• SHADI (8/5): Nice clean apartment. - Nice apartment. Hot water, easy to reach the beach, city, supermarket just walking , free public Parking outside, clean apartment. Clean kitchen. The address from the booking.com is not correct. We had to contact the tel. Number to get the correct address. Please make the address correction. The street has a new name. The lady sent us a completely new link and that was the right direction. The building is at the beginning of the Torrenueva, not in the middle. Each room has an air condition but 2 out of 4 didn’t work ( the one in the livingroom and the other one in the main bedroom with the partially view to the beach). So it was very cold when we entered the flat ( beginning of February). But the remaining 2 A/C worked well to warm up the flat. Take warm clothes with you. Communication could be better. Giving an 8 because of all this reason.

• Guerrero Prieto (3/5): Para no volver - Espacioso De los aparatos de aire acondicionado , 2 no funcionaban en condiciones, se paso aviso y ni caso. El desagüe del plato de ducha no aspira a en condiciones con lo cual se salía el agua. Falta de enchufes eléctricos.

• Pilar (8/5): Piso grande reformado muy cerca de la playa y servicios. - Muy buena ubicación y con aparcamiento muy fácil. El piso está muy bien, ha sido reformado y es muy cómodo y funcional. Aún le faltan alguno detalles, como más menaje y decoración, pero está muy bien.

El primer día que llegamos nos mandaron a un apartamento que no era y tuvimos que llamar para que nos mandasen el código de otro apartamento por que se habian confundido. El piso sucio en general. Las sábanas sin cambiar y con manchas enormes. El baño, sucio. Dos de los aires acondicionados rotos y sin funcionar en toda la estancia. El tercer día allí nos quedamos en la calle por que no abria la cerradura de la puerta y tuvimos que avisar a la portera para que nos cambiaran la cerradura después de horas en el portal. A la mañana siguiente abre la portera de bloque con su llave nuestro apartamento y nos pegamos un susto que pa qué. Nos dijo que estaba fuera la muchacha de la limpieza y que teniamos que dejar el piso ya. Les dije que no, y le enseñé mi reserva de que ivamos a estar allí 1 semana. Otra vez se habian confundido con otro apartamento... No funciona ni el portero automático ni el timbre, pero podia a ver aporreado la puerta para abrirle. En fin un auténtico desastre... nos fuimos antes.
