• Julija (7/5): NOT B&B, just Bed - The room is comfortable, pleasant, light. In the shower, warm water has to wait long and disappear quickly. Very bad communication. The owner did not come, did not wait, had no info to email. Calling difficult. was thrown off the handset. I use kaumins to get into a reserved place. Breakfast is not at all. They are something in the bar, which I new about it from the reserved place in a day I leave.

Doccia nel complesso da migliorare, sia il doccino che la tenda poiché bagnava il pavimento, alcuni asciugamani puzzavano e nella hall c’era puzza di muffa

• giovanna (3/5): Non tornerei. - La posizione è ottima per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno lontano dal caos romano, ma troppo lontana per chi invece vuole " viversi" Roma. La camera, era una tripla, era un pò piccola, mancava di un vero e proprio armadio, il bagno e gli infissi da rifare, nel bagno c'erano a malapena due ganci per appendere il corredo bagno, il mio l'ho appoggiavo su una sedia e in 5 gg nn è mai stato sostituito, la pulizia giornaliera ok. Non ho mai incontrato l'host, abbiamo parlato solo al telefono ed è stato molto gentile.

Sensazione di essere in una casa per appuntamenti La doccia funziona male e schizza ovunque tranne che dal doccino, e il bagno si allaga e per asciugare c’è solo il tappetino doccia E’ piuttosto isolata ma c’è rumore della strada e della gente di notte

• Michele (1/5): Horrible place, especially if you factor in the price. - Nothing The room was dirty and completely different from the photos, the very few furniture was barely standing straight, the shower couldn't be closed. No air conditioning, just a fan. No fridge in the room or in the communal area. "Breakfast" if you could call it that was horrendous. The host is not present on the property, and the check in is so called "smart". The towels were very worn and a bit dirty.
• Christopher (8/5): Very good - Room was fine. Clean, enough room for 3 people. Easy access. Bathroom fine and all amenities required. Nice restaurant just around the corner! was very hot when we arrived and didn't really cool down to perfect temperature as the fan and portable AC was only adequate. So if you want a super-cool room, not for you. It is summer after all! Be aware there is no street parking right outside.
• Annika (2/5): Very poor - Ok value for money No check in details until 15 minutes after I arrived in the rain. Someone opened the door for me then walked away without saying anything. There was a cockroach in my room. Really bad location, no public transport as strikes were going on

• Simon (2/5): Avoid at all cost - It was a horrible experience. Extremely disappointing stay – not as advertised The apartment was dirty when I arrived. There was hair all over the floor and beds, used contact lenses from a previous guest left by the nightstand, dirty footprints in the shower, and grime under the beds. I contacted the host, who promised help, but after a so-called "reclean," the place was actually even dirtier. It seems they don’t even use a vacuum cleaner. I ended up cleaning the toilet, shower, and removing hair myself. A cleaner supposedly comes in every day, but with each visit, the apartment looked worse. At one point, I found gross white stains on a pillowcase. On rainy days, the cleaner didn’t even remove their shoes, leaving muddy footprints everywhere. The used contact lenses were never removed, even after several days. I messaged the host again, but never got another response. They just take your money and clearly don't care. The photos on Booking.com are misleading—the place is much more run-down. The shower set falls off when you touch it, the curtain is disgusting, and the toilet is loose. I had to repair the sink drain myself because it was broken. The heating didn’t work either. They claim to offer breakfast, but it's just a voucher that's actually more expensive to use than buying food directly at nearby cafés. Bottom line: for just a few euros more, you can find much better accommodation in the area. I would not recommend staying here.

• Gabriele (7/5): Fair if you need to stay in that area - I liked the location close to where I needed to be although there are no restaurants (only one bar). I also appreciated the availability and kindness of the staff. I disliked the facilities (eg electric plugs “floating around”, basic furniture, shower with no space to keep soap, very old wc difficult to flush, etc)

• Maryna (7/5): Good for it's price. - Italian breakfast was offered for free, it was nice. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The teapot was not working, so we had to leave to find a coffee. Some bathwear needs renovation, but nothing critical.

• Ahmeti (8/5): the host was fantastic,very friendly and responsive. Whenever we had a question, she answered right away and was very he - We really liked the convenience of having the bus station nearby and appreciated how clean the property was. it was a bit cold at night, and the blanket and thin duvet didn’t keep us warm enough. As a group of girls with a lot of makeup and hair products, we found the bathroom lacking space to store our things.
