- ili mac (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας για ενα βράδυ ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι ηταν πολύ άνετο και γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο και το προσωπικό πολύ πρόσχαρο και ευγενικό. Αν ξανάρθουμε σίγουρα θα σας ξανα προτιμήσουμε!!!

- Susanne (8/5): Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Athen in Kleinstadt - Großzügige Zimmer, freundliches Personal, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gegend . Im Badezimmer sehr gute Pflegeprodukte von Korres. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Bad war etwas altmodisch und die Toilettenspülung laut.

- Bougiouri (5/5): Απογοήτευση - Είχαμε κλείσει ένα τριάρι τρεις κοπέλες.. στο δωμάτιο είχε ένα δείγμα σαμπουάν ένα αφρόλουτρο και ένα κρέμα ένα μαλακτική (για τα τρία άτομα όχι ένα για το καθένα).. ρωτήσαμε για οδοντόκρεμα και μας έφεραν μετά από 8 ώρες ένα μικρό δείγμα που είχε μια δόση μέσα και το βρήκαν «κάπου ξεχασμένο» όπως είπαν….. έπειτα από το πρώτο βράδυ ζητήσαμε να μείνουμε ένα ακόμα βράδυ αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα και το δέχτηκαν αλλά έρεπε να πληρώσουμε ακριβώς την ίδια τιμή κατευθείαν στο κατάλυμα και όχι μέσω εφαρμογής .. ωστόσο επειδή προέκυψε κάτι αρκετά σοβαρό χρειαστείτε να φύγουμε έκτακτως από το κατάλυμα… όταν πήγαμε στην ρεσεψιόν μας είπαν στις 19:50 ότι δεν μπορούν να μας επιστρέψουν κανένα ποσό εκτός αν ερχόμασταν μέχρι τις 18:00 πράγμα το οποίο δεν είχε ειπωθεί ποτέ από την ρεσεψιόν ! Επιπλέον πληρώσαμε έναν καφέ φρεντο εσπρεσσο που μας «πρόσφεραν » 4 € ο οποίος είχε γεύση από το φάρμακο της μηχανής … Σαν κατάλυμα ήταν επαρκές για ένα βράδυ αλλά το προσωπικό γενικότερα στα ξενοδοχεία οφείλει να σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα και πρόσχαρα γιατί πηγαίνεις για να ξεφύγεις από την καθημερινότητα σου και να απολαύσεις την ξεκούραση

- Benedicte (6/5): - Les chambres sont bien et propres. Bien situé quand on veut visiter Hosios Loukas et Delphes, tout en étant pas trop loin d'Athènes quand on a un avion à prendre ensuite. Attention à l'emplacement, c'est situé en bord d'une route très passante dans un quartier pas particulièrement sympathique. Quand on est dans l'hôtel, c'est bon, mais l'environnement est plutôt glauque (immeubles tagués, route bruyante, chiens errants, etc.) - Nous sommes venus en octobre, il faisait encore très beau et souhaitions profiter de la piscine. Celle-ci était fermée (alors qu'indiquée ouverte sur Booking - grosse déception des enfants...). Le restaurant était fermé aussi, on a dû se débrouiller avec de la vente à emporter et le supermarché juste à côté. On était clairement en fin de saison et ça se sentait vraiment. Au final, pas très sympa comme expérience.

- NADEGE (10/5): - Nous avions choisi cet hôtel à mi-parcours pour trois raisons : la présence d'un restaurant, la piscine et sa situation sur notre trajet. J'avais appelé avant pour demander des infos et il y a eu un quiproquo avec la personne au téléphone. Nous avions compris que le restaurant et la piscine fermaient à 23h00. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 très fatigués, impatients de nous reposer. La personne à l'accueil nous indique que le restaurant n'est que sur réservation pour les groupes et que la piscine ferme à 21h00. Seul le bar de la piscine qui propose des petits snacks et boissons étaient ouverts jusqu'à à 23h00. Face à notre déception avec deux enfants et à cette incompréhension, les jeunes femmes de l'accueil ont été extraordinaires pour rattraper la situation. Elles nous ont conseillé un très bon restaurant ouvert jusqu'à minuit, proposé de décaler la fermeture de la piscine et surclassé pour une chambre. Ça c'est ce que l'on appelle de la qualité de service. Nous avons finalement passé un très bon moment.

- Phil (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - Very surprised with the size and quality of the upgrade room we were provided with. Just a one night stay enroute from northern Greece back to Athens. Nice pool area, breakfast pretty good. Internet strength was great. Huge king size bed as well. On-site parking also. Despite being told some food options would be on offer until 7pm, when we went down for something to eat just after 6pm we were told that nothing was available? Then forced to wander down the street to local supermarket for something to eat. No close eating options without driving. Also had difficulty finding the hotel because GPS indicated it was in a different location?

- Noga (8/5): Great service - We stayed at Phillipos Hotel for one night on our way to Trikala and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff was super kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything, from the front desk to the dining room. The hotel style is slightly dated, but everything was well-kept, comfortable and true to the photos. The pool looked beautiful even though we didn’t get a chance to use it since we had to leave the next day. Location wise, it was convenient. just a short walk to a supermarket and a great café. It's not right in the center, but with a car it’s very easy to get around, and parking was no problem at all. Google Maps and Waze didn’t get the directions right and we drove around a few min before we found the place. keep that in mind when arriving.
- Anonymous Family (8/5): Charming memories of good old (hotel) days - Very friendly and dedicated staff. Rooms and hotel are very clean. Thank you for the stay! It is some time ago when the hotel had its grand appearance. Many things need renovation, but it still has its charme - compared to an old elegant lady, who sees herself in her Twenties when looking into the mirror. The English translation of the fire safety rules in the room was hilarious. The most funny version ever seen.

C'était dommage que la cuisine ferme à 19h, nous ne pouvions pas prendre des snacks très tard à la piscine, c'est vraiment le point négatif. De plus, quelques prises ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre.
