• Emilė (10/5): - Atvykome gana vėlai vakare, bet mus pasitiko šeimininkas. Jis viską parodė, kur kas yra. Taip pat net pavaišino naminiais sausainiais, kas po ilgo skrydžio mus labai pradžiugino. Šaldytuve taip pat buvo pora buteliukų vandens. Studija turi virtuvėlę kurioje pavyko pasigaminti tiek pusryčius tiek vakarienę, gal tik būtų gerai druska, pipirai ir aliejus 😄 bet tai nebuvo problema. Buvo kavos aparatas su pora kavos kapsulių taip pat buvo arbatų ir arbatinukas, buvo keptuvė, puodas ir taip pat įrankiai kurių pilnai pakanka dviem žmonėms. Studija turėjo ir skalbimo mašiną, mums pravertė. Studija turi balkoną ir stalą su kėdėmis kurį galima išsinešti į balkoną. Taip pat per viešnagę buvo vieną kartą ir sutvarkytas kambarys. Pati Studija yra labai geroje vietoje, netoli centro ir jūros. Labai patogi vieta keliauti po visą salą, nes lengva pasiekti greitkelius. Esame labai patenkinti savo viešnage čia!

• Marius (10/5): Comfortable apartment in Faliraki near bakeries, restaurants, shops. - One of the best stays in Faliraki. The apartment is exactly as in photos. Actually from this apartment balcony you can see the sea, so I would say it's with Side Sea View! Room was comfortable and we had everything we need. The mattress was perfect (I think its medium hardness) so we have very good sleep. Air condition works perfect, the bathroom has spacious shower. As this was our 4th visit to Faliraki so we knew apartment location and it was perfect for us. Yes it is direct to main road, but you have bakeries/coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets just around the corner, 2-5min by walk. In front of apartment there were always plenty of space to park our car and the main road was not a problem, we had good sleep all nights. We didn't know this when booked, but you even get a cleaning every few days with fresh bedsheets/towels which was nice bonus knowing that we got really good price for the accommodation. The host is very friendly and easy to talk person. I wish best luck and hope to visit one of your apartments next time.
• Alex00 (9/5): OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO. TUTTO BELLISSIMO - Stupendo, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, letto comodo, un giorno si e uno no venivano a cambiare le lenzuola e pulire tutto l'appartamento. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, nonostante il check out fosse alle 11, sotto richiesta siamo rimasti fino alle 13. È presente la lavatrice e la cucina oltre ai tanti utensili per cucinare. Entrava troppa luce anche di notte a causa delle tende poco oscuranti, la tv un po' troppo vecchia, bagno un po' piccolo (ma ci sta). La mia valutazione è 9 e non 10 solo per questi piccoli difetti ma per il resto il nostro soggiorno è stato molto bello.

• David (10/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt überein. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Gleich neben an war eine sehr gute Bäckerei wie auch ein Supermarkt. Zum Strand mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Inneneinrichtung war neu. Das Bett zum schlafen war gut. Das Wi-Fi und die Klimanlage haben tadellos funktioniert. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr gut isoliert war, konnte man teilweise die lauten Autos von stark befahrenen Strasse hören. Ich würde einem lärmempfindlichen Menschen diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

• Chiara (9/5): Perfetto! - Proprietario molto ospitale e gentile. Appartamento comodo al centro. Per noi che abbiamo passato una notte e’ stato ottimo! Le tende oscuranti fanno trapassare la luce al mattino
• Francesco (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Alloggio pulito, curato, camera ampia più grande di quanto sembri dalle foto. La stanza viene pulita regolarmente a giorni alterni, con cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. Ottima posizione per gli spostamenti sia a piedi (15 minuti dal centro di faliraki, 20/25 dal mare), che in auto (la casa si trova sulla strada principale che collega l’isola da Città di Rodi a Lindos). Tutti i servizi a pochi passi dall’appartamento: ristoranti, bar, bakery ed un supermercato abbastanza fornito. Unica nota le tende che lasciano passare la luce al mattino svegliandoti

• Dusan (10/5): - We had an access to washer which was a lifesaver during our stay and they let us check in a bit earlier, those small acts matter a lot! Studio is new, well equipped and clean. Easy communication with the owners. Away from loud clubs in the city center but still just 5 min walk to it. Just some kind of shade on the terrace because studio is oriented towards the east so it's hot in the morning but not a deal breaker.
• Contreras (10/5): - Ho gradito molto la mia permanenza qui. La stanza è perfetta per due persone, dotata di bagno privato e di un piccolo angolo cottura, comodo per preparare qualcosa al volo. La posizione è davvero ottima: si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia la spiaggia che la zona della movida di Faliraki. Anche per chi, come noi, si sposta in macchina, la posizione è strategica: la strada principale è proprio lì davanti, comodissima per raggiungere Lindos e qualsiasi altra destinazione dell’isola

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. Only a 7 minute walk to get to the center. Parking was no problem and there is a supermarket right beside the apartment. Highly recommended
• Andrej (10/5): Amazing apartment - Friendly and welcoming host. Cleanliness. Perfect air conditioning. Perfect location. Electric stove is weak and useless, can't boil a pot of water, or even fry an egg.
• Anastasia (10/5): Comfortable and clean - Minimal design but everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Rather it is on the main road but windows are with excellent noise reduction. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning every 2 days. 10 minutes to restaurants and bars, but they’re even closer like the next building. Great bakery and supermarket is in 2 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to the beachfront
