• Ariadna (9/5): - L'habitació està totalment nova i amb tot de detalls molt ben cuidats. El bany també és tot nou i està molt net. L'accés a l'edifici és molt fàcil i ràpid per fer-lo de forma autònoma. La propietària va ser molt amable des del primer moment i va estar pendent de que tot estigués bé. Està a 2 minuts de l'estació de trens de Termini. La finestra de l'habitació queda bastant a l'alçada del carrer i se senten molt les converses de la gent que passa o del treballador de la botiga de sota que està sempre parlant per telèfon. A la nit però, és un carrer tranquil i no se sent tant a la gent.

• Melanie (10/5): - The street (and sidewalks) are noisy; people spending time in front of the guesthouse for whatever reason (locals). I was in Room 1, so my window was facing the street. Otherwise, proximity with the train station is great. The room was spotless.
• Jose (10/5): - Good enough for my need. This is not a full service hotel. The bathroom and room are clean and updated, but way too small. Again, the room size is not a big deal because we only use it to sleep.

I wasn't expecting and didn't like the online form which includes taking photographs of yourself and your passport and uploading for proof of identity which had to be filled out to gain entry.

• Alessia (10/5): Great place walking distance to train station - Walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Stazione a termini, this place is ideal to stay before leaving the next morning. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear and timely. The room and bathroom were very clean and the AC worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again.

Felt safe - which is important when you are a solo traveler. Was able to leave my luggage in the am to explore the city which was a nice bonus!

The room was perfect for two people & beautiful. In an ideal location, a 5-7 min walk from Rome Termini. Housing is VERY secure and safe, will definitely stay here when I visit Rome again! I forgot to take photos of the room but they are EXACTLY as shown on the website. Very pretty & modern.

Somewhat loud street noise but only during the day so not too disruptive. No wine glasses available. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. Mini fridge too small for wine bottle or large water bottle

O horário de check in e Check Out é bem rígido, uma vez que não há recepção e o acesso é liberado de forma remota. Considerando os preços de Roma, é uma boa opção.

All electronic checkin and key works fine but follow the instructions exactly. Location is not very obvious. There is a small sign by the front door of the building.

• Michael (8/5): - Communication regarding checking in was very good. We really like the electronic locks for the first two doors. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! Very easy to find from the train station and then an easy walk to most sites. The only issue was the air conditioner would not work. We attempted to message the host but did not get a response. Felt safe leaving the windows open to help keep the room cool.

Room 1 was noisy because it was street level and you could hear when people were talking or the street cleaners. For the price I think more than 1 towel could have been given.

Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, making everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! The water in the shower was a bit a bit cold, I should admit that the water was not ice cold, but it wasn’t warm enough to be fully comfortable. While this was slightly inconvenient, it didn’t take away from our overall great experience.

• Eloise (8/5): - Good location, and easy to find, access via phone app, so fine as long as you have phone charge. If staying in appt 2 it's worth bringing earplugs as the room is directly above a shop that seems to be very popular with locals and doesn't close until near midnight.

• Crystal (8/5): Clean, safe and comfortable room, conveniently located close to Roma Termini Train Station. - The property was clean and modern, although a little small. The self checkin and app controlled building and apartment door entry was fantastic and convenient! The bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located within a couple min walk from the Termini train station, so close to metro and bus for using public transportation around Rome. Although we somewhat expected this, but the area around the train station is not the best. Pretty sketchy at night and very dirty. There was a lot of noise from the street we could hear in our room during the night. However we felt safe in the apartment despite this. Takes up to 20-40mins to get to the main attractions, best to stay closer at higher cost to limit travelling on public transport which is horrible when busy in Rome.

The bed is comfortable,every day the cleaning was done by a nice lady!the shower is big and hot water ! The furniture is new! Shampoo and body gel are smells good ! Everything was perfect except the fridge (if you want too keep something overnight is impossible). The fact that you can’t keep your baggages,because it here is no reception! So if you have a late train ,you’ll be forced to carry all the day your baggage with you and as I said earlier…if you want to buy something and take way ,the food will spoil because is not a big frige to can keep it!

There were not any serious issues with the property during the stay, property was cleaned everyday, and there were clear instructions throughout the property. I could clearly hear people’s conversation outside, even when the window was closed. Also, the shower head was a little weak for my liking

Single window facing wall of next building. Moderate amount of small ants near bathroom door. Periodical, never-ending thudding sound coming from elsewhere in building, never stopped even at night. Short bed. Small room.

Fact that there is no proper curtain to cover the window from morning sunshine and window has no sound insulation. People were having conversation on the street and I had to check multiple times if the window was open.

• Hai (8/5): - The location was great and the communication was excellent. I only complained about the water pressure in the shower room (Room 1) was so weak, and the air conditioner is more like a heater. We put it on cold 16 degree celcius (yes, cool mode, not fan or heating) but it did not even cool the room.
• Rea (9/5): Superb - Very nice room. Great location, 5 minutes from Termini train station and as a result, very well connected (trams and buses). You can also walk to the Colosseum on foot in 20 minutes. The housekeeping staff came to tidy up the room every day. The aesthetic of the room was really nice and it was well equipped and comfortable for two people. The street of the building was a bit neglected. The room has a window facing the street so there is noise from people passing by as it is a lively neighborhood. Keep in mind that the external doors only open with an online link (no keys) so you need to make sure that you have access to your phone. It was easy to get used to and we had no issues with the access.
• Yousuf (3/5): Not good - the location was near Roma Termini, which was good. We could hear everyone passing by. They should probably install double glazed windows. And there were ants everywhere. I took photos . I was asked to vacuum the room by myself at night instead of them doing something about it. Instead of apologizing , they took videos and blamed me for throwing food in the trash. Where else do you throw food???. The ants came through a hole in the wall. The ants also got in our clothes which we had to throw away. They threatened to report us to booking.com. What kind of hospitality is this?? I was not going to write a review until they threatened to report me and asked for an apology from me.

• Laime (10/5): I would wish to come back - Very nice and clean appartment in good location. A lot of caffe around to get tasty breackfast. The room was very small, but it was cleaned every day. Thanks to the host! I You have to be sure that phone is charged. Otherwise it would be difficult to get in. But now it is 21st age and it was interesting to see how new technologies could be applied.
