Guest Reviews
- rebin (8/5): -
- Ukonu (7/5): Was good. Will recommend for family stay. - There was no breakfast. The location was accessible. There was no 'meet and greet' so didn't feel very welcoming.
- Chen (7/5): - 空间较大,房间较多,适合多家庭出游!价格实惠,管理比较专业!
- Diane (5/5): Family visit to Belfast - The apartment was reasonably central but the area appeared quite run down with rubbish all over the streets. It was big enough for a family with plenty of space and beds.
WiFi worked well and smart TV was handy.
Plenty of storage space. The beds were hard and you can feel the springs through them.
The top bedroom had damp patches in multiple places with a smell of damp in the room so I was careful not to allow my child with asthma to sleep there.
The carpets were almost thread bare and the couches very hard and uncomfortable and didn't feel particularly sturdy.
The outside bins were overflowing with bin bags right outside the kitchen window and so made the outdoor space also unusable.
Overall we were quite disappointed after reading other reviews before we visited.
- M (10/5): Perfect weekend away - Superb house, short walk around to St Georges market, bars etc. Great stay with friends in a lovely space.
- Jessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): A lovely stay in a cosy home. - Close to the city but not too noisy or busy outside.
Rooms were lovely and had lots of storage.
Very cosy and comfortable Only thing was it got cold during the night but it was very cold outside so I don’t blame the house.
- Charlotte (7/5): Good value, comfy beds, close to centre - Good value for money, beds were very comfy, access to multiple tv channels including netflix (have to log in to your own account)
The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from the City centre.
It was clean upon arrival. Sofas were cheap and not fitted properly the back moved and they were just really uncomfortable. Unable to sit to watch TV comfortably and if there's more than 2 people you struggled to view the television due to the angle of the sofas. A decent size L shape sofa and tv mounted on the wall would be a better option. Also bring back a coffee table.
You have to be careful on the stairs, they catch you out at the top of the first floor. For anyone with any mobility issues this property has a number of steps/stairs above the ground floor.
In comparison to the images, the house appeared tired in places, marks on the wall, mould/damp in areas too (top floor bedroom deluxe window and wall near lamp/radiator in the lounge), flooring/carpet is cheap and thin, and it makes walking around the house noisey.
The kitchen has been poorly put together things don't shut properly and could benefit from some extra items putting in I.e sieve.
There were no instructions on how to use the heating. The house was freezing when we arrived and it took a while to work it out. After speaking with the staff they have said laminated instructions are making their way into the accommodation but not yet ready. The 2nd bedroom next to the bathroom contains the boiler and is reported to be noisey when on.

- Steph (9/5): Belfast we loved you! - Was very homely, clean and everything you needed in one place. The only issue we had was the bed were uncomfortable to sleep on a decent thick mattress topper would have been great.. that was the only negative thing..
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (9/5): Good stay in central Belfast. - Lovely, spacious, and clean. Included a few board games which are a great touch when staying with friends. Good lighting in the rooms and nicely furnished. Very homely. You might want to park somewhere more secure, but up to yourself.
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Oh I loved it all, it was ideal for the 7 off us, beds were soo comfortable and it was lovely to have a bit off a yard, having the shops near by, was ideal location, and to be able to park up right in front off the door, was ideal for unpacking and packing items into the car. The stairs and bedrooms upstairs were soo squeaky, and we were cautious about our neighbours complaining if there was too much noise coming from us, as everytime we walked around upstairs our had to come down the stairs, it was soo squeaky, sharing one toilet for 7 off us, waa a bit hard at time, as they wuld all want to go together!!!
- Donna (8/5): Very good -
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb - The place was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. My kids love it very much and everything was close by. Nothing.
We actually enjoy ourself. Very much was a nice environment.
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristie (10/5): Lover accommodation - Large space for 8 of us. TVs in all rooms. Good location close to city and supermarkets. Great hosts to deal with. There was parking on the street.
- Kayleen (7/5): The area is the only issue - The house is quite big and a nice family home The area is a bit rough , there was a load of trash right in the middle of the street
- Sharan (10/5): Great location and comfortable clean place. Would definitely use again. - Great location and communication was brilliant.
- Lin (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mk (7/5): Its overall good - Its very spacious We six people are there to stay . Only one Toilet , make us very difficult to mange at a time.
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (10/5): Fantastic, loved the stay, loved Belfast and would go back in a heartbeat! - The property was well equipped, comfortable and super clean. The beds were comfy, plenty of linen and the rooms were well decorated.
The location was a cheap taxi ride from the airport and the city centre with a shop a few steps away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! It’s not a complaint but I would say the only downside was one shower.
- Donna (9/5): Central Belfast Apartments - The house was decorated modernly, clean and lovely and warm. Bedrooms were a good size. The house was a short walk to a local Spar and a 20=25 minute walk to the town centre. Central Belfast Apartments were amazing great communication and friendly staff. Could of done with another bathroom or toilet.
- Francesca (9/5): It was great, good communication with the people at the apartment management company. - It was lovely and clean and had a little outside area. Felt very secure.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Mandy (9/5): Excellent base to explore Belfast - Very clean in a quiet location. Close to take away and shops. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and got deposit back within 2 days We only had 1 front door key between 8 of us
- Hazel (10/5): Exceptional - Spotless, attention to detail, very comfortable and homely. Nothing.
- Harry (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the welcome pack with the crisps and wine and also the tea/coffee and it was also close to the local shops and not too far to walk into the town There wasn't anything we could fault about the place
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (9/5): Superb -
- Jackson (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely brilliant apartment, the rooms were great and plenty of space. Clean and the hosts even left a gift basket for us when we arrived. Overall everything about this apartment was great. Only issue we had was when we messaged the property we were told the washing machine did have a dryer setting too which it doesn’t. Another small thing that the hosts may not of noticed is that all the board games they’ve left are missing pieces.
- Anirudh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hadfield (7/5): Good - fairly good location

- Alison (10/5): Had a fantastic stay here. Very close to city centre and we had everything we needed - Lovely house, excellent location. Plenty towels and toilet roll. Comfy beds and spacious kitchen and living area. The wine and crisps were much appreciated! Creaky floorboards on top floor !
- Letitia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Udhoji (10/5): Must stay - The place was very clean and well organized. It's at a good location, close to the city center and in a quiet area. They also gave us an early check-in and called to ensure that we got in well and had no issues.
It was a wonderful stay.
- Liah (10/5): Exceptional - the apartment was very spacious and in a good location. The team were great at answering our questions the only thing we all thought we could have benefited from was some cooking oil
- Darren (10/5): fantastic stay, large enough property for our group. brilliant location however would have been nice to be a bit closer - fairly comfortable and good location, enough space for our group. heating was poor didn’t seem to work correctly and boiler didn’t seem to stay on.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thuy (10/5): feel like your home away from home with everything you need - feeling welcome before arrival. spacious house with 3 bed rooms and 4 double beds and a big sofa.
