• Katerina (9/5): Superb - Nice place. Comfortable. Good aircon. Great location. Room, shower, and balcony is small but didn't bother me. Nothing really.
• Kimngan (1/5): Bad - They rejected our stay without any notification un advance, although our booking had been confirmed more than 24 hours ago vs check-in time. No apology, bad attitude in communicating with us and solving problems. The reason they gave to us was that Authority a few days ago required property not to confirm new booking due to security purpose of national important events. The property's behavior was unprofessional, they should have turned off receiving booking or contacted us in advance to update change. But none of these ones were executed. It was lucky that we are Vietnamese so we somehow found ways to overcome this situation, things will get much worse if the guests were foreigners.

• Felicity (8/5): Super helpful owner- very warm, kind and welcoming - The area was lovely. Lots of restaurants and places to eat. Not super busy like the centre of HCMC. We were able to hire a scooter from them. The owner was super helpful and gave us some top tips for things to do. The room we stayed in is looking a little tired.

• Nathaniel (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly such a lovely lady who runs it. The location is one of the best in the entire city for tourism with Jackey offering things to do, and places to go on top. I needed my shoe fixing and she directed me to the old men on the street near the SANN art museum and they managed to repair my shoe for the holiday and do it cost effectively. Her son is adorable and has amazing English relative to his age, he is such a cool little dude haha. Chucking out high fives as you're walking out the door. The bed is comfy, I can't fault it for not being so with having overslept at least once 😅 there's also a projector in the room, which was cool. A little on the quiet side, but we made it work regardless and had fun doing it. It's down a side street which makes it supremely quiet, while also offering an amazing location on top as well. Literally the property that keeps on giving in that respect, especially as someone who has trouble with staying asleep. Overall it was the best place we could have picked for our needs and wants. Will deffo be returning here in the future Didn't like having to leave

• Michael (8/5): Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to many of the best neighbourhoods in the city. - Great location, with easy access to D2, Binh Thanh, D1 and D3. Nice restaurants on the door stop. A very convenient place to stay. Room was adequate and as expected for the price. Although the room was generally tidy and the bed seemed freshly remade, there was trash from the previous occupant in there.
