Il propriettario e' statto piu che bravo! per andare al mare toccava atraversare il ponte o sottopassaggio feroviario, che di sera il buio tottale.E' abbiente pericolosa di notte ! Altro tutto perfetto! a 10 min da mare e 20 min dal centro. Stazione di avtobus a 10 min a piedi .
