• Mndepawe (9/5): I enjoyed every day at the apartment. Quite and serene environment - The host was very kind, kept checking to make sure we were ok. They also cleaned the apartment every day after we went out. Just wished the bar was close to the swimming pool area, but they were even on different floors.

• Nathaniel (8/5): - Clean , safe and exceptional service. Agent charged us a higher dollar rate , I have to challenged him but insisted that was the standard rate. It was above the local dollar rate at the time of booking. they’ve decided to hold a fixed dollar for the room which outrageous higher. I felt trick and defrauded.

Your staff in the front is the w - The front desk staff is oppressive rude mean and you feel like you’re not even a person that can enter the property you need to change it. They’re very rude. There are no smiles. They treat you like a criminal. The host that had the apartment was lovely. The cleaning staff was lovely. Your front desk is the worst I’ve ever seen. It is not an apartment or hotel. It is three rude people that pay no attention. Don’t look at you treat you like a third class citizen when your scanning system doesn’t work they make you feel like you’re a criminal. It needs to change. I will not stay there again because of that.

It was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend!
