• Francolino (10/5): Vale a pena - O café da manhã é um pequeno almoço. Muito bom. Chuveiro excelente. Travesseiro, e o quarto é estreito e pequeno para duas pessoas com algumas malas. O serviço de arrumação deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto e do banheiro.

• Dorte (7/5): 2 voksne og 1 barn på 7 år. Vi hyggede os og var særligt glade for poolen. - God pris og ok beliggenhed. Prisen var meget lav i forhold til, at hotellet havde en lille pool. Poolen ligger øverst oppe i hotellet, og ikke i en “kælder”, som på mange andre hoteller centralt i Istanbul. Værelserne er helt nyrenoverede, moderne og pæne. Rigtigt gode senge! Airconditionen på værelserne er ustabil, og kan nogle gange ikke køle ordentligt ned. Morgenmaden lever ikke op til standarden på et 4-stjernet hotel i en international storby. At der kun serveres hvidt brød og ikke er nogen alternativer til allergier er ikke tidssvarende i 2026. Til gengæld var der 4 slags oliven, 4 slags kage, 4 slags hvid ost, hvilket ikke er dårligt, men ikke hvis man vil tiltrække gæster fra hele verden. Kaffen til morgenmaden er decideret elendig!

• Dina (3/5): Была в многих отелях в Лалели, это самый ужасный, в номерах грязно, пыль не вытирают , вся сантехника грязная. На рецепц - Только местоположение Очень грязно в номерах, была в 2-ух. Уборщицы не делают свою работу вообще. Всё в пыли! Даже чайник был весь в пыли.

• Anastasia (3/5): Badly - The hotel boasts an excellent location. Major landmarks and markets are nearby, and transport connections are convenient. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It is noisy, dirty, and smells of construction debris. Only one elevator is functioning properly; the others are under repair—though technically operational—and using the stairwells feels unsafe. The air conditioning does not work, despite being listed as an amenity. When I raised these issues, the staff suggested I simply open the window; however, sleeping with the window open is too noisy. If you book a room advertised as having air conditioning, that air conditioning should work. We were assigned a room that bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos posted online; it was unfinished. Staff members entered the room to clean, even though I had explicitly requested that they not do so—a clear violation of privacy. The pillows were atrocious. The swimming pool was out of order for several days, and when it finally reopened, the water was freezing cold. In response to my complaints, the receptionist told me that I was being mean. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

Toalhas muito perfumadas, banheiro.comRecomendado, Excelente excelente chuveiro, e água quente mesmo. Cortesia de chinelos descartáveis, produtos de higiene. Está entre duas estações para cima Metro Vezneciler, e abaixo na avenida o train Aksaray, fácil para se locomover até a pé para o Grande Bazar, Mesquita e Santa Sofia, claro se gosta de caminhar. Com muito comércio ao redor.. Achei um pouco falho a limpeza do quarto, em relação a passar um pano, ou varrer, Parte da piscina muito boa,, mas a Água não estava aquecida, um morno para frio, para eu poder usar, diante do frio que está no mês de abril todo, e a piscina foi um dos motivos que me chamou a atenção, pois tenho hábito de me exercitar todos os dias em piscina aquecida, por recomendação medica.

• Levy (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing, didn't stay. After arrival we concluded to go to another hotel nearby. Booked this as i saw good revieuws. The place was a construction arrea, the swimming pool was closed, the staff was not very welcoming. Asked for a little refund but got a no. First bad revieuw i have given to a hotel. After we concluded to go to another hotel they said we can free use of sauna, but not before.

Personal amabil, am ajuns dimineața devreme si am reusit sa facem check-in, chiar am fost invitati sa luam micul dejun. . Camera mica, se fac renovari in hotel si dimineața este foarte multa galagie, si praf, apa in piscina rece si zona de spa necesita renovari . Hotelul la cum se prezinta acuma nu se incadreaza la 4 *. Istanbul este un oras minunat asa ca toate acestea au contat mai putin.

Все транпортные развязки рядом расположены Запах. В момент размещения был странный запах труб. Как будто застарелые канализационные трубы и сантехника. И в момент размещения на входном этаже был ремонт , о чем мы узнали после размещения. И милую тетушку которая печет на завтраки Гёзлеме, убрали :(

• M (4/5): - Lokacija je oke, sobe su površinski čišćene svaki dan. Iako piše da ima pristup kolicima ipak jedan sprat smo morali nositi dijete u kolicima stepenicama. U rijetkim slućajevima osoblje je priskakalo u pomoć. Doručak je bio isti svako jutro uglavnom neke salatice. Bazen i dio oko bazena podhitno potrebno uređenje.

Bien situé géographiquement, pas très loin des transports permettant de visiter les lieux touristiques. La piscine est un vrai plus, permettant de se relaxer. Les jus de fruits proposés au petit déjeuner pourraient être améliorés, ils sont trop chimiques, sucrés.

• Souad (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, close to Aksaray tramway Station. 10 minutes walk from Suleymaniye mosque and 30 minutes walk from Sultanahmet. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The swimming pool was great.
