• khalifa alassiry (10/5): the best place in room - this place service is like 5 stars hotel . room was every thing new. have snacks sweets drinks came with the room . the room also have AC coold and hot. the hosts silivia was amazing person will show you the place and the door coods . the place have also elevator. easy to access the apartment. breakfast was in Mammarella Cafè Bistrot. the best in the street. 20 meters down the street. take my Advice rent a VISPA i like the easy access and easy check out. i mistakely burned the sheet with the iron and silvia smile and said its oky. unfortunately i didn't take pictures but it was bitter than the pictures online
• Imelda (8/5): Overall value for money - The room is spacious with refreshments for free. The location is about 15 mins walk from Rome Terminal, convenient and it’s safe as it’s close to France Embassy, there are 24 hours patrolling. which is good if you came back late There’s a bit smell of the pillows

Zatrzymaliśmy się na kilka dni w pokoju Piave - pokój był duży, czysty, mogliśmy korzystać z napojów i przekąsek :) W okolicy sporo fajnych restauracji, w cenie pokoju śniadania w pobliskiej kawiarni - kawa, rogalik i sok. Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta pieszo, niedaleko od dworca Termini.

Siamo arrivati in centro facendo una bella passeggiata, un lusso in una città come Roma dove i mezzi pubblici scarseggiano e i taxi sono carissimi! Silvia è una delle migliori host che ho incontrato: disponibile, precisa, ci ha consigliato alcuni ristoranti davvero buoni. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la cura per il cliente, oltre alla colazione in un bar davanti la struttura, in stanza c’erano snack di ogni tipo e anche una bottiglietta di spritz con due calici per un brindisi!!! È senza dubbio diventato il mio nuovo b&b preferito in città. Nulla

• Elisabete (7/5): - Quarto espaçoso com cama confortável. Disponível máquina de café, jarro eléctrico e pequeno frigorífico. A anfitriã deixa como oferta cápsulas de café, pacotes de chá, alguns biscoitos, tostas, geleias, sumo e garrafa de água, o que é um gesto muito atencioso. Com paragem de autocarro em frente ao hotel para o centro da cidade. Muitos restaurantes, lojas e um supermercado a 2 minutos do quarto. Não deixem de experimentar o restaurante do outro lado da estrada que é excelente e com preços muito acessíveis.
• Lilian (6/5): Een super locatie met goeie verbindingen, met een paar verbeterpuntjes - Locatie was super De badkamer, de handdouche kun je niet verstellen. Op 1 meter hoogte douchen, de sproeier was gericht op de muur. Dus je moest de handdouche in de hand houden. De stop in de wasbak kon niet versteld worden dus water blijft staan. Er lag behoorlijk wat stof hier en daar langs de kanten van de kamer en in de kleerkast behoorlijk. De locatie was super maar behoorlijk geluidsoverlast van straat en neonreclame apotheek er onder gelegen. De host was zeer vriendelijk. Voor ons was het bed niet fijn, was aan één stuk dus als de ander draait schudt het hele bed.
• Jenifer (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente El desayuno está muy bien, una cafetería muy bonita y personal muy amable de al lado del hotel La habitación grande No cambiaron las toallas en las 4 noches, ni limpiaron la habitación. Esta bien equipada pero algunas cosas estaban en mal estado o no funcionaban, como la plancha de vapor de la ropa o el hervidor de agua.
• Jessica (8/5): Agradable y cómodo - La habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia y buena zona ya que había mucho transporte cerca. La chica que nos atendió muy maja, nos dejó productos sin gluten. Difícil de encontrar ya que no está bien señalizado porque es un bloque. El desayuno está en un bar de al lado que no te ofrecen casi nada de variedad, las cosas sin gluten no entraban en el desayuno y tuve que pagarlo aparte.

• Lucian (9/5): Very nice trip! - I liked the fact that is central, a lot of restaurants around and the facilities. We had a problem with the fridge that didn't work for a while... Here I think we could've had a little more of assistance...
• Rosa (8/5): Price for Rome & location ok - The Location was near many good restaurants and stores. The elevator was not working well. Stopped only on other floors but ours. After a long day in the Heat, using the stairs was the final workout😆. And they were not very lighted well. Had to use My phone for extra lighting . No parking ..

• Paul (10/5): Nice room in a great location only 10 mins from train station and 20 mins from the main attractions - Check in process was quick and easy all info via WhatsApp. Facilities in the room were great too. The breakfast was a nice touch just in a small cafe a few doors away, just a simple coffee, juice and croissant. For budget travellers there is a small supermarket a few doors away also

• Kőkuti (9/5): Superb - Communication with host was easy. The location was good for us; close enough to reach the historical places. The room is big enough for a few nights to explore Rome and take a sleep. Nice and clean room, with air conditioner, towels, air dryer, small cosmetics etc. Worth it
• Kate (10/5): A perfect stay in every way. - Large very comfortable room with a comfortable bed. Large bathroom with lots of space. Our host Silvia, was incredible! She made our first visit to Rome a wonderful experience! Breakfast each morning was amazing! Wonderful location! I’ll miss staying here and I hope to be back soon!
• Franciele (10/5): Great location in Rome! - Very clean room and a great location in Rome. Not super central but easily accessible on foot or by public transport. It's close to Borghese Park and has many restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby. I highly recommend the restaurant directly across the street. The included breakfast was good, in a cute café next door. The room has a good size for two people and has a large bed (my husband is 2 meters tall and it was perfect for him). It's also a good price compared to the rest of Rome. Furthermore is the owner very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - Very good apartment, I recommend it. From Termini Station it is 15 min walk. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and also the bus station was near the apartment. I didn't like the breakfast because the croasant was very small and I need to eat 5 like that.
