• montse (8/5): Tranquil.la i còmode! - Cuina equipada. Tot net. Llençols molt nets i blancs! La comunitat molt tranquil.la molt neta. La piscina estava tancada. La relació qualitat preu és cara.
• Laura (9/5): - El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y estaba limpio. Para el gusto de mi marido el colchón un poco blando, para mí perfecto. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. El SPA está genial, es pequeño, pero había poca gente y lo pudimos disfrutar mucho. Tiene parking pero se podía aparcar fuera sin problema. Cerca de la playa. No hay nada cerca, necesitas coche para todo. Hay ventanas en la cocina que no tienen estores ni persianas y por la noche te ven desde la calle. El agua de la ducha se sale un poco por la mampara. Todo lo de alrededor está en construcción de nuevas viviendas.

• Cristina (10/5): - El apartamento está genial, es muy bonito y está muy bien equipado. Los colchones son muy cómodos, así como el sofá. La urbanización es muy bonita. Está muy bien situado para hacer excursiones, eso sí, en coche, tienes el pueblo al lado y también Benidorm. En la época que fuimos nosotros, la relación calidad-precio, muy buena. Por decir algo, las camas pequeñas demasiado estrechas, creo que eran de 80, no de 90, y para adultos resultan un poco pequeñas. Pero el colchón muy bien. El spa estaba vacío y no supieron decirnos por qué.

• Ihor82 (10/5): Clean, modern apartments near Villajoyosa - The apartments are located in a modern building with private parking and a secure, gated area. There's a convenient lift that goes directly from the parking level. The rooms are clean, bright, and cosy. All appliances - including the dishwasher, washing machine, and oven - are new and of good quality. The beds are very comfortable. The centralised air-conditioning system works excellently, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable. It’s just a 10–12 minute drive to Villajoyosa beach, which is our favourite spot, and only 7–8 minutes to the Carrefour in Finestrat. Nothing really critical considering the value for money. Points for improvement: The bedsheets in one of the bedrooms were a bit small 😊 Only one set of keys was provided. Just a note: As of August/September 2025, there is ongoing construction approximately 100–150 metres from the building, so some noise from around 7 AM can be expected. This was clearly mentioned by the host in the property description, so we were prepared 😊
