Amenities are all outstanding, and perfect for entertaining a group when the weather comes over all Cumbrian. Location is brilliant, with only a 5minute walk from the Station, high street and supermarkets. Host communicates well and was very helpful. No complaints at all.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - As a group of 18 friends we have just spent an amazing few days at Southview Spa. The property is outstanding and in a fantastic location and highly recommended if you are looking to rent a property with great facilities in the Lake District. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, but all the facilities are excellent. When we needed to contact the hosts, during our stay, they were quickly on hand to help and assist us with the situation, which was much appreciated.
• Caroline (10/5): Immaculate , beautiful home ! Book it ! - We recently had a large family get-together at this incredible house, and honestly, it exceeded every one of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — the house was absolutely immaculate, beautifully presented, and filled with thoughtful touches like luxury bathrobes, fluffy towels, and gorgeous toiletries. Every detail had been thought of, inside and out. With every room being en-suite, it made such a difference for our big group, and the beds were so unbelievably comfortable! The facilities were fantastic and very well used — we all made the most of the sauna, swimming pool, hot tub, and games room. The huge kitchen and dining space was absolutely perfect for us all to come together for meals. The kitchen was so well equipped, it had everything you could possibly need (and more!). The cinema room and games room were a massive hit too — the kids especially loved it, and there was never a dull moment in this gorgeous home. Thank you so much for having us. It truly was a special weekend, and every single one of us gave it a 10/10 — we had the most amazing time and made memories we’ll never forget. Caroline x
• Georgina (10/5): Perfect venue for a family get together - An amazing venue for a three generation party weekend special birthday with dogs! Beautifully designed house with everything you could possibly need if you want to cook, chill out, visit Windermere, eat out. The spa facilities are first class and there’s plenty of room for 10 plus people to eat but also smaller areas for small groups to escape to! The outside area is lovely for a bbq and Windermere is very close by for longer walks. There’s plenty of parking too.

• Mohamed (10/5): Perfect for a large group! - Simply stunning. The place was immaculately clean and facilities were great with amazing attention to details comparable to a five star hotels. We enjoyed the spa, cinema room and the games room. Everything was as shown in the photos. There were 18 of us (+2 dogs).The place accommodated us all. All the rooms had en-suite toilets with showers. Adults, children and even teenagers enjoyed themselves a lot. Would highly recommend and we would all be very glad to book again!
• Victoria (10/5): If you want a perfect base for your stay then this is it! Everything and more than we hoped! - What an amazing house! All 15 of us loved everything about it! It was very clean, had everything we wanted and needed and we all truly enjoyed our stay, some of the group have even googled the mattresses as they were so very comfortable! The only tiny niggles, and these were only because we were a group of ladies who like to sit and chatter or sing 😂 was that the lounging area (couches/living room) didn’t fit us all in 😊) and we were unable to connect our Karaoke machine up to the TV’s - but in this amazing house it wasn’t a real problem and certainly didn’t negatively detract from our stay in this amazing house!

• L (10/5): I would definitely recommend Southview for any occasion, pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, 👌 - Southview has everything you need under one roof, ample space and lots to do. Not much we didn't like, just couldn't get the cinema or TV to work.
• Cathryn (10/5): Fantastic house, would certainly recommend - Amazing house for our family of 14. The facilities meant that we didnt even notice the bad weather that weekend. The entire family spent the morning in the hot tub/ sauna/pool followed by movies and games. All manner of bars and restaurants are nearby, so no need to drive unless you want to get out of Windermere. Reuben is a great host and so accommodating. Thank you so much! Memories treasured! Nothing really - was just superb

The pool & hot tub facilities were spotless & easy to use with a great instruction book provided. Reuben was available to help with any issues & responded quickly messages. We're considering making it an annual trip! Nothing!
