• Sandra (5/5): - Tiene una ubicación excelente y el apartamento esta reformado, a excepción de las ventanas. El sofá olía fatal, como a pies, no sé si será debido a la humedad tan enorme que hay en el apartamento puesto que esta pegado a un saliente del mar, pero estancado. Hay encendido 24h un extractor, supongo también que para disminuir la humedad y se hace agotador, especialmente para conciliar el sueño.

• John (6/5): Pleasant - Beautifully clean and very helpful welcome on a rainy night. Good heating/ air conditioning. Parking inside the property. Very cramped design. No room to move around. Only one dining chair and small folding table. Would be fine as a one person flat. I was glad it was one night only. Bathroom is basic and inadequate for maquillaje.
• Carolina (9/5): My fam and I had a good stay at this location. The apartment is clean, comportable and close to Puerto Banus. We had no - Location. It is close to Puerto Banus and the beach. Parking was good as well. Area is safe.
• Samir (1/5): Worst stay ever in my entire life - Nothing. They are selling a place that says it can welcome eight people when, in reality, it's too small for even a couple. The sofa bed doesn't work, the bedroom doesn't have a window, and they've rearranged the old terrace into a living room and even a bedroom with a bunk bed. This old thing was the worst ripoff of my entire life. We didn't like everything, but I think the cockroaches everywhere and constantly were the crème de la crème of this flat. Actually, they are the real residents over there. You can see them at any time of the day or night: during cooking, sleeping, or even walking calmly on your toothbrush.

• Karlis (1/5): Bad - We paid high class price for the stay. So we expected that quality of the service will be at the same level. Unfortunately two full days we were living in temperature +35C, because AC was completely broken. The rest five days we were able to use only one AC out of three. Regarding no opportunity to change an appartment we waited for the promised compensation. The manager was blaming that the top manager is on vacation. We were waiting for promised compensation for one month. We have realise that this is completely lies, because they are not replaying on our request. Please do not use Martalia Apartahoteles Puerto Banus accommodation.
