- Васил Кирев (9/5): - Чиста стая. Просторна и кухнята е заредена с всичко нужно. Има доста места в близост до хотела за паркиране. В близост няма хипермаркет. Ако желаете да отидете на спа, то трябва да знаете , че няма топла връзка и вървите в студа. Леглото не е една голяма спалня,а две легла които са съединени. Климатика в стаята е малък и трудно затопля стаята. Буквално един ден без да спира на максимална скорост, за да е топла стаята. За жалост и топлата вода е в ограничени количества. Няма логика да сложиш вана и пълен бойлер да не може да я напълни. Душ-слушалката е слаба и пръска вода навсякъде.

- Veleska (8/5): Very good - The studio was just as described and the kitchenette was fully equipped. The room was spacious, cozy and warm. The facilities that were promised (pools, sauna and spa) were just for the hotel guests and not for the studio appartment guests as it was stated. When i messaged the host they told me that we could use them, but if asked by the hotel staff that we should say we are hotel guest. We weren't given bathrobes or slippers so that also complicated things if you'd like to use these facilities.
