an unmanned service. It seems like you interact with a programmed robot, with no human feeling. I have two big suitcases and they forced me to check out at 10 am with no luggage storage available.
