• Melissa (10/5): I would happily stay again. Very comfortable and the location was perfect for our purpose. - I stayed with my 2x older teens and the property felt like a home. The host provided excellent communication and guidance leading up to our arrival. Entry was easy. The kitchen equipment supplied was more than adequate and the effort made to show care and consideration to make us feel welcome was evident. The variety of bathroom supplies were also impressive. The items supplied coupled with a quick stop for a few pre-ordered groceries prior to arrival made our initial settling in comfortable and hassle-free. I loved the convenience of the two bathrooms upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. The property hosts a good variety of books and games. The pool open to use by all residents in the complex is great with a good sized elevated shallow section for younger kids to enjoy. The neighbourhood is very quiet - I only heard a small group of people talking through my open ensuite window once in the 9 days we were there. The couple of neighbours we did meet in the pool were respectfully friendly. No complaints, just a few helpful points to consider if you're heat/noise sensitive, or planning a longer stay, particularly with small children. The two bathrooms upstairs are both shower/toilet, no bathtub. The bedrooms upstairs are not air conditioned and I'm very sensitive to heat, so it was a relief that opening the windows overnight, blinds down and open enough to allow cooler night air flow from outside and the fan going, I was able to enjoy good sleep. The area is quiet, however for anyone sensitive to noise you can hear light traffic on the nearby reasonably main road with the windows open at night - personally I found this to be pleasant "white" noise. The air conditioner in the downstairs kitchen/living area was incredibly appreciated as our stay was across a humid summer week in January. For a stay long enough to warrant clothes washing, the washing machine was excellent in function and size, however there is only a small indoor clothes airer for rainy periods. The outside clothes line is a great size and we had adequate sunny days, so I didn't need to look for a laundromat nearby for a clothes dryer - but this would be good preparation if rain is expected.

• Thi Moi (5/5): The place is warm welcoming, just one of the bed is not comfortable - That it was clean and tidy, warm family townhouse The second bedroom bed was so uncomfortable and making squeaky noises very time you moved hard to sleep.
• Bettina (6/5): Would have enjoyed my stay better if we could have had a hot shower and could use the tv. - Property was fine inside outside could be maintained better. Hot water did not work properly when turned on full hot, (no cold)it was just warm enough to have a shower. One of my kids said it was too cold and wouldn’t shower. Didn’t heat up overnight still was the same in the morning. Could not use tv as there was a problem with the remote. I did message owners about this when we left and they did not even have the decency to respond, just a thank you for letting me know would have been nice.

• Ian (8/5): Quiet and welcoming spot. - Lovey quiet but convenient spot. Easy access to Chandler sports complex and the airport . We didn’t spend enough time there . It was so well resourced.
• Armin (9/5): Superb - Spacious and very well located if one has/wants to go to all directions (by car). Check-in was easy and the host very proactive. Perfect stay for us. Be aware that without a car this may not be the place for you.
• Stuart (7/5): Good - Pool was nice. Plenty of facilities if you were planing to cook. Nice location. Small AC unit downstairs which didn’t work and only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Second bed was squeaky and not very comfortable.

• Helen (4/5): Disappointing and overpriced. - Roof over our heads, close to venue. Second bed was quite flimsy and loudly squeaked every single time you moved-so hard to sleep. There was artificial fragrance in just about every room that was overwhelming and terrible bad for your health (hormone disruptor). The whole place just felt like it needed a declutter, update to furniture and a deep clean. neighbours across the way had small children and were crying and up walking around outside from 6am (unfortunately)Quite substandard for the high price.

• Jodie (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely comfortable home. It had everything we needed. We had the room with the ensuite. The best night's sleep we have had in ages. Communication from the host was amazing.
• Grant (7/5): Good - Location was good however a party nearby woke us all at 3 AM. Delay over Id requirements and access to property. Host had issues with receiving MMS and made numerous requests to send via other means that we did not have and as it turns out was an IT issue at her end, This was frustrating and delayed our access to property and resulted in us not attending an event. Beds could be more comfortable.

• Emily (7/5): Well presented. - The property was well presented and I appreciated the effort put in. The communication was very clear and prompt. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen appliances and laundry met our needs well. A few small repairs and touches would have added to the value for money - these were communicated to the owner after the stay. The wi-fi was quite slow, difficult if you have to work.

• Kara (8/5): It was lovely and comfortable - It was in a quiet location with plenty of parking, and the premises was very clean and tidy and had everything that you would need I am not a big fan of clutter and felt the bedrooms had way too much furniture in them that seemed unnecessary and did not provide any positive functionality. The wifi instructions need to be updated as they are different from what is on the wifi hardware and the TV didn't work which wasn't a big deal.

• Anne (8/5): Conveniently located townhouse with room to spread out and pool nearby. - The property was ideally located for our purposes, close to the airport and main roads to other parts of Brisbane, with a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, and the area was quiet. It was nice to be able to spread out and it was well appointed. There was off street parking in front of the garage for one car. The shared pool was very close by. There was nothing major that detracted from our experience and the property features were as listed.
