Guest Reviews
- Sally (7/5): What was required - Ideal for what was required. Chalet possibly needs a little bit of a revamp, re decorating here and there.
- Zoe (6/5): Pleasant - Very compact, double bed was tiny especially if you are tall.
- Tina (7/5): Good - Location TV remotes didn't work and place was freezing when we got there but did warm up when we out the radiators ... would have been nice to have the place warm .
- Tobi (1/5): This property was so dirty and awful it was unhabitable. A small blood stain was on the wall. Dirty mattresses with no p - The property was in a good location. The property was dirty. Stains filled every room some stains looked very similar to bodily fluid.
- Felicity (3/5): Very disappointing. I have more photos but can only upload four. - The original outside chalet look. Comfortable sofa. On first arrival outside the property was an ashtray full of old cigarette butts. There was no doormat inside to wipe our feet. There were holes in one of the bedroom doors. It was not a double bed as stated in the property details. The general corner areas were grubby. It was cold to the point of being able to see our breath. There was a heater but it had not been put on the wall so we could not use it. The duvets were thin. The bathroom door stuck and so I was unable to go to the toilet in the night and had to go outside at 4.30am! We finally managed to unstick it in the morning after much trying. There was religious iconography on the bathroom door and the kitchen window. The photos do not reflect the experience.
It was not good value for money and with the experience of having to go to the toilet outside in the middle of the night and no heating, I would expect a refund.
- Malcolm (2/5): Very poor - The price Damp, uncomfortable
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place, great location and a very friendly site All good
- Tina (8/5): Very good -
- Sophie (1/5): Filthy and dangerous. - Not one single thing. Avoid staying here at all costs. Absolutely filthy and unfit for purpose! Advertised as no dogs yet there was dog hair everywhere. My daughters allergies were triggered as soon as she stepped in the place, she had to sit outside within 5 minutes of getting there. Shower door was literally hanging off, oven was caked in grease and rust, dangerous exposed electrics, an old electric scooter just left in the bedroom amongst other belongings like old shoes and prescription medication, the list goes on and on. We physically couldn’t stay here as it was a risk to my family. The owner refused to refund and didn’t care that if we’d have stayed there it was a risk to my daughter’s health. I’m now out of pocket. I’ve traveled nearly the whole coast of England and never seen accommodation so disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.
