Les transats sont un peu défraîchis même si cela ne gêne pas à leur utilisation Il manque une petite table dans le coin salon pour le confort

• Rita (10/5): Amazing Sea Views - Splendid location with amazing sea views. Easy walk up and down the strip There was nothing we didn't like. The apartment is fine, spotlessly clean and in an ideal location with spectacular views.

Just a - Location and view from balcony Apartment is called Cabrera Suite, however it is located in the Sanos apartment block next door. I thought this misleading and the apartment needs a little bit of TLC.

• Joseph (9/5): Excellent apartment with great host Antonio and friendly staff - The location would be hard to beat. View from balcony fantastic. Apartment location with all amenities outside the door Bedroom was a bit tight due to very large king size bed. It was ideal for us.

Good shower The building that apartment is part of, stairwells & entrance looks unkept, off putting when you arrive.
• Lynne (9/5): Superb - The view is outstanding. Nothing beats sitting on your balcony and listening to sea it's that close. The location is ideal with a Spar nearby and close to bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment No air conditioning. Bedroom very hot and stuffy. A Dyson fan is provided which helped but was very noisy. However when you book it doesn't include air conditioning just didn't expect it to be so hot in November

The apartment was very clean with a view of the ocean that is second to none, it was very well maintained and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was cleaned every other day,with fresh towels aplenty,floors brushed and mopped,bins are emptied everyday. We had two of the politest and happiest cleaners you could have wished for. It was absolutely perfect. Going home .

• Alan (4/5): We have stayed in many places over a 20 year period of visiting Lanzarote and I must say this was the worst and did not - The location, the fridge freezer and the TV You couldn’t shut the toilet door and was without a lock, the bedroom door would not shut, the mirror in the toilet could not be used properly because of the reflection of the window opposite, also a long mirror was needed, the curtain-rail leading to the balcony could not be used and needs to be replaced, the floor tiles throughout the property are badly chipped in many places and look unsightly the bedroom was ridiculously too small for the bed, and the wardrobe could not be used unless the bedroom door was closed, the toilet and shower room needed of a total upgrade and there was gaffer tape concealing pipework near the base of the toilet. I also was constantly hitting my head on the wall cabinet as it was too close to the patio door and there should be a sticker on the patio door window to remind people that the door is closed. I could have included more pictures of the apartment, but it did not give me the facility to do so.

• Tanya (10/5): A fabulous, wonderful apartment with the ocean views! - The location was amazing, and the apartment had stunning views over the island and the ocean! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Antonio provided us with some great tips for places to visit. From the moment we stepped into the place until we left, everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing. Highly recommend.

• James (4/5): okay but cleaner will force you out before checkout time and is very rude - good location, good balcony view, sky tv address on booking.com takes you elsewhere on google maps and cleaner was very rude. she tried barging her way in at 10am when checkout is 11am, eventually forces her way in 10 minutes to 11 which makes me rush out and forget my favourite jumper and a couple other bits. message the property and i was told it was thrown out. in actual fact i expect the cleaner has taken it and will sell it on ebay. The cleaner also seemed to think i didnt know how to return the keys to the reception i got them from in the first place…..
