• Alison (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and communication with our hosts was excellent - Location was fantastic, the apartment was clean and comfortable and there was everything we needed. We did not enjoy carrying all our luggage and groceried up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment does not get much breeze, more ceiling fans or air conditioning would be perfect
• Rachel (9/5): - Amazing location right on the Esplanade. The property was lovely only issue is the heat. I wasn’t there in summer and didn’t see fans or aircon in the living areas.
• Angela (10/5): - The balcony views and the short distance to many dining and attractions. The water pressure in the shower was very low, but otherwise it was a fantastic experience.
• Lee (10/5): Beachside at Cronulla - We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, Anthony and Janine made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. 🏝️ The location couldn’t have been better. Positioned right on the Esplanade, it offered stunning ocean views and beachside walks that stretched for kilometres. Plus, it was a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies—super convenient! 🌊 Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night was an absolute treat. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and calming atmosphere throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the sea If we could change one thing, it would be to have stronger water pressure in the shower
• Jarrett (5/5): It was a nice unit ,great location,but needs a bit of tlc whennit comes to comfort and utilities - Good location Not being told it was the top floor with no lift,as my mother had a pacemaker,and was very hard for her getting up the stairs,not having milk and tea bags ,ive never seen that before,after travelling to get there ,thats a big need to relax.very uncomfortable bed in second bedroom bunks and pillows.And the lounge so hard and uncomfortable .Also no hand soap,well the dispenser was there,but empty.Empty laundry detergent and hand sanitizer

Having host email us a few days later telling us a tradesman will be accessing the property the following morning.

• Pagona (7/5): Good - Loved everything about it except for not being able to get our car out of the premises,due to gate not opening. We couldn't get our car out as the gate would not open and we were forced to pay for 2 uber trips that were not necessary totalling 45.00 dollars. We messaged the property but did not receive a,response so we had no choice. Still have not heard about being reimbursed?? We also had to checkout the next morning and again the gatecqould not open messaged and still nothing. We had to knock on all,the apartments to get someone to open the gate and they couldn't open it either so they forced the gate open so we could take our car out and again we were delayed by another 30 minutes as we had to drive back to Melbourne

• Lucy (8/5): Great little spot - Well equipped and very well positioned by the sea, a short walk to South Cronulla and Shelly Beaches. Overall a great apartment and host. The windows and fly screens rattled a lot during the very windy nights, which kept us awake. The perspex square on the balcony wasn't well attached and fell off in the strong winds.

• Rebecca (9/5): Amazing apartment and location - Location is amazing - Cronulla beaches, shops, restaurants, park, kids playground and train station all within walking distance. Apartment has ocean views and being able to hear the sound of waves was very calming. Apartment was comfortable for our family of 4. Good amenities and felt homely. Having a parking spot on site was really convenient. Great to have free WiFi. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! This is not a dislike but please be aware that the apartment is on top floor up 3 flights of stairs (for any guests with lots of luggage).

• Robin (6/5): Uncomfortable beds outweigh the good features. - Location on waterfront, with only a walking path between us and the ocean. Ocean glimpses. Easy to walk to shops & on-beach bathing pools. Visiting Cockatoo on balcony. Plenty of fans, to address lack of AC. Dishwasher & other appliances worked/ Beds the least comfortable during our 3 month trip. Adults can't sit up in bed in the second bedroom and there is no headboard. Keys were easy to pick up but the remote for the gate to parking did not work. But host was responsive when contacted re. the access problem and helped us up the stairs with luggage. A little down at the heel with scuffs on walls, peeling wallpaper, difficult blinds.

Even when visiting Sydney if you are in no rush to take public transport. Kindly note access by stairs only which might not suit all travellers

• Heather (10/5): A lovely apartment to stay in at Cronulla as situated with views of the sea and within easy walking distance of all need - Brilliant location overlooking the sea next to the Esplanade. 10 min walk to Shelly beach pool and 10 min walk to Cronulla. No car required as we walked everywhere. Lovely clean and bright apartment. Super size TV dishwasher washing machine and dryer, everything we needed , plus a jacuzzi bath. Very well equipped. Not the fault of the owner but a lot of noisy building development going on very close early in the morning. For older people help needed with heavy cases to third floor.

• Mohammed (8/5): Great location, 5m walk & view to beach - 5m to Beach, scenic view to beach,, beach breeze No air conditioners in the rooms, with kids it's a bit hard to sleep without them. Prefer to park my car inside garage.
