• Mikołaj (10/5): Super - Jest to super miejsce dla osób które chcą wyjechać do Rzymu. Blisko metro i extra punkt wypadowy. Natomiast sam apartament, jest fantastyczny. Komfort, przestrzeń, osobne łazienki. Rada: system Ring mieliśmy zainstalowany tylko na jeden mail. Mechanizm działa super, ale gospodarza pytajcie by udostępnił system Ring, na więcej niż jeden mail.

• Wioletta (10/5): - Obiekt spełnił w 100% oczekiwania. Klimatyczny dziedziniec pełen roślin. Nowoczesne mieszkanko, dobrze wyposażone. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu, bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, łazienki czyściutkie. W szafach dodatkowe kołdry i poduszki. Polecam!

• 夕栞 (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived at house really late like 2am and we had a problem to enter to the property so I called at that time. Even it was so late to call someone he helped me to solve. Also he let us leave at 11am eventho the checkout time was at 10am. He was really flexible and nice. Thank you so much for everything!!
• Olga (7/5): A nice apartment, but needs some proper cleaning in the kitchen. - The flat is central, modern, nice building. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The owner is very polite and accomodating. The kitchen was very dirty. We did not even use a coffee machine. There were no dishwasher tabs. There was also a problem with an app opening again door. No possibility to leave the luggage or later check in.
• Serena (10/5): Great apartment and brilliant location - This is a beautiful apartment, perfect for families. The courtyard on route to the apartment is beautiful, The air conditioning was amazing, especially on the really hot days! Very close to a beautiful park & the metro station is only a 5 minute walk to get to places you dont fancy walking too. Some lovely restaurants close by aswell as a convinient supermarket just along the road. The self check in was very easy and convenient too. We were delighted to see a kettle in the kitchen ( we British people love our tea & coffee). The beds were very comfy. Franco had great communication throughout. The apartment was Clean & welcoming. One thing to be aware of is there is quite a lot of stairs especially if you have alot of luggage or a elderly person who struggles with stairs or lengthy walks. There was also some strong smells of Asian foods coming into the apartment but that obviously can't be helped, its just something we noticed was quite strong smelling.

Having two bathrooms was great and a washer/dryer was definitely a bonus! The host answered any questions we had promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Nothing!

If you managed to book a stay here, you are definitely lucky! The "wow" effect hits you as soon as you enter the building. Spotlessly clean, quiet, and exceptionally comfortable beds. If you're traveling with a group or a big family, this is simply the perfect option. Another huge advantage is the location—just a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum.

• Joey (10/5): Extreme comfort and joy, very unexpected and a pleasant stay especially in Rome - How the self check in worked and a person was able to guide us which building we needed to go to and which room. There wasn’t much except that you may need to walk a little more to the touristy spots but overall really nice
• Αλεξανδροσ (5/5): Disappointed, it misses quality beds - - big flat with living room - 2 spacious bedrooms - the flat looks really nice - nice and comfortable bathrooms. - direct connection to the airport without any stops - 20 min on foot to the colosseum - 2 out of the 3 beds were not comfortable, one single bed was making lot of noise each time someone moved. While in the double bed, each move of one person was perceived by the partner. - the area is full of homeless people the evening and it smells pee on the street in most places. - the building smells Indian spices which not everyone might like. - the check-in is done with the phone, if after a long trip your phone has no battery you will have to rely on a neighbor to open the entrance door.
