To Whom It May Concern, It has already been confirmed, both by your representatives and by Booking.com representatives, that the issue in Seville had nothing whatsoever to do with insurance requirements. The only problem was that there was no vehicle available. This alone constitutes clear evidence that the explanation you are now providing is false and misleading. When your representatives spoke with the local office, it was explicitly confirmed that the issue was solely the unavailability of cars. At no point was there any reference to insurance criteria. I must stress that I booked the vehicle directly through your company, which means my contractual counterpart is you, not the local supplier. Therefore, it is unacceptable and legally untenable for you to shift responsibility onto the local company. Furthermore, two of your representatives personally acknowledged this fact during our communications. One of them, named Aramis, and another representative, a Saudi lady who spoke Spanish, both confirmed to me that the issue was the absence of available cars, not insurance-related matters. Given these facts, your current statements are demonstrably untrue. Unless this matter is resolved promptly and appropriately, I will have no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies and complaints before the relevant authorities. Sincerely

• Yas (7/5): Très bon accueil et bon confort, avec quelques améliorations possibles - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Ricardo, très disponible et sympathique. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence propre, au calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. Parmi les autres atouts : le garage très pratique, l'ascenseur, la climatisation efficace et une bonne connexion WiFi. En revanche, quelques points pourraient être améliorés : il y a eu des dysfonctionnements électriques – si deux plaques chauffantes fonctionnent en même temps que le four, cela fait disjoncter le compteur. De plus, le chauffe-eau à gaz est un peu compliqué à utiliser et pas très pratique au quotidien.

• Randa (5/5): Passable - Nice quiet location not too far from the city. Good indoor parking. Spacious and bright apartment with sunny balcony. A well equipped kitchen for cooking. Host was friendly and gave us instructions for all the keys and garage. Listing was not accurate. There was no Wi-Fi, Heat was only in one bedroom and rest of apartment was very cold. At least a couple of portable heaters should be provided as listing says heating. No coffee maker as mentioned in listing. The hot water stopped working the night before we left and had to take a cold shower in the morning. The pilot flame of the boiler was out when we woke up, but the gas was still on. This.is very dangerous for carbon monoxide. Turned gas off in the morning. Flickering light in kitchen. Owners are not maintaining the apartment. Very old peeling couch with a cover on it should really be replaced.

• Kristel (8/5): Very conveniently located. Spacious apartment - Owner was happy to check us in last minute as we were travelling and arrived quite late connecting to our next trip the following day. They also allowed us to stay for longer as my brother had a late night and couldn’t sleep well
