- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and I was quite impressed! The minimalist design in light colors creates a relaxing atmosphere right away. I opted for a standard room, which was comfortable and well-maintained. One thing to note is the lack of breakfast options on-site, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. The 24/7 availability of the staff was a great plus, making check-in smooth at any hour. Its proximity to Biopark was a delightful bonus for our trip. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia!
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deep (10/5): Exceptional - good
- Bernd (6/5): served my purpose - There was no option to change the temperature in the room
- Alexandrina (10/5): Exceptional - The design was amazing, very beautiful and unique. The stuff was great, very kind guys and helpful. The let us keep our bags for a few hours, what I am very grateful for.
- Meryem (1/5): Bad - Could not even find it
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (8/5): Served our needs well. - 24hr reception as it was after midnight when we needed to check in. The entire property is minimalist in the extreme (not an issue in itself) but had no refrigeration option.Price was high for what was offered. Street parking not easy to find.
- Saqib (10/5): Exceptional - Every thing is perfect 💯
- Mathew (7/5): Good -
- Stefan (8/5): Very good -
- Javier (5/5): Passable - Dirección in Google maps is wrong
- David (1/5): not stay no hotel - Is a scam no hotel there just thwy still your money
- Ribotton (4/5): Disappointing - Very clean and quiet. The staff were wonderfully helpful. There are alot of things that need to be ironed out, Nuir Hotel looks beautiful in the pictures but lacks functionality. The rooms are missing a few commodities
On our first night there was a bright light shining down though the internal skylight ( which was rectified the following night)
The shower leaked across the floor of the bathroom and take a long time to drain.
- Filip (1/5): Bad - Nothing They cheat, take your deposit and never back. Don’t book this place
- Alex (8/5): Very good - Excellent. Great location
- Francisco (7/5): Good -
- Lorcán (8/5): Brand new place, basic but nice. Curious place built within a shed - Everything is brand new and comfortable. Surprisingly so. The location is NOT where it says on Google Maps, it’s about a 10 minute walk down the street. Best to use the address rather than the name.
The shower didn’t drain in my room (16) so it flooded.
- Farrukh (5/5): Passable -
- Joelle (1/5): False advertising for 24 hour concierge, no cleaning, no bathroom in the lobby, will dispute charge - The big draw to this place was 24 hour concierge and we contacted them ahead of time to confirm we would be checking in a little after 11pm. They verified this was fine. There was no one to check us in. The website didnt work. The QR code didnt work. There was no phone number to call. Booking.com didnt respond. After calling for 5 hours trying to get another hotel, I finally rifled through the front desk to find a master key and broke into our room at 4am, which was filthy, not cleaned at all- hair all over the floors. The shower did not drain and flooded out entire bathroom, empty body wash container- so no soap, and there are no doors and someone opened our door and walked in exposing me naked in the bathroom. The next day, the person at the desk said they would clean the room as well as have the manager contact us about not having anyone there to check us in. No one ever called. No one ever cleaned the room. They apologized for walking in on us. The morning of check out, we wanted to leave our bags as we were told we could, but again there was no one at the desk so we left them in our room. When we returned, the person behind the desk told us the website clearly said we were late for check out, but I reminded him the website didnt work. He agreed.
- Tia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ada (1/5): Bad - I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I never received my deposit back, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, no one ever responded to my messages. The room was very disappointing — it had no windows, no furniture, and it was dirty. The overall decor was poor and unwelcoming. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
- Andrii (2/5): Very poor -
- Ole (1/5): WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!! - The hotel was not finished, it was with the wrong address, no phone, and was dirty!
After checking in, I looked at the room and left, asking for my money back! you can not stay at this hotel The hotel was not finished, it was with the wrong address, no phone, and was dirty!

- Miguel (5/5): Clean room good position but too much radical basic - Clean and in good position Extremely basic , the address was not complete with number and the Hotel was not present in google map .
Room was not well isolated fro sounds.
- Anna (3/5): Terrible experience — the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. - Not a bad interior, if you only take the reception area There is nothing in the room except a bed and a single hanger. There’s no door to the bathroom, and no door inside the bathroom either, so after you shower, everything gets wet. There are no windows — just a plastic skylight right above the bed that can’t be closed, so once the sun rises, you’re awake. There is no air conditioning and no fire safety system. No hooks, nowhere to hang a towel, and no space to put anything.
You won’t be able to resolve any issues with the hotel — they only send automated responses. Upon check-in, they’ll charge a €100 deposit, and afterward, you’ll have to contact Booking.com yourself to try to get your money back. By the way, it’s unclear what the deposit is even for — the only thing of value in the room is a TV.
The reception desk doesn’t work between 9 and 11 AM. If you need to check out during this time, they’ll ask you to use their website to chat with an admin — but the site doesn’t work.
The hotel itself is basically a container with no real ceiling — just a piece of fabric and holes in the walls. If you value your peace of mind and your money, book another hotel.
- Issis (1/5): Undafe - They ask for 100€ deposit and never refunded the money! They are not responsive on chat/phone/email!
- Kaoutar (1/5): Bad - De depósito 100€ still not back
- Duncan (7/5): Good - I am still waiting for my refund of the deposit paid which was never reverted. I have been trying to contact both the hotel and booking.com customer care to no avail.
- Michael (3/5): Avoid this property or you'll be scammed. - The property was ok for the price but the hotel just scammed us with our deposit money. The hotel demanded 100€ security deposit. We agreed. Upon checkout, the staff checked the room and confirmed everything was fine. They said that they'll return the deposit within 14 days. It's been a month and I've been trying to reach out to them and they're unavailable. Their phone doesn't work and they don't reply at all. I tried to contact booking.com for this issue as well but there's no way to reach them too. I suggest people to avoid the property. Shame on booking.com for allowing this and not helping.
- Tania (7/5): Good -
- Chaimae (1/5): Bad - Very horrible experience this place is a scam spend 4 hours waiting in the lobby with no one to assist in the middle of the night Everything
- Pejman (1/5): Bad -
- Baker (5/5): Overall, it didn’t ruin our stay, but it definitely left us with a few funny (and frustrating) stories to share with fri - Yeah, what we really liked about the hotel was that it’s right by the Turia Gardens, so it was super easy to get around and access different parts of the city. We also loved that they had a big, comfortable space where you could relax outside of your room. And when there were people around, the staff were friendly and the service was really good. Some of the things that weren’t so great about the room were, first, there was no fridge, so we couldn’t store anything we bought. They also didn’t provide any cutlery or glasses — we picked up a bottle of wine but had nowhere to really enjoy it, not in the room or even in the shared spaces, which was a bit disappointing.
Another issue was that the bathroom didn’t have a proper door. After using the toilet, the smell filled the entire room, which upset my wife, so I ended up having to use toilets at cafes and restaurants instead — definitely not ideal.
There was also no space to properly set up our toiletries. We had to put our toiletry bags on the floor, which was clean enough, but still not what you’d expect — there wasn’t a counter or any shelves.
On top of that, because there were no cupboards or drawers, we had to live out of our suitcases, which ended up spread out across the floor. That made us not want housekeeping to come in, just because everything felt messy and disorganized.
Overall, the setup just didn’t really work for us. I think if you’re considering staying here, it’s really important to read all the details beforehand. It’s a very minimalist style — much better suited for solo travelers with just a small suitcase or a backpack. It’s definitely not ideal for couples or anyone staying longer who needs a bit more comfort and organization.
- Adnan (1/5): Bad -
- Alberto (6/5): Missing the minimum essentials to promote an eccentric idea - I understand the idea of minimalism and the style was actually nice, but come on, a toilet without doors? One can not go and take a dump that the other person in the room is gonna hear, smell and see everything? Also no door in the shower, so basicaly we were splashing water in the living room.
Nothing to put your toothbrush or bathroom things on, we had to leave everything inside the sink. Also no windows, the whole hotel is a refurbished (and masked) old garage or factory. The only access to air was a fake window on the ceiling, which gave light also during the night making it difficult to sleep.
Walls were basically paper, you could hear literally everything from other rooms.
The bed was on a very cheap frame that was a bit unstable and made a lot of noise, we had to move the mattress on the floor.
- Denys (3/5): Poor - Checked in 31st of March at 23:30. Payed 100 euro. Checked out 1st of April at 11:00. Today is 13 of April. 2 weeks passed. Did not received any money back. Payed additionaly 100 Euro for 12 hours overnight stay. When they need insurance money they will not check you in without paying it. Even you stay only overnight. But you have no insurance that this money will be given you back. Be carrefull
- Simon (1/5): The ultimate in basic..Not even a window,no fire instructions,no one at reception, not even water. - Nothing Honestly. There are no fercilities in the hotel and you are sleeping in a box with no window and there are very few places near by to buy food and drink, there is never anyone on reception and the door to the street is always open.€100 on arrival incase of damage. Not got that back.If there was a fire everyone would die. How Booking.com allows this without checking safety and fire regulations must be illegal..Shame on you..Twice you have sent me to a dodgy hotel that ripped me off.
- Erico (8/5): Very good -
- Andrea (5/5): Passable -
- Marvin (3/5): Nice try, but Hotel is pretty scam. - I see the style of being minimalistic and the idea behind. But the rooms are totally lacking some basic features. Shower splashing all over the room, no window, no shelf in bathroom etc.
Also the reception was pretty unfriendly.
Worst thing is that everybody needs to pay a deposit of 100€, which „should be refunded within 7 days.“ This was 2.5 weeks ago and I still haven’t got the money back.
- Alex (1/5): It’s disappointing - It’s disappointing that a property like this is even allowed to be listed on this site. The room is essentially a shoebox with nothing in it but a bed—no chair, no table, and nowhere to put your belongings. The bathroom has no door and is completely open, which makes it very uncomfortable if you're staying with someone else.
During our 4-day stay, the room was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out. To make matters worse, they require a €100 deposit, which—judging by other reviews—you’re unlikely to ever get back.
There are no windows, and the air circulation is terrible. Overall, I highly recommend avoiding this place
- Tetiana (6/5): Pleasant - Clean new room, comfortable bed and fresh linen and towels. Not far from the center.
Nice idea, but pour realization. The night before we were at same minimalistic hotel, but nothing was missing. Three is no window in the room. Weak air conditioning without control, can't handle the humidity after showering. There are no glass doors in the shower, so water splashes all over the room, the room has no door.
Missing a small table, chairs, kettle and a couple of pots or glasses, a shelf by the sink for storing toiletries. The main problem - there is a window above the bed through which the light shines all night! !! And also at check in they asked us for a 100€ deposit.
- Mateusz (1/5): Bad - 3D apartment - dirty, dusty and different than in the pictures
- Irinka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adriana (8/5): Very good -
- Emeruom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emeruom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (5/5): Never again - Not a lot. It was a place to put your bags and sleep. Where to begin. Prepaid and still expected to pay an additional €100 damage deposit which they hold for 7 days. Rooms are minimalist to the extreme. No low lighting. No door on bathroom. Nothing. Looks like it’s furnished from ikea.

- Joan (10/5): Exceptional - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened hotel, and I was very impressed. The minimalist design gives it a fresh and airy feel, which I really appreciated. Although breakfast isn't provided, there are plenty of options nearby. I opted for a standard room, which was spacious and well-designed, complete with a powerful shower. The staff were available around the clock, making check-in super easy at any time. The proximity to Biopark and the Turia Park was a huge plus for my daily outings. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia!
- Joaquin (7/5): One-time-only fair choice - Room was nice, with shower and toilet ensuite. The receptionist was friendly. Good enough for a night of sleep. Walls are def thin. €100 deposit is excessive for what this place is, only refunded 2 weeks later.

Although it doesn’t offer breakfast or a kitchen, there are plenty of nearby cafes to grab a bite. The proximity to the Biopark was a big plus for me, as I enjoy nature. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the 24/7 service very convenient. The standard room I stayed in was clean and comfortable — a perfect base for exploring Valencia. Highly recommended!

The staff's 24/7 availability made checking in easy, which is a huge plus for any traveler. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to others looking for a nice place in Valencia.

- Oleg (1/5): Never again - Nothing 1. They take deposit of 100€ for the rooms almost without furniture. Initiated a refund after 14 days instead of promised 7 days plus I still have to wait abt 5 days for banks.
2. Absence of bathroom door
3. Leaking shower
4. It’s under construction
5. Building plastic on the celling because of above
6. Absence of basics as: chair, a table

I appreciated that the staff are available 24/7, making check-in very convenient. While the absence of an on-site restaurant might be a drawback for some, there are plenty of dining options nearby. - Maria (1/5): Bad - We stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, our room lacked basic amenities such as a bathroom door, shelves in the bathroom, hangers, a toilet brush, refrigerator, and utensils. There was also no ventilation, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
In addition to these issues, we were required to pay a deposit upon arrival, which they promised to return when we checked out. However, despite following all the procedures, they did not refund us the money. When we tried to check out, we expected an administrator to assist us, but instead, a woman arrived who appeared to be a cleaner and could not communicate in English, making the situation even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, we attempted multiple times to contact customer support via their messaging system but received only automated responses with no resolution. For nearly 100 euros per night, this hotel was grossly overpriced considering the lack of essential facilities and poor service. We do not recommend staying here, especially if you expect even basic comforts during your visit.
