• Amanda (9/5): - Un sitio agradable, fácil de aparcar, con un parque cerca, al llegar una señora muy maja nos ayudó y facilitó una habitación llegamos antes de lo previsto y muy bien, eso si tenéis que hacer el chekin para poder entrar porque sin eso no se les facilita el código. Hay un sitio común que está muy bien, buen lugar para ir con niños pero tiene escaleras.

• Jose A (4/5): Me he sentido estafado - El emplazamiento porque me venía bien por un tema personal. El tamaño de la habitación, es muy pequeña, teniendo en cuenta que reserve una habitación para tres adultos. La habitación tendrá unos 10 M2:y hay una cama doble y un sillón cama. El sillón cama no tiene colchón, tuvimos que poner el edredón de la cama de matrimonio para que estuviera menos duro y estudiar bien su posición para poder acceder al baño, pero en ese caso no se podía abrir la puerta de la habitación.La estantería que hacía de armario tenía una cuarta de polvo. En el baño no hay ni una estantería donde colocar, por ejemplo, las bolsas de aseo.ni vasos... No hay acceso para minusválidos, hay escaleras para ir a cualquier sitio. No hay recepción, ni hay nadie que te atienda. En la zona común, que está en el sótano, hay una cafetera, ese es el desayuno que puedes tomar. En el pueblo, no es culpa del hotel lo que pasa es que a mí me venía bien la situación, solo hay un bar de lo más cutre con unos desayunos horribles. En resumen una malísima relación calidad precio.

• SarahKelly1509 (9/5): Excellent value for money in a very clean, bright, beautiful hostel. - The location was central. It was beautifully maintained and looked as if it was recently updated or remodeled. Pristine condition in the room and at the hall areas. It is a comfortable sized room for one, and possibly two, people. If you are not tech savvy and not a Spanish speaker you may have difficulty. This isn't an area with tons of tourists so communication was only done in Spanish. I used Google translate for help which was excellent and easy but not everybody does that. Not a huge hurdle but something to be aware of. There was a malfunction with not receiving the room code before my arrival so I had to contact the hotel (as there is no in person reception) so there should be a fix or check for that. Luckily they were quickly online and available to let me in. This was also the case with another couple who was stuck outside, as they didn't receive their code.

Tener siempre un asistente virtual al llamar al teléfono no permitía la fluidez en la comunicación .Tambien tuvimos unos huéspedes bebidos que gritaban y armaron jaleo pero eso es mala suerte ,no culpa del establecimiento.

• ANTONIO (8/5): ESTANCIA EN NATURA ROOMS - La ubicación es buena un lugar donde desconectar si quieres salir de la ciudad, ya que a menos de media hora tienes Madrid y Guadalajara. La temática del hotel estaba muy bonita, ya que cada habitación tenía una diferente. La habitación era pequeñita, no tenía armario, solo una mesilla de noche y los marcos del baño estaban bastantes hinchados (imagino porque en alguna ocasión se habrá salido el agua del baño y lo haya empapado el marco de la puerta).

No le doy un 10 por que tuve problemas con la cisterna del wc por que cada vez que la usaba se quedaba enganchada y me costaba ponerla bien otra vez. Pero por el resto le doy un 10 Solo la cisterna del wc que se quedaba enganchada. Pero nada fuera de lo normal un pequeño problema que tiene solución fácil.

Con la cafetera, para tomarte un café por la mañana, y nos dieron una que tenía nada, ni una percha para colgar la ropa. Fatal. La ducha!!!!!!!! Si tiene una barrigita un poco grande no entras!!! No te permite el espacio. La habitacion Aire es diminuta!!!!!!! No sé cómo son otras habitaciones. Pero no lo recomiendo este hotel a nadie. Tardaron una eternidad para darme las claves para entrar, después de haber hecho check-in online. Tuve que insistir. En fin, dormimos una noche ahí, pero no volveré, ni lo recomendare. Y muy caro para lo que es.

The owner, Cristina, contacted me to send me the codes, and was very easy to access the hotel and the room. We also had a technical issue with the tv, but they came immediately to fix it. The room was small, there wasn’t too much space.

• Kelina (7/5): It was a nice accommodation, but there was some lack of communication. - The property was very clean and well decorated. I liked that the staff was helpful the whole time. The location was a bit far from the city center, but that is my fault for not looking hard enough at the address. Finding which room was ours was a bit confusing and the code for the room was incorrect.
• Gonzalez (9/5): Comfortable and clean room - Looks like the building is new, my room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The bed linens were clean and fresh. Most of the people using booking.com are tourists and some of us do not have an active phone number or internet service in the country we are visiting. It's very important to share the wifi password inside the room or in the entrance. There are no taxi in this area, the Uber or taxi coming from another town and without wifi it was really difficult to contact.
