Apartament jest mało wygłuszony od ulicy, przez zamknięte okna słychać ruch tak jakby okna były otwarte. Oczywiście rozumiem, że apartament jest w ścisłym centrum ale mimo to powinno być ciszej.

She went out of her way to help. The apartment needed an upgrade. Toilet was situated in an awkward position and the seat moved. The net curtains required replacing. Old. Lack of drawers for clothes.

Well equipped working kitchen . Quiet, despite being in a very popular area and central to all attractions we wanted to visit. Spacious. Slightly too minimalist . Needed a few pictures to the walls and a bit more furniture to adorn . Lack of mirrors . Only one in the bathroom . Also a shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom .

We had no instructions about the safe or the heating. Having said that we didn’t speak to the staff about as none were a big issue for us on our 4 night stay . • PATRICK VOYAGE (8/5): Leuk - We kregen de Alberola suite ipv het door ons gehuurde appartement. De twee zijn niet met elkaar te vergelijken, maar de suite had wel alle comfort. De parking is zeer moeilijk, zeker in het weekend. Er wordt voor de deur van het hotel geparkeerd zodat je zelfs moeilijk je bagage kan in- en uitladen. De douchekoppen moeten dringend ontkalkt worden.

• Terry (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Alberola apartments, I would definitely recommend. - The location of the apartment was great, couple of minutes walk to the marina, bars & restaurants. Special mention to the receptionist at the Hilton hotel, she was very helpful both with checking in and recommendations. A few more cups and crockery wouldn't have gone a miss. Also, although no fault of the apartments owners or staff it can get very noisy at night time outside the apartment.

• VANESSA (6/5): Normal - La casa en si es muy bonita. La ubicacion esta cèntrica. Aunque este centrico es una calle muy concurrida y se oia mucho ruido y gritos de la gente por la noche. La decoracion es bastante austera para la casa tan bonita. Los utensilio de cocina muy justos.

• MARIE-CHANTAL (7/5): Cher pour une location d'appartement - Bien que très bruyant , l'emplacement était très bien Le bruit de la rue et des passants mais qui n'incombent pas à l'hôtel. Compte tenu du prix élevé nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier du service hôtelier ce qui n'est pas le cas donc finalement il vaut mieux payer moins cher et louer avec des particuliers.

My daughter managed a quick shower, but myself, husband and grandson was unable to, due to no hot water at all. Receptionist came to apartment, but couldn't help, and said not sure how long maintenance could take to come. She said we could all go over the road to hotel to shower but we declined as it would have been very inconvenient and alot of messing about

• Gladys (8/5): Apartamento espacioso y cómodo en el centro de Alicante - La ubicación del hotel, cerca de todo en Alicante, la amplitud del apartamento y todas las comodidades. Que uno de los dormitorios tenga baño propio es un plus de calidad. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. La temprana hora de salida. La descripción del hotel "con vistas al mar" no es correcta. Si sacas la cabeza por uno de los balcones ves a lo lejos un trozo de mar. Es una vista lateral y muy reducida. Podrían tener la amabilidad de poner la calefacción a una temperatura agradable ANTES de la llegada de los huéspedes. Llegamos un día cuando la humedad era muy alta y la temperatura fuera era de 16 grados y el apartamento estaba totalmente congelado. Hacía más frío dentro que fuera y nos tomó dos horas calentarlo por lo grande que es y por los techos altos.
