• Szymon (10/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażona willa. Czysto, wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. 5 łazienek :) Dostępna sauna i podgrzewane jacuzzi + duży ogród z leżakami ( Willa nr9). Mimo połowy marca temperatura wody w basenie była akceptowalna. Miły dodatek to głośnik bezprzewodowy na wyposażeniu. Dosłownie 2 minuty spacerem do przyjemnej plaży. Jest sporo dobrych restauracji w okolicy. Warto - polecam.

• Paul (9/5): Brilliant family reunion lived the location and the big garden and lots for kids to keep entertained Brilliant thanks - Location was fantastic , and the villa was really comfortable and spacious great for 2 large families we loved it Great for the price we paid but in summer months very expensive and understandable if all the equipment worked ie no puck for air hockey pr table tennis balls overall needs a bit of updating and things are starting to look a bit worn like loose tiles around pool and broken tiles around bar just little things really which we didn’t mind but if I was paying £8k a week in high season I’d be slightly disappointed it overall we loved the few days we had there

Lokalizacja - piękne plaże w pobliżu, a zarazem willa znajduje się praktycznie w centrum miasta.

• Yuliana (10/5): The best stay - It was an exceptional experience - a big, very clean, very comfortable villa equipped with everything you could imagine—jacuzzi, sauna, table football, Xbox, karaoke, e-game machine. Our teens were happy:) Very good and comfortable kitchen with many appliances and cutlery. Zorbas supermarket is within walking distance. And last but not least - the self-check-in and check-out process. You don't have to wait for anyone, but if you need something, your problems are solved immediately by phone. nothing.

• Melisa (9/5): - it's a deluxe villa. spacious,cleaned,well equipped, close to the sea , the terraces are large and a nice jacuzzi. the ice and water were complementary, nice enough upp and in the basement rooms the wifi didn't work , but in the living room it was great
• Crister (2/5): Vi har hyrt ett flertal hus på Cypern och Spanien. Det här var det dyraste och sämsta. 15000 för myc - Det fanns flera andra utom och inomhus spel. Bordtennis, fotbollsspel och "airhockey". Det fanns inte sittplatser till alla (11st), vid frukost, lunch och middag, men det fanns 14 sängplatser. Trasiga parasoller, trasig solsäng. En parasollfot, som inte passade parasollet. Det blåste rätt mycket en dag, så hela, stora parasollet, flög iväg. Det var tur, att det inte träffade någon. Det gick inte att fälla ner, parasollet heller. Lite knappt med husgeråd, tallrikar, glas. Köpte whiskyglas (fanns inga) som vi lämnade. Det kunde ha varit fler städningar, eftersom golvet fick en beläggning av damm direkt. Samtidigt kunde man fått nya handdukar, de blev jättesmutsiga. Dåligt med kuddar och bara sänglinne för 2 istället för till varje person. Poolmosaik släpper. trasiga plattor. Sprickor i rutschkanan, som kunde gått sönder. En el-dosa började brinna, som gick till rutschkanan. Störiga grannar som förde liv till 03.30. Mycket liv från huvudgatan (pubar mm).
• natalie (10/5): A wonderful relaxing stay with friends - The property was an easy waking distance to both the bars and restaurants in Protaras and the beach, the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the table football and air hockey table and the slide into the pool was a hit. We really enjoyed our stay. There was nothing not to like about this property.

Я как организатор мероприятий повидала много разных мест и многие из них оставляют желать лучшего, а это Идеальное место для отдыха, как большой семьей с детьми так и компании друзей. Огромный дом на 16 спальных мест. В доме есть все. Даже неожиданные вещи такие как аэрогриль. Ничего везти с собой не нужно. Достаточно посуды, полотенец и тд. В доме было идеально чисто. Мусор выносили сразу. Территория у бассейна огромная. Плюс что перед домом нет пляжа и никто вас не видит, а вы прям на море. Есть сауна и джакузи. Цена адекватная для такого жилья. Все идеально

• Sheena (9/5): Lovely stay in great location! - Great villa stocked with plenty of water bottles and a washing powder and dishwasher tabs. Lovely modern kitchen with lots of appliances. Outside area was great with a fab pool. Amazing location close to the beaches and bars, restaurants and shops. Loved that we (5 of us) all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Some areas in the villa were a bit ‘tired’ particularly in the bathrooms where taps were very loose or sinks plugs not working. One of basement bathrooms was not very nice with poorly finished workmanship. There were 4 safes in the villa, all not working and even though reported, we didn’t get the replacement safe until after our departure.

Minden volt amite egy kirandulas alatt szuksegunk lehet. 1 perc setara van a parttol, es masik iranyba a belvarostol. Mindenkinek ajanlom. Az also ket szoban nincs ablak, sem szellozteto. Sem feny, sem friss levego nem Tud bejutni. Ez kicsit kiabrandito.. es ezt nem lattuk sehol feltintetve, hogy az also ket szoba a pinceben van..

• Marina (10/5): Every Stay Feels Like Coming Home (to Paradise)! - This was our 5th time staying at the Seafront Villas — and we absolutely love it! Villa 13, in particular, is truly heavenly. The view is magical, and the facilities make the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a blast with both the pool and the variety of games available at the villa — including the trampoline, basketball hoop, and foosball table. There’s something for everyone! A huge thank you to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, who was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with everything we needed. And Gretta, the massage therapist, was simply amazing — we all thoroughly enjoyed our massage therapies to the fullest. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

• RittaJ (9/5): Rymlig villa med perfekt läge! - Bodde i Villa 5 och läget var perfekt! 50 m till den närmaste stranden, kanske 300 m till den populära Fig Tree Beach, 100-200 m till närmaste supermarket på huvudgatan där det även fanns alldeles utmärkta restauranger. Vi var tolv personer (8-76 år) och tre små hundar och hade kunnat vara några till - så stort var huset! Poolen var lagom stor och underbar i hettan (32-42 grader under vår vistelse). Det var roligt med olika spel men karaoken blev populärast. I köket fanns alla faciliteter vi behövde och lite till och vi testade också utomhusgrillen två gånger och allt funkade bra. AC:n var nödvändig och fungerade utmärkt i alla rum. Överallt inomhus var det välstädat och sängarna var sköna. Två vardagsmorgnar väcktes vi som bodde mot gatan av varningstjutet från en backande sopbil kl 7, annars var det överraskande tyst och lugnt trots att vi hade ett stort hotell bredvid. Arina tog väl hand om oss både före och under vistelsen och besvarade tålmodigt alla våra konstiga frågor och hjälpte oss med transporter, tusen tack för det! Vi är så glada att vi hittade denna underbara villa och fick tillbringa en fantastisk vecka i Protaras (har faktiskt redan rekommenderat stället till en familj)! Utomhus var golvet smutsigt när vi kom, vi gick omkring med svarta fotsulor första dagen tills vi hittade städskrubben. Jacuzzin var lite väl het till att börja med (+42) men det gick att sänka temperaturen, tog dock ett par dagar av svalna.

However, I encountered a significant issue with loud music coming from the next house, played by young people until around 4 AM. This unfortunately prevented me from getting any sleep that night.
• Alexandros (7/5): Excellent location but aged property - Location and the lady that solved all problems. Two out of five rooms were in the basement and not good for sleeping. The property was not clean . Very dirty especially under the furniture. A lot of Ants in the property . The property is for 10 people and not for 12. Bathroom window on the ground floor didnt lock. Spend a weeks income and refurbish the place. In the basement room you can not use the toilet as it is too close to the basin. Nobody fits there.

• Julia (10/5): Perfect - Lovely clean villa 3 minute walk to the sea and Zorbas bakery! Hot tub and sauna were great. Everything you need is there, including bottled water in the fridge. Only 2 hairdryers which we had to hunt down but a quick message to Pepa in housekeeping got it sorted. Hot tub still had sand/dirt in the bottom

• Demetris (2/5): Problematic - The location is probably the best in protaras. Everything is within walking distance, bars, sea and restaurants. The wifi wasn't working, we called the person responsible for any issues and arrived 2 hours later. When he arrived he did not introduce himself and started trying to fix the issue. 1 hour later he left without saying anything and without resolving the issue. We explained to him that also the jacuzzi still had chemicals in it and full of dirt. Which he replied ''its clean''. The villa in general has random video game machines which just take space since they do not even work. In general the baths and beds are not horrible but its not what you would call comfortable.

• Jack (8/5): Good but the outside bar needs refurbishing. - Overall the house was great, we had everything we needed. The electric cables for the slide, they were very close to the pool and the connection wasn't safe to be so close to water. The tiles on the bar were broken and the wood was falling off of it.

• Eliran (9/5): Great Villa for a group vacation - we got married in protaras, for couple and guests! - We were in Villa No. 11. Sauna was great. Pool a little cold. Very comfortable showers and toilets. Clean place. The flipper and video game didn't work. The staff was very helpful (the electric kettle didn't work so they brought us a new one for instance). Jacuzzi was smaller then expected and could've been warmer. Overall a great stay. Owner very nice (we all had later flights then check out and he let us stay 3 hours after check out).

• Ayush (2/5): Value for money with security as concern - The apartment is good with all the facilities and value for money. Kids really like the apartment i will give 5 stars for everything except the security concern. For which owner not at all worried The issue with security, theft happened to the apartment and thieves took all the cash and jewelry from the bags. The facility comes after complaining but he said if something happens you should call the police It's not my lookout, you should keep your valuable safe

• Oksana (8/5): Very good - Villa is more then amazing,.clean have everything for staying a lot of things for entertainment Unfortunately the sauna which was.the reason we chose this place was 50% broken and working very.weak. like +50 which for sauna is nothing. Stuff was trying to fix it , thanks to them but of course it was impossible. Also our villa number 10 had problems with electricity, 2 nights we stayed both evenings electricity was off in all villa and we.had to call and to wait to turn it on. Was kind of disturbing we have a toddler and it was unpleasant to move around there in total darkness

• Li (9/5): Recommended - The house was overall pretty good, with plenty of rooms that made it ideal for group travel. It had all the basic amenities, although some items, like the water dispenser, were not working. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of fast-food places and cafes nearby. The team was very thoughtful, and the provided pad had most of the information we needed. A nice place for a group stay! The floor drain in one room was broken, and there was water all over the floor after taking a shower.

• כהנא (7/5): We enjoyed our stay at the house despite a few drawbacks. - The sauna and the jacuzzi worked well. It was close to the beach. Lots of room. The upstairs balcony was nice to relax on. They provided a cold-box on wheels which came in handy on trips. The house felt as though it had been decorated in the 90s and not updated since. The two rooms in the basement had a musty smell and no visible windows. Poorly designed cramped bathrooms. Lots of ants in the kitchen during our 5 day stay.

• Riikka (8/5): Great location and pool - The location was great, beach, supermarkets and restaurant near. Might be a little noisy during high season, because of main streets bars and pubs. There is nice pool with slide and sun loungers. 3 bedrooms were great but 2 bedrooms in the cellar / basement and the toilets there were not definetely four or five stars, maybe 2 stars? The property needs more maintaining - a little bit more taking care and it could be the number one villa in Cyprus!

• Pamela (8/5): Villa 9 - Villa was very clean. Pool cleaned every morning. Hot tub cleaned regularly on request. Any issues dealt with promptly, staff very accomodating. Property and some interiors need some attention, updating.
• Hyeon (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was conveniently located right by the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean. The place had everything we needed, and we had such a relaxing stay. The room in the basement had poor ventilation and a bad smell, so we couldn’t use it.

Thank you - The property was fantastic – even with a group of 10, there was plenty of space, and it never felt crowded or cramped. Since the hotel balconies overlook the garden and pool area, I’d recommend planting tall trees along the wall opposite the hotel to provide more privacy for guests. The flooring around the pool is also quite slippery, which was a concern for us, especially since we had a child (3yr old) who kept wanting to run. To improve safety, I’d suggest covering the entire area with artificial grass, as it requires no maintenance. Another suggestion would be to add a projector on the pillar near the outdoor sofa area. The wall is the perfect size, making it ideal for guests to relax outside and watch a movie.
