• Lindsey (1/5): - Booked apartment that was confirmed on booking.com got there and there was no address only street name, was ignored by the owner when trying to phone even tho it had been payed waited in freezing cold for over an hour, shameful
• richard (10/5): - Very clean. The house was warm and beds very comfortable. Shower was adequate. At the end of a cul de sac so parking van without blocking turning circle was not so easy. Main road nearby so if your a light sleeper, noise might be an issue. However after hard days work and a couple of beers, I slept like a log.

• Katherinewalker (1/5): Could be a lovely little get away. Needs improving. - Location. The house is extremely run down. Needs a lot of work to update it. Bathroom had mould/damp. And wall sockets had damp all around them which is extremely dangerous. Not to mention the wires hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen converted with a bit of brown sticky tape.
• Margaret (10/5): Fabulous - It was home far from home. The place was clean, homely and welcoming. It’s end of Terence which is nice and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was also very helpful and prompt in responding to messages. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Nothing.

• Simon (8/5): Simon - On arrival the parking was perfect felt safe with cctv after entering I found it very clean and homely for the money you can't go wrong I stopped on my own and enjoyed the lounge and the smart TV the bed was super comfy I had a great night's sleep I wanted to stay Saturday and Sunday but unfortunately it was booked I recommend it's better than a hotel 🏨 will definitely go back. Nothing was wrong for the price a 2 bedroom house all too yourself kitchen lounge 2 tv 2 bedrooms bathroom toilet front and back garden on your own like me or with family perfect

• Jan (5/5): Our stay was a first time experience at renting. - Fairly quiet location. Spacious . Was very cold. Have to keep the kitchen and living room doors closed otherwise loses heat very quickly from living room. Needs some considerable maintenance doing.
• Yin (10/5): Exceptional - My wife and I stayed in the house for 23 nights. The house is comfy, warm and spacious. We felt just like our home. The bed is so comfortable and we have a good sleep every night. A lot of DVDs and free Netflix provided. High speed free WiFi. Nearly a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer. We would like to thank Tina. She is very kind, helpful and willing to help us to solve our problems. We 100% recommend this house to anyone especially small families.

• D (8/5): I felt very comfortable at the house and enjoyed my stay - At first sight the house could do with a little updating, but I actually really enjoyed staying there. Th hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen had everything needed to do as much or as little as you wanted to in preparing meals. I slept really well. The garden was nicely maintained and it was nice to see the birds in the trees. Great Wifi and TV. Easy parking outside the property The bathroom could do with being spruced up a bit.

Also there dvd collection was a hit with my girls, we also accidentally broke something and the owners were very lovely and understanding when I messaged them to tell them.

• Laura (9/5): Comfy, great location for what we needed, excellent value, would definitely book again. - Really homely, all the facilities needed for a comfy stay, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean and tidy home. The estate is really noisy in an evening, lots of older kids and teens about, sounded quite chaotic with fireworks going off right outside. Nothing a good pair of earplugs didn't resolve.

• Marion (9/5): Excellent Value - I liked that the home was clean, cosy and welcoming and that it was near to a supermarket and takeaways. It was 100% suitable for what we needed which was visiting family. We would definitely use this property again. This is only nit picking but the grass in the back garden needed to be mowed. This is only because I have a terrible fear of walking in long or longish grass after getting a nasty surprise many years ago!

• Daniel (7/5): Cosy and clean, nice stay. - Was nice and cosy and perfect place to use to visit family Little bit outdated, could do with wifi to watch Netflix and the room with the tv could do with a new mattress (friendly advice for future reference)

The house was great because it was close to the hospital and we were able to heat up a meal in the evening and make some breakfast in the morning. The beds were really comfortable. Also the price was very reasonable. The only thing I would say is that although it was fine for our purpose, if I was looking for a holiday house I would like the decor to be a bit more modern.

• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed to staying at thí cozy home, well decorated ,, have many game and books plenty extra if needed . A little home away from home. It so cheap for two bedroom house. I think the host should get better pictures as the house and every room is so lovely , much better than photo. bathroom is small but for 60 pounds for a night i cant be happier

The toilet made an awful noise, the landlady has left her phone there, leaving us really on edge, the kitchen was filthy, the locks didn't work properly, and upon getting back to the house on the morning we were meant to leave I found a fully grown man had allowed himself into the home while my 13 year old daughter was there while I had nipped to the shop. I had someone knocking the door who was clearly out of his head asking for amy. The home owner. Worst place I've ever ever stayed. Steer clear of this one! We were so freaked out about the man that had arrived, that we don't even know if we've left anything behind or not.
