Guest Reviews

- carlos (8/5): - Bueno. La cama muy cómoda La ducha. Depronto muy pequeña para tener cortina. Creo que mejor un vidrio le queda de resto bien

- Anastasia (5/5): Our stay was okay. - The location was good (really close to the central station) and the receptionists were very kind. The room was not clean, especially the bed linens and the duvet. We found hair and dirty stamps. They changed it the next day after our request, but still the first impression wasn't that good, making us feeling uncomfortable.
- Patricia (8/5): Very good for the price. Has everything you need. Staff is excellent. - The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station, which was very advantageous for me. The hotel itself is pleasant and warm, with someone always available to assist you if needed. The room is exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you might require. The surroundings are not ideal, but if you overlook that aspect, you will find it to be a good deal.

- Milena (8/5): Clean, close to Termini station - A simple and plain room, no extra facilities, but clean. Very close to Termini station, and it also provides free luggage storage for the guests. Bad internet in the room, we had to go to the reception desk.

- Monica (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient if you got early morning trains. Though clean, the rooms are overpriced for what the hotel can offer
- Margaret (8/5): Close to train station clean and comfortable - Close proximity to train station good restaurants close by 10 min to Trevi fountain by taxi Nothing
- Taghiyeva (9/5): Superb -
- Despina (7/5): Good - Next to the train station The bathroom was super smelly after having the door closed during the night! The shower was tiny with a certain!
- Xiang (4/5): Worth for short stay - Good location. Just beside the train station and many public tranportation stops nearby Elevator is small, slow and dirty .
Rubbish bins at the building entrance.
Big drill noise on the first day morning. After they stopped.

- Rebecca (6/5): Ok for a budget stay - Great location next to the train station. Big room Bathroom was difficult to use, small and water went everywhere from the shower etc
- Sophie (5/5): Passable -
- Alistair (10/5): Great place for the lone traveller - As a traveller who looks at hotels as a place to rest after a good day sightseeing, this was an ideal hotel for me. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was powerful, and the staff were very helpful. Being so close (100m) from Roma Termini, I did expect some noise through the night, but I didn't hear any horns or sirens and slept really well. There were no facilities in the room to make a coffee or from what I could see anywhere in the reception. Though being so close to the main station it was easy enough to pick up something on the way back.
- Diego (7/5): Good -
- Μαριαλένα (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very polite. They help us to move in the town, explain us how to use the sybway, how to go to coloseum, find Cafe to eat, print our tickets for the airport, give us iron and generally do whatever we want easily. Also the staff know very good English so we communicate without difficulties and they are at the reception 24/7! Furthermore, the guest planet is near to subway (1 minute on foot) and the bus from the airport stops at the termini which is 1 minute on foot from guest planet too. At the end I want to comment that in front of the guest house there are many limes which you can use to transfer in the city. We used lime many times and we needed 7 minutes to arrive at the Roma 's center (for example fontana di trevi). There is not bad comment for this guest house.
- Mary (7/5): Good for the price and close to the train station - Front desk was very helpful Room was located on the street side, noise all night long
- Georgia (7/5): Great location, clean rooms! - Great location with access to multiple forms of transport.
Clean and quiet most of the time with the very basic amenities.
- Bar (10/5): Exceptional - nice staff. close to the station. clean nothing
- Eduardo (10/5): Great location and fair price for a 2 star stay - The location is excellent, at walking distance from the touristic areas such as the altar of the fatherland.
- Kasra (8/5): Very good -
- Dorothea (5/5): Passable -
- Georgel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shehroz (8/5): Very good -
- Dmitry (7/5): Very basic place, but OK for short stay in Rome. - Clean. Good location. Quite considering busy area near Termini train station. Friendly staff. We had to pay additional city tax (3.5 Euro per person per night) which wasn't mentioned on Bookings.
More pillows and blankets would be welcome.
- Sara.hal00 (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice sized room, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. You also get a shower gel with towels. Location is next to train station. There is also luggage storage at check-in/check-out. The girl at reception was really nice, smiling, helpful with everything we needed and asked for. /
- Jose (4/5): Disappointing -
- Yokoyama (8/5): Very good - Thanks to the staff's cooperation to me, I could enjoy the travel in Rome despite that I have some problems. The staff in the hotel is so kind that I could go to the great restaurant ad the place where I wanna go to without missing the way. Thank you so much.
- Abdelkarim (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (4/5): okay if you are only staying one night before you catch the train to the Airport - across the street and half a short block ftom the main train station.
the lady that checked us in and the man when we checked out were friendly. 24 hr staff on site electrical plugs .were old and loose and had to prop the devices with a pillow to charge our phones. shower was a small basin with a plastic shower curtain. smallest bathroom we had in 28 days of visiting Italy
- Hilary (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay here, comfortable room, helpful staff, clean, easy walk to buses. Nice cafe for breakfast a few yards away Gi Ma. Selling excellent hot chocolate and pain au chocolat. . Supermarket across the road. Nothing
- Nenad (8/5): Solo traveler in Rome - Perfect location near Termini train station and two metro lines, strong wifi, clean (the staff cleans rooms and changes towels every day). The shower could be fixed in order to have better effect with water pressure.
- Antonio (7/5): Good -
- Fiona__m (6/5): Budget option near Termini - OK for short stay - I was very unsure of what to expect at Guest Planet. As a solo travel booking last minute, the budget options available were limited. I found the staff at Guest Planet really friendly and helpful. My room was more spacious than I was expecting and it had clean towels, linen and toiletries.
Though in a busy area, when the windows were closed I didn't find it noisy. I needed to be close to to Roma Termini to travel out of the city early each morning so the location was good for this. There was free Wi-Fi and as my room was close to reception the connection was good. I was also able to leave my luggage there after check out which was hugely helpful.
As a budget option, if you need to be in this area it's a good option. My room was just off reception which was open 24 hours which did mean that there was noise as guests arrived/left throughout the night. I don't think would be an issue in other rooms so just unfortunate!
The bathroom would benefit from modernisation as some cracked tiles & extractors but was clean so for my 2 night stay not a problem. I did find there was a smell of smoke in the room but it was clean.
The hotel is located in busy area near the station. As a solo female traveller I found it intimidating that there was people hanging around the door way and on the stairs in both the evening and early morning. In other places in Rome that I stayed, there was a gate between the entrance and access to the stairs to apartments/hotels which I preferred as felt safer. If I hadn't been travelling alone it might not have been a cause for concern.
- Alisha (8/5): Very good -
