• Ning (5/5): This property is NOT suitable for use as an Airbnb AT ALL. - The Airbnb is managed by a company, so whether it’s reminders, instructions, or communication, staff can respond promptly. Secondly, it’s very close to a supermarket, making shopping extremely convenient. Lastly, the price of this Airbnb is relatively low compared to others in the area — though later we understood the reason behind the cheaper price. If it weren’t for these three positive aspects, my final rating might have been below 3 The entire building and the apartment itself are quite old. From the moment you enter the stairwell to stepping into the room, there’s a persistent musty, outdated smell. 1. The apartment is located in the attic on the top floor (4th floor) with no elevator — we were aware of this before booking, so it doesn’t affect my rating. However, for anyone who has difficulty climbing four flights of stairs, this is definitely not a good choice. 2. As for the facilities inside the apartment, most of them are cheap and flimsy. The appliances, while still functioning, are extremely outdated: a. The shoe bench near the entrance wobbles heavily when you sit on it and feels like it could break at any time — we didn’t dare use it. b. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen had visibly loose screws; we had to tighten them ourselves after checking in to prevent them from falling off. c. The dining chairs were all cheap and flimsy; one chair was already broken when we arrived. d. The induction stove, dishwasher, and oven are ancient. The labels and indicators on the knobs had worn off completely, and instead of replacing them, the owner simply handwrote marks with a marker or paint — a truly extreme way to cut costs. e. The TV couldn’t be turned on. At first, we thought it was due to dead batteries in the remote, but even after the cleaning staff replaced the batteries during a visit, it still didn’t work. Later, we were told the remote was broken and a new one needed to be ordered, which would not arrive during our 3-night stay. After that, there was no further follow-up. That being said, compared to the hygiene and hardware issues, the TV was already the least of our concerns. 3. Cleaning Issues: a. We found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests. We checked in at the standard 4:00 PM time, while check-out is strictly enforced at 10:00 AM — which means the property had a full six hours to prepare.

• Herman (9/5): Superb - The view off the river is a big bonus. You can see and hear the river stream, so relaxing. The apartment is big enough for us (4 adults), 1 double bed 1 single bed in one bedroom and sofa bed in the sofa Maria and Tania are always ready to help you Please be advised this apartment is on 4th floor and no elevator. Unfortunately they didn't check the Internet router before we arrived, it was broken. But they changed the router. Thank you Maria
