- MARGARITA (6/5): - У отеля даже на букинге неправильный адрес, такси постоянно привозило и приезжало не туда. Расположение не далеко от центра, но рядом 2 шиномонтажки, ну такое. Белье разное, желтое 💛. Номер большой ! Самый большой треш был с персоналом. Парень на ресепшен, не успев я поселится в отель , взял мой номер из букинга, начал писать в ватсап , в 3 часа ночи предлагать одеяло ) предлагать вино на следующий день. Это просто странно, я путешествую много, но никто никогда не позволял себе брать номер личный из букинга. Затем оказалось, что в гостиницу вы не имеете права, никого приводить в отель даже подружку, якобы это семейный отель, но ресепшеонист имеет права, вам писать … когда я съезжала, тащила чемодан со 2 этажа сама, он сидел за стойкой, даже не помог. В общем отель без завтраков , без ничего … за эти деньги в Ереване можно снять гораздо лучше отель Да много чего

- Inna (4/5): - הצוות היה אדיב מאוד המיקום נוראי, רעש בלתי נסבל מהשכנים וגם מבחוץ, החלון של החדרים באגף השני של המלון יוצאים לחצר בית של המשפחה והילדים של המשפחה עשו רעש וצעקו במשך היום לפחות 4 שעות
- Ekaterina (2/5): отвратительная гостиница - Это был единственный свободный вариант Заехали в номер 01.08.25, жара, кондиционер не работает, попросили прислать мастера. В итоге, с горем пополам поменяли нам номер. Девушка была крайне неприветлива на ресепшене. Грязь в номере, не убирались. Полотенца грязные, пришлось просить,чтобы заменили. Жили 3 ночи, спросили убрать ли нам номер всего 1 раз на 2 день по вотс апу. Мы сказали, что конечно убрать. В итоге нас не было целый день, пришли, а там кровать не заправлена, кофе и чай недоложены, как и зубной набор. Воды вообще не было. Свет был подключен 2мя картами и держалось все на скотче. Завтрака не было и это все за 15 тысяч рублей в сутки. Такого убогого номера, обслуживания и отношения наплевательского я не видела еще ни в одной стране. Я снимала видео номера, фото не догадалась снять. Поэтому пара скринов всего.

- Umidjon (7/5): Comfortable for short stays. - The hotel’s convenient location and spacious rooms make it a reasonable choice considering its price. However, the cleanliness of the floors was quite poor, which was the only issue I encountered.

- Lailanie (8/5): We enjoyed our vacation in Armenia but the hotel could do better. - The location When we get in the room we saw a lot of glitter on the floor, on our 3rd day we asked to clean the room but when we get back to the hotel from our day tour the bedding haven’t changed, the glasses haven’t replaced for a clean one the glitters are still on the floor.

- Daria (10/5): Exceptional - This is already my favorite hotel,perfect option for both business , vacation. The room was so big and beautiful, with safe, clean bathroom, the bedsheets new and fresh. For sure I will come back. Only the registration was a little bit longer in reception.
