The food was good, but the hotel was really terrible The towels were dirty, and there were bugs in the rooms. The hotel staff at the reception lacks basic professional conduct.
- TK (7/5): - The location is good and accessible.
Dinner was very good, and the service given by the waitress was very good. Breakfast was not up to the usual standard, and service was sluggish.
- Aagje (5/5): Wouldn't recommend this hotel - Good food, friendly staff serving food. Big bed. Staff at reception wasn't welcoming. Room wasn't clean. Net above bed fell down in the middle of the night. Blood stain on pillowcase. Loud music outside.

- Clark (8/5): Would return another time. Thanks. - Convenient. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Good evening meal. Perhaps the staff at reception could guide as to what network should be chosen to accept the internet password. There are quite a few options and some don’t work!

- Tony (8/5): Fine but you need time for service. - Accommodation was fine. But the restaurant service was very slow (20 minutes for a cup of coffee was the record) and the reception staff seemed to know little about the location of places I had to visit, including quoting ridiculous tax prices (P200 for a P35 local ride). Don't rely on them! See above
- Monica (7/5): Overall good stay, met our needs and good value for money. - Beautiful grounds and garden, friendly staff. Its a bit dated in some parts and could do with a good make-over.

Room 2 needs an upgrade.

- Webb (7/5): Overall a pleasant stop over location for a trip in Botswana. - Good location and suitable for a stop over enroute to final destination. A functional stop over.
Service for dinner was great and meal was good but seemingly overpriced. The room (#2) is very small and not suitable as a twin room (awkward layout when twinned).
Reception wasn't very welcoming and staff could communicate information more clearly - for guests to note timings etc.
Maintenance and general upkeep around the pool area could be attended to.
- Julia (7/5): Good -
- Ogolotse (1/5): Terrible - Nothing the staff and owner are rude and disrespectful. The owner is disrespectful and racist.
- Vanessa (3/5): Will look for alternative accommodation next trip - Rooms were clean and spacious. The settlement of the bill was not allocated correctly and took numerous attempts to proof payment was done. The restaurant needs to improve. we ordered our meals during the day as requested but the restaurant never indicated depletion of stock to prepare ordered meals. It was so bad, when offered an alternative, it was never prepared. The waitress even added her own tip to the bill......and was very upset when we told her the tip was included and needs to redo the bill.
- Refhilwe (10/5): Exceptional - Clean
- Nthutang (9/5): Superb - Though i didn't have my breakfast because of time, I assume all is well because i ordered supper and it was awesome bedding looked old
- Hannelore (7/5): The hotel is very quiet in the night and the breakfast has been very good - Unfortunately for what reason ever there were two rooms booked. I had ask Booking.com for one room with two beds. As I cannot stay alone we had to sleep in one room/one bed which has not been very comfortable.
With all my bookings with Booking.com I had never ever any trouble! When we arrived were actually very hungry, but the noise in the dining room had been
- Thokgamo (7/5): Good - The property is by the road side and it is easily accessible. The room was spacious, clean and had both shower and bathtub. The food was good.
- Masilo (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel is beautiful, with friendly staff Borrowing adaptor at refundable P50. But anyway is good for irresponsible customers

- Rasmus (10/5): Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms in a good location in the middle of Serowe. - Friendly staf, nice clean rooms and a good location in the middle of Serowe. Missed a reading lamp by the bed.
- Tauya (8/5): Very good - Accomodations and food
- Isaac (9/5): Lovely place with an epic T Bone steak - Bar is very nice, rooms are comfortable and clean and the food is outstanding. best T Bone steak I have ever had, and I eat a lot of good quality well cooked meat. Breakfast was included and very good WiFi did not reach the rooms
- Kgosietsile (6/5): A good place and strategic - very convenient Poor WiFi
- Mogopa (7/5): Good -
- Andile (7/5): Good - The restaurant food was the best I had in the country during my trip! They didn't have a backup power or even lights in the rooms in the event of power cuts.
- Mogopa (8/5): Very good -
- Vijayanesan (6/5): Pleasant - Reception was open till late, and the staff and guard were friendly. Price was reasonable. Couldn't locate the main entrance from the main road. Requires more signage to entrance. Would be good to offer packed lunches for those who leave early.

- Kashveer (8/5): Very good -
- Molly (10/5): Perfect family stay! - We loved that is was Clean and has Great landscaping, yummy breakfast, must-try pizzas, and cool Pool area. Great for close proximity and self-drive safari into Khama Rhino reserve. We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the time! Nothing. It was super comfortable!

- Koketso (9/5): Overall good - Booking.com Poor internet connection
- Umar (7/5): Good -
- Mercy (6/5): Overall its a good place that needs maintenance. Staff should be more attentive. - Breakfast was not great. Had to wait a while for it to be prepared and when it came it was cold. The bathroom tub was leaking after a bath. Not sure of the plumbing. I booked an executive room and did not expect this. Wifi was non existent although we were given wifi vouchers. Staff should be more attentive, placed food and drink orders which were never delivered.
- Simba (8/5): Very good - Decor
Location
Grounds
Cleanliness No filter coffee
- Kabelo (7/5): Good - Nice place The flies in the kitchen

- Motlhakola (10/5): Exceptional - Great room service and exceptional services provided by dinning.
The place is very tidy.
- Ronald (1/5): You guys need to do better because you are classified as a hotel but nothing meets the standards - Honestly, nothing. The place is basic Breakfast wasn’t appealing at all, just plain basic
- Obakeng (8/5): Pretty good for the location - The rooms are clean and decent. Big bed. There is a nice outdoor area and pool. Friendly staff. There was this mix-up regarding payment for breakfast every morning where I was told i would have to pay for a breakfast, even though my booking included breakfast. They did resolve it, though.
They don't have creamer on offer for coffee at breakfast time, just milk.
- Scheffer (8/5): Very good - It would be nice to have power plugs at the car parking to power up fridges and trailers during the night. Many overlanders need this.
- Jan (9/5): Superb -
- Corné (8/5): Very good - For the whole of 2023, our company exclusively used Serowe Hotel to stay and dine at. The owner, Warren, and his exceptional staff, was always accommodating, and service and food were always great. All rooms have recently been revamped and always clean and comfortable. Definitely suggest it to anyone staying for leasure or business. Wifi reception and speed were bad most evenings
- Sibusisiwe (5/5): Passable - The staff were all very friendly and the food from the restaurant was pretty good. I think they could be a little more thorough with cleaning, second time staying and on both occasions the WiFi didn’t work.
- Maipelo (7/5): Good -
