- Buddug (9/5): Great location. Comfy and safe place. Welcoming and helpful host, couldn't ask for more! - The host was very welcoming and super helpful. Showed us to our rooms, explained where everything was and then helped us with parking. He really couldn't do enough for us!

- Emma (4/5): Quite uncomfortable - Kitchen facilities were ok? We have stayed here a few times and it has become increasingly unclean, the toilet hadn’t even been flushed upstairs, and there were no other guests so it had just been left like that. It was so cold in the house that we had to sleep downstairs

- Juliane (8/5): - It's a nice accommodation with 3 rooms sharing a bathroom and an additional toilet, including a bit living room and kitchen area. Minimal room but everything you wanna have. Bathroom was fine to share since it's not many rooms. The area is quiet but you hear everything inside of the house. Could be a problem depending on your neighbours for the night. It's quite remote and there are no shops close by (but i knew that on booking).
- Agnes (2/5): Greedy owners- would rather have stayed someplace else - ok house, small room. I booked and came with an uber, since i had a very big bag. I came 2h early and asked if i could check in early... The room was done and it was nobody in the house as well (owner answerd on a camera-door bell). They wanted 20 Quid for me doing that so i said that i rather not, but if i could drop off my bag instead, just inside the house, now it started raining on the outside as well. They said no. I think that they were very uncommodating and acted very greedy since i would have botherd nobody (no one in the house during my two days) and decided to walk away and come back with my big bag in 2h... I tried to cancel the booking without fee as well but that was not accepted by the owner. When i came in in to my room 2h later it was a dirty cloth on my nightstand and it was black mold in the shower as well. But i could have lived with that if the owner wasnt so greedy.
- Donovan (8/5): - The house and room was extremely clean. Spacious living room and kitchen. Very good security as front door and room doors have pin-based locks. I was having concerns about the safety of the place but it's decent enough. Coming from the north (getting off by the tram stop) might seem a bit sketchy. Washer and dryer is also available which could be very useful although I didn't use them. 5 mins walk to the bus stop which leaves you in the city center. The hot water for the shower was not working, so I had a cold shower for 2 our of 3 days I stayed. They were a bit slow in identifying my messages to them via the app. But once I rang them, they immediately sent someone to resolve it that night and was fixed the next day, which I really appreciated.

- Santa (8/5): Great location, all as expected. - Was very easy to find and also there's code on doors so everytime you are using just your given code instead of using actual key. There's shared bathroom upstairs with shower and toilet, also toilet downstairs. Equipped kitchen, with fridge, water bottles for the guests, tea, coffee available, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Downstairs also living room area with sofas and TV, dining table. In room was wardrobe, bedside cupboard, night light, smart TV, cooling fan. Towels are also provided, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Literally like 10-15min walk to Etihad stadium, Coop Live. Very quite surrounding, peaceful. It is shared accommodation, as you have room, other facilities are shared, there's 2 more rooms, where other guests can stay. But surprisingly it really wasn't bad, as barely could hear other guests and the way rooms are positioned you can not hearing them as it not really behind the wall. We stayed for a night and location is great, there's no parking right next to house but you can find in side street parking if you come with car, as have to be careful, there's residents permit parking mostly. All was great, just as a suggestion as I missed mirror in the room, and also I think there's only mirrors in bathroom, one mirror in each bathroom.

- Adu (8/5): It was fantastic. - Free coffee and tea, shower gel, and toothpaste can be helpful in a quiet location, with an accessible road to the place and also close to the bus stop. Bathing sandals could be provided for customers in case they forget their own at home. It does not align with the company's policy; I am only making a suggestion.

Rest was awesome. Mr sundaey was exceptionally wonderful and supporying to me. Common bathroom. Low lights in room. The taps handles need to change.
- Julie (8/5): Perfect location for co-op live - Excellent location for co-op live, clean and equipped. Shared living area is lovely. Rooms can only fit in bed and side table but what more do you need for a good night's sleep. Wish it had mirror in room or a full length mirror in bathroom.

You can’t park anywhere as permit holders only and a resident told us they come round and tickets issued. Not the best when travelled in car Bed was uncomfortable and only 1 pillow each. May be place a mattress topper on bed for more comfort and have extra pillows in wardrobe

Was quiet location and didn’t bump into anyone else, although I believe it was all fully booked. Perfect, would stay again Nothing. Was a bit concerned over shared bathroom but all ok.
- Kai (8/5): A cozy place to stay in Manchester! - The overall experience was awesome. The kitchen was big and we had a leisure dinning time. The location depends on where you want to explore. For those watching the city's game, this is a perfect lodging. I have to point out that the room temp control system was not explained enough. I was not used to the radiator usage.

- Merlin (7/5): Good - Easy check in and out, very nice room, with nice privacy. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and well kept. The code on the front door does not work when wet. We came home in the rain one evening and there was water under the display, so every time we touched it, it activated a random number. We spent at least half an hour in the pouring rain, trying to get into the building. Also, I am not trying to be negative, but there were ants in the room, crawling all over the nightstand.

- Owusu (8/5): Convertible - I liked how clean the property was and how easy it was to navigate It was a shame about some of the guests that booked one of the rooms last night as they were loud and what seemed to be intoxicated with drink and drugs. I came to the bathroom this morning and the shower curtain was broken on the floor not the fault of the property

- Candice (10/5): Amazing home stay - Amazing home stay everything you need is there comfortable bed very clean information sent to me before stay on how to get into accommodation ect very helpful the hosts were there when we arrived to give more information very friendly tea and coffee available couldn't ask for more 😊 Parking has recently changed to resident permit parking but there is a side street down the side of the house that didn't state anything about residents parking so we parked there and no issues for us

- Matthew (6/5): Meh! - The house was in a good location for my needs. The bed was comfortable and facilities clean. The tv could only be used through apps and an online connection therefore it was a faff to use. There was no physical interaction with the owners, just a message to say how to access the room. Call me old fashioned but I like a "smile" and "welcome" to greet me when I arrive.
