Clive (10/5): Would recommend for an out of City Centre location. - Friendly and helpful staff throughout. stylish rooms and foyer. The location seems slightly out of the Centre but trams and Metro (cheap, tap on approach) are within easy reach to get you into the City. Big shopping Mall 5 mins walk away with good restaurants for your first night. Nothing about the hotel was bad but the pavements are atrocious and you could easily trip or twist an ankle.

La colazione a disposizione abbastanza fornita, io ho chiesto del pane gluten free, mi é stato messo a disposizione e la sig.ra in supporto alle colazioni gentilissima e disponibile mi ha fatto tostare il pane tutte le mattine. Andavo in centro a piedi, ma si può prendere la metro a 5 Min a piedi. La stanza era piccola ma confortevole. Cambio biancheria tutti i giorni

Konstantin (9/5): Schick, modern & zentral. - Sehr schickes modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Das Hotel war fußläufig in der Nähe einer zentralen U-Bahn Station. Haben einen Tagesausflug nach Plovdiv gemacht & haben vom Küchenpersonal kleine Plastikboxen bekommen um kleine Sandwiches reinzutun da wir zu früh losgefahren sind für das Frühstück. Frühstück erst ab 07:30 - aber dafür sehr lecker! Umgebung vom Hotel war sehr industriell geprägt bzw. viele Parkplätze nur paar Minuten von der Hauptstraße. Aber insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!
Dajana (9/5): - Our stay at the Aurora Hotel was very pleasant. Everything was new, clean, and well-maintained. Towels were replaced after just one night, which I really appreciated. The room included an excellent hairdryer, a small fridge, a kettle, several types of tea, and Nescafé. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good and tasty. The hotel is just a few minutes from a metro station, and there’s also a nearby tram line, making it very well connected to the city center, Vitosha Boulevard, and Sofia’s main attractions. Mall of Sofia is only a short walk away, offering various shops and a large Billa supermarket if you need anything. Even closer than the mall is Kings Bakery, where you can try excellent banitsa, a must if you’re visiting Bulgaria.

Surely recommended for Sofia accommodation. Very nice breakfast, lots of options. Compare with other hotels it's a bit far from city center and main attractions (Alex Nevsky Cathedral, Saint Sofia, Vitosha boulevard) but there was a Metro station very close (2min walking) and from there you could go around very easy and cheap, so actually it was not a serious problem.

Tamas (9/5): Nette Tage im Hotel …Sofia na ja… - Sehr junges,nettes Personal. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Ausblick von Hotelzimmer… (Siehe die Bilder) Es gab keine leider Brot nur Gebäck. In 3 Tagen waren die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage Saccharin für Diabetiker zu besorgen. Das sind Kleinigkeiten aber stimmt mich ein bisschen traurig. ( Es kostet nicht die Welt)
Tapani (9/5): Highly recommendable hotel in Sofia - The hotel exceeded my expectations. lt is a modern, service-oriented hotel, with friendly reception staff. The rooms were well equipped, clean and cozy. The location was within a 15-20 min walk from the city centre and the pedestrian street. A good base for exploring Sofia and Bulgaria.

rachel (9/5): High quality, great breakfast design touches. - New hotel, everything looks great including the nice sunny ground floor terrace. Enjoyed the lovely design touches on the room. Easy to get to- 6 mins walk from Opal metro station, which also has direct trains to Sofia airport . Best breakfast ever- raspberry brownies rocked. Praise to the very pleasant and helpful lady on at breakfast; all the staff were lovely. It was a bit stuffy in the room, because I couldn't seem to get the a/c to make it cooler (even tho we could hear the fan/ air going) and the heated towel rail is on all the time the room is occupied. Also, the pavements leading to the hotel last 100m were all broken up - hard with a suitcase. This is not the hotel's fault, and perhaps the city will upgrade them now there is this lovely smart hotel in the neighbourhood.

Denise Lucie (9/5): Tiptop und verdiente eigentlich einen Stern mehr. - Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner und Bodylotion immer genügend zur Verfügung. Zimmer hatte grossen Baökon, was für Raucher relevant ist… Gute Heizung/Klimaanlage und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück (inbegriffen) war gut, frisch aber nicht überwältigend. Aber alles fa, was es braucht und z.B. Rührei wurde immer nachgefüllt - nicht wie oft in anderen Hotels kurz vor Schluss der Frühstückszeit. Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. ÖV- Möglichkeiten (Metro oder Tram ganz in der Nähe. 1Metrostation ins Zentrum. Zudem ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung wirkt verlottert und wenig ansprechend. Bin zuerst etwas erschrocken. Das hat sich aber gleich gelegt. Ich brauche kein Spa, aber für Leite, die sowas wollen, ist fas Hotel falsch. Schade ist, dass es keine Snacks für den kleinen Hungere gibt.

Nata_Sml (10/5): Улюблений готель - Вдруге зупиняємось у Софії в цьому готелі, завжди свіжа білизна, ідеальної якості рушники, постійний рецепшен, який у будь-який час прийде на допомогу. Навіть біля виходу стоять парасольки на випадок дощу! Розташування чудове, спокійний район і водночас близько до ТЦ, від метро 5хв пішки. Нам не вистачало гачків біля умивальника, щоб повісити рушник для обличчя. Туалетний папір низької якості, довелося самим купити інший. Але усе це такі дрібниці, що загалом не впливають на нашу високу оцінку готелю))

Sandra (9/5): Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen in einer interessanten Stadt! - Schönes Hotel! Wir hatten ein Delux Doppelzimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon, großem Doppelbett, praktischer Ausstattung und großem Bad mit guter Dusche. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, Aufschnitt, warme Eierspeisen aus echten Eiern zubereitet, Süßspeisen und richtige Brötchen, bisschen Obst und Gemüse und Joghurt, vielleicht nicht üppig aller alles da um gut zu frühstücken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage ist nicht genau Zentral aber nur eine U- Bahn Station entfernt, fussläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Nix zu sagen.

Michel (10/5): Buitengewoon goed hotel, vlakbij een metrostation - Het was mijn eerste keer in Sofia, en überhaupt in Bulgarije, juist daarom was het fijn dat dit hotel zich zo goed heeft gepresenteerd. Met name mijn complimenten aan receptionist Peter, die allerlei interessante informatie gaf over bezienswaardigheden (eerst, voorafgaand aan mijn komst, via de berichtendienst van Booking.com, en later ook tijdens mijn verblijf), zonder hem had ik bijvoorbeeld nooit de prachtige plaats Bankja leren kennen (vanuit het hotel te bereiken met metro en bus). De kamer was uitstekend, goed bed, prima douche en toilet, ruime afmetingen. Het ontbijtbuffet was voor mij voldoende, een goed begin van de dag! Ik reis altijd met het openbaar vervoer, en dit hotel ligt vlakbij metrostation Opalchenska, een enkele reis met de uitstekende metro kostte in april 2026 tachtig eurocent. Er viel mij niets tegen, ik heb een prima tijd gehad. Hulde!
