• Tanya (1/5): We did not stay and were gone within 45 minutes of arrival once other accommodation and refund was arranged - Nothing Upon arrival the PIN number given for entry did not work which resulted in a phone call to the owner. Once entered I proceeded to the bathroom to go to the loo, unfortunately before sitting down I didn’t check if there was toilet paper which there was not and no tissues either! I was not impressed. The hand soap had about 1cm in the bottom which was watered down. We proceeded to put stuff in the fridge which had off milk and a tin of opened moody coconut milk. Paying $550 for 2 nights and not providing the basic requirements did not sit well. This was enough for us to say we are not staying here! We phoned the owner and requested a refund which she was happy to do.

• Katie (6/5): All in all the property was nice. - The house was beautifully decorated with modern furniture. There was old lumpy milk left in the fridge dated 17th October. I pulled out 4 spoon out of the cutlery drawer before I found a clean one that wasn’t covered in foodstuffs. There was hair in various lengths on the bed and bedside tables. There was dishes left in the dishwasher from previous tenants.

• Louise (10/5): Perfect beach apartment - So clean and fresh, stunningly decorated, really good communication ahead of booking. Can’t get a better location, right in the heart of everything! Everything was perfect

• Bigredal99 (5/5): Lipstick on a porker - Very recent refurb. Good quality Miele appliances. Big fridge & TV. Comfortable bed. Located in an old unit block a few streets back from the water and behind commercial premises and a large carpark, access is via a long narrow drive, entry to and exit from which is made hazardous by cars parked very close on either side of the entrance. Wooden stairs to the first floor became slippery in the rain. Lured by the promise of a 'sea view', the best we could spot over the car park was a tiny patch of water in the far distance. The allusion to a 'view' is at best hopeful, and at worst a misrepresentation. The 'balcony' is a passageway 1200mm wide, used by other residents and tradies, with a narrow table and 2 chairs. Bathroom is small, and the shower recess cramped. We were surprised to find the washing machine drained via a pipe into the shower recess. Disconcerting. Renos in progress in the unit next door - lots of banging & grunting early and very late. Overpriced.

• Kirsty (7/5): Good - It was very close to alot, including shops and restaurants The location was very hard to find and not very clear where the drive way was located. There was no sign out front to locate the villa, it was only by chance that we did see it after circling around the block 2 times. The stairs are a little uncomfortable when raining if someone has poor balance or is taking suitcases up. It can be tricky to navigate, especially is poor lighting.
