- Robert (4/5): - This is not a bad hotel,just not what it is advertised to be. Upon arrival I was shown to a pokey little room which was clearly not what I booked. When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. It is not an expensive hotel but I just wish hoteliers would be truthful in their description.

- Lou Lou (10/5): A welcoming gem - The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve a western breakfast so it's all Thai breakfast , lunch and dinner which to experience this then it's perfect. The property gave a lot more but a fair price for the location a good stop over for this part of Bangkok , but if using public transport and not private transfer it is challenging but doable . We will use this property again for sure

- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - We had an event near the hotel so the location was perfect for us. It has everything we need. There is a minimart, laundry machine, pool and a gym. The location is also quiet and peaceful. A lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Night market is 3 minutes away :) The staff were helpful and kind. The room is big and has a refrigerator. everything is great!! none

- Marcus (3/5): Fake fotos and by far better description than the truth! - For the reason of our stay hotel was located fitting Fotos on booking are like fake! We did not find the pool or gym, rooms are not like you get impression of fotos! Trash cans and trash itself in front of each floor when you use the stairs. All in all not worth for a stay because description and fotos are deceiving!

Makro, Big C and food counrts at the bottom of the road. Nothing. Area was fine for an event we had at Thonburti University. A bedside cabinet at both sides of the bed would have been good

- Joy (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay, nice cozy and comfy rooms.. The staffs are all very courteous too.. The decor and aesthetics are very likable. This location is very far away from the centre for a tourist who might be in Bangkok for Khaosan, Sukhumvit. A can ride to and from here to main centre costs a lot. You won't find many tourists at all here... Hardly one or two.. So communicating also becomes difficult.

- Nydelyn (7/5): Good - The staffs were friendly and helpful. The place is okay for the price you pay. The wifi connection is terrible. It kept disconnecting most especially during the times you need it the most. Worst, it kept asking you to login to connect to wifi. I hope you can improve on this thing as internet connection is now a necessity to most people. The location is a bit out. We used grab all the times because the lrt station is far from Penyos. Another thing to note, Grab will show you Penyos Residence or Penyos Apartment and not Penyos Suite. We had trouble booking a grabcar at first when we were at the airport because we were looking for Penyos Suite and we have to call the property for the confirmation of the location. We have to buy a sim card that has voice call credit to make the call.
