- philippe (9/5): location tres bien, emplacement bof - L'hotel et la piscine au top ainsi que le personnel. le calme et l'appartement tres bien. Le lieu, le cadre au tour est entouré de travaux. Les ballades a pied ne sont pas tres sympatique non plus, manque d'aménagement encore plus le long de la mer

- Jessica (10/5): Heerlijk complex en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel - Het appartement is geweldig en ruim. Wij hadden 2 slaapkamers. Housekeeping denkt in ieder detail mee. Alles heerlijk schoon en goed verzorgd. Geweldig groot en verwarmd zwembad. Fijne gym en leuke fun zone met o.a. pooltafel en tafeltennis. Grote dank gaat uit naar Luca van de receptie. Zijn enthousiasme en betrokkenheid hebben ons verblijf nog veel leuker gemaakt. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig, in de nabije omgeving valt weinig te beleven.

I had to do some work online while there. There was building happening over the road with grinders and jackhammers so was pretty noisy during the day. Otherwise perfect. 👌

- Sonya (9/5): Great for a quiet break! - It is a lovely property. The pool area is great and you aren’t fighting for loungers. Great little pool bar with service to your seat. There is a small shop and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the hotel has all you could need. Kids loved the little gaming area. You are near the airport, it did not impact our stay at all but there are planes flying by. A car is a good to have as you aren’t very close to a lot of things but just a quick drive to the main sights. There is a lot of building work in the surrounding area which does not impact your stay.

Das Essen bei der Halbpension zwar sehr gut und auch mengentechnisch voll in Ordnung, die Auswahl an Speisen allerdings sehr begrenzt und dadurch, dass das Restaurant auch ein öffentliches war am letzten Abend wegen geschlossener Gesellschaft nur Roomservice beim Abendessen, und da hat dann leider die Hälfte nicht geklappt
- Arno93 (9/5): - Saubere, und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir waren positiv darüber überrascht, dass es trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen recht ruhig war. Es gab zwei Badezimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und Nespresso Maschine. Fitnessraum war verfügbar und für Hotelverhältnisse gut ausgestattet. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und auch Sonntags offen. Parkplätze auf der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel Abends oft voll. In den Seitenstraßen kann man aber trotzdem noch einen Platz finden. Schade, dass in direkter Nähe wenig gute/ordentliche Gastronomie verfügbar war (stattdessen Karaokebar etc.).

- Julie (7/5): Comfortable modern and clean with a great restaurant on site - modern clean with a top class restaurant and a good sized pool and kitchen facilities in your own apartment whilst still having the benefits of a hotel. It’s placed in a almost residential area with not many restaurants near by of a good stranded in fact the bar next door couldn’t be more opposite of the hotel so it’s in a odd place and you definitely need a car . Also the kitchen wasn’t so well equipped with basics like sieves grater peelers missing. Also no full length mirrors anywhere and the en-suite main bedroom is open to the bedroom with no toilet it’s a bit of an odd layout.

Geen boulevard of strand heel dichtbij, maar met een huurauto allemaal goed te doen. Wel lekker dat het vlakbij het vliegveld ligt. En erg jammer dat je niet in het zwembad met een balletje mag.

Nous avons eu un gros pb à notre arrivée, à 2h du matin et on nous annonce que notre chambre a été donné par erreur et que l’hôtel est complet. Jusqu’à plus 5h du matin nous avons attendu qu’ils trouvent une solution. Bref après 3h d’attente nous avons été surclassés.

Bardzo polecamy - Fantastyczna obsługa, bardzo dogodna lokalizacja do eksplorowania wyspy, z dala od bardzo głośnych hoteli, obiekt bardzo czysty, apartamenty przestronne, wygodne i codziennie sprzątane, śniadania wspaniałe, basen z krystalicznie czystą wodą, zdjęcia na booking są całkowicie oddające klimat i jakość miejsca. They need to stop spraying their hotel scent/perfume everywhere. It’s not only overpowering, other guests also complained, but the room, elevators and other areas reek of it. From a purely medical point of view it’s likely not health promoting either, many of these products being hormone disruptive and more.

Very well equipped, modern equipment and fantastic seating views. The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. If I was hyper critical, I would say the noise from the construction work on the site adjacent was a distraction but completely out of the control of the hotel and noise was kept to a minimum.

- Elise (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig en zeer proper nieuw complex. - Nieuw en prachtig appartement. Alles werd iedere dag zeer goed schoongemaakt. Goede uitstraling De bouwactiviteiten aan de overkant van de weg. Hoewel de overlast niet ernstig was.
- Leber (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Empfehlenswert! - Das Personal war grossartig! Die Apartments sind wirklich sehr sauber und grossräumig. Es hat 2 schöne Badezimmer mit Duschen. Die Lage war ruhig und man konnte mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichen. Das Gym war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Kabelzug. Das Hotel war wirklich von oben bis unten sehr schön eingerichtet, vorallem die Lobby. Die Küche war leider nur sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, könnte ausgebaut werden, wenn jemand wirklich jeden Tag kochen möchte.

- erica (10/5): Super consigliato! - Siamo stati davvero bene in questa struttura, tutto nuovo, moderno e pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il plus sono stati Denis e Luca, i ragazzi della reception:cordiali, preparati e davvero disponibili in tutto ma anche le signore che si occupavano della pulizia, davvero davvero impeccabile! C’è molta cura nel mantenimento di tutta la struttura( a tutte le ore troverete persone dedite alle pulizie,alla manutenzione ecc) che garantisce un livello molto alto di servizio. È stato un piacere soggiornare da voi,grazie di tutto e a presto!

Pero nosotros cenabamos en el restaurante del hotel todas las noches y queremos resaltar la gran calidad y la excelencia de su cocina y de su chef, disfrutamos todas las cenas muchisimo.

By the time you get to a sink you’ve touched the light switch and door handles ! No hooks in the bathroom to hang wet bath towels up … or hooks anywhere for jackets ! - Ingo (10/5): Ein komfortabler Urlaub in ansprechendem Ambiente - Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig, komfortabel und ansprechend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr groß und mit vielen nützlichen Geräten ausgestattet. Eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden und Kapseln werden auch wieder vom Personal aufgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der angenehm beheizte Pool und die bequemen Liegen am Pool. Auch die Getränke und Snacks an der Poolbar fanden wir richtig gut. Im Hotelrestaurant haben wir ein Mal gut gegessen, sonst waren wir auswärts essen. Die durch die Flughafennähe zu hörenden Flugzeuggeräusche haben uns nicht gestört.

- Angelique (8/5): - Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern, Halbpension. Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit Poolblick. Zustand sehr hochwertig und neu. Poolliegen reichten ohne Probleme für alle Gäste. Service an der Poolbar war super. Poolhandtuchwechsel war täglich möglich. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine hochwertige Anlage Lärm: Aktuell (Oktober 2025) laute Baustellen sowohl vor als auch hinter dem Hotel. Zudem liegt das Hotel in der Flugschneise des Flughafens. Auf den Hotelzimmern hörten wir nichts von all dem, aber natürlich am Pool. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht: morgens reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, abends À la carte 3-Gänge-Menü. Dies war optisch stets ein Hingucker und geschmacklich sehr hochwertig und lecker, ABER - wir verbrachten jeden Abend 2,5h - 3h beim Abendessen (viel Wartezeit zwischen den Mahlzeiten) - für Familien mit Kindern zu lang - auf der Abendkarte waren nicht alle Gerichte ohne Zuzahlung wählbar - Kinder durften ausschließlich Kindermenü wählen (hier standen nur zwei fleischhaltige Menüs mit Pommes, ohne Gemüse zur Auswahl (Burger und Chicken Sticks mit Pommes). Dies ist definitiv unzureichend - vor allem bei einem mehrtägigem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Menükarte für Kinder sollte zumindest um vegetarische sowie Nudelgerichte erweitert werden.
- Lola (10/5): Un séjour en famille agréable reposant nous n’avions pas envie de partir - Nous avons passée un séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement, les lieux sont très propres les chambres sont parfaitement nettoyé chaque jour, le service de restauration est délicieux les petits déjeuners le sont également. Cet hôtel mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. Rien tout était parfait durant notre séjour

A few in particular stood out but that was mostly down to spending a lot of time around them. staff: Rossy was majority of the time our server for brekkie, dinner, pool cocktails. She’s amazing. Definitely deserves a raise, it was so so lovely to see the same smiley face at most of our meals and pool time, she was excited to see us everyday and made us feel like we had reserved the entire venue, nothing was too much to ask! staff: Luca at reception was amazing - made our stay unforgettable from get go! Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including every little tiny request. Complex smells amazing. Rooms/lobby. Great music vibes lofi beats. Excellent rooms, boho/lux interiors. Bosch oven/microwave/dishwasher ect. Food/drink: Tartar salmon bao bun compliments of the chef were exceptional. Pani puri compliments of chef, sensational! ❌ I have to be EXTRA picky on room for improvement as everything really was generally perfect!! it’s things that could be improved rather than things I didn’t like. Majority fish on half board menu Lack of full length mirror in rooms Slightly too many cocktails on menu have cinnamon syrup, it’s an acquired taste - none of our group likes cinnamon syrup however staff were very welcoming to the idea when we asked if we could still have the drink minus this ingredient. Noisy AC room 312 Given how exceptional dinner is, brekkie could be improved (eggs Benedict sauce in particular and possibly fresh pastries closer to end of brekkie time, didn’t get them unless we came down super early)

Merci également à Doryne (restaurant) qui à su nous mettre de bonne humeur dès le matin lors du petit-déjeuner. Enfin, l'endroit est très propre, et bien entretenu, tous ce que l'on peut demander lors d'un séjour. Le petit déjeuner à qui ouvre à 7h30 peut s'avérer tard pour certaines personne qui envisage de planifier des activités assez tôt le matin.

It was a little noisy opposite due to some building works. Apartment could do with a few more utensils e.g. wooden spoon, place Matts. Food in the restaurant was great but we did have to ask for a drinks menu one night and the other we had to ask for a desert menu
- Marica (9/5): Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder - Das Essen war allgemein sehr gut, Frühstück ausreichend und sehr gut. Wir haben HP gehabt und waren sehr froh da das Restaurant ein sehr sehr gut war. Alles wurde frisch vorbereitet, einfach perfekt. Es war alles in Ordnung
- Johannes (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit super Restaurant und guter Lage zum Golfplatz und einem wunderschönen beheizten Pool, der leider morge - Super, schöner beheizter Pool. Absolutes Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Aber leider kann man erst ab 10:00 Uhr schwimmen gehen. D.h. weil das Frühstück nur bis 10:30 Uhr geht ist ein Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück so gut wie unmöglich. Deshalb war der traumhafte und beheizte Pool für uns leider nur sehr begrenzt benutzbar. Schöne Zimmer. Gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücks Restaurant. Sehr gutes Abend Restaurant. Alles etwas kalt war uns das Personal einen kleinen Heizlüfter gegeben, der unser Aufenthalt sehr verbessert hat. Dass man keine gemeinsame Lösung gefunden hat um ein Frühschwimmen zu ermöglichen. Ich wäre selbstverständlich auch vor der Pool Mannschaft schwimmen gegangen, so dass ich diese nicht gestörte. Begründet wurde das mit gesetzlichen Auflagen die nicht existieren.

- '-_Daniel_-' (8/5): Guter Standort für Ausflüge - Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und werden gut gereinigt. Das Putzpersonal und die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell und gross. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Meine Empfehlung, ohne Frühstück buchen und sich ein paar Aufbackwaren kaufen. Es ist gemütlicher in der Wohnung zu Frühstücken und schmeckt sicher auch besser. Das Essen an der Poolbar kann ich empfehlen, wir hatten diverses von der Karte und alles war sehr fein. Wir waren zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, das Frühstück war jedoch für eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft nur ausreichend. Das Personal im Restaurant war beim Frühstück und Abendessen meist unmotiviert und schlecht gelaunt. Es kam extrem auf das aktuelle Team an, wie man bedient wurde. Es gab drei motivierte Mitarbeiter, die anderen waren alle sehr launisch. Das Essen im Restaurant ist OK, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt jedoch nicht. Bei diesem Preis muss dass Essen besser sein und mitiviertes Personal vorhanden sein. Zudem sind die Wartezeiten zu lange. Es scheint, dass Klimaanlagen oder Abzüge mit anderen Zimmer verbunden sind, da wenn man seinen Abzug (Badezimmer, Küche) abgestellt hat, Kochgerüche oder Rauch von anderen zu riechen ist. Die ersten Tage hat wohl ein Nachbar geraucht, diesen Zigaretten Geruch zog es dann rüber in unsere Wohnung, was etwas unangenehm war. Gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes hat ein Nachbar oft Zwiebeln angedünstet, dieser geschmack verteilte sich dann in unserem Schlafzimmer. Seife und andere Badezimmer Artikel wurden nur sehr selten aufgefüllt oder erneuert.

- Christian (7/5): Kein 5 Sterne Aufenthalt - Pool ist toll und beheizt. Alles sauber und ordentlich, Abendessen (bei Halbpension) ist zwar gut aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Man bekommt eine Karte und bestellt quasi Gerichte, die dann frisch zubereitet werden. Nach einer Woche langweilig. Für Kinder kaum etwas dabei, aber alle Gerichte können auch von den Kindern bestellt werden. Einige Gerichte sind auch zuzahlungspflichtig. Zum Frühstück war alles relativ unkoordiniert und das Personal teilweise unfreundlich. Außerdem war das Frühstück kaum mehr als mittelmäßig und relativ geschmacklos präsentiert. Zum Abendessen lief alles etwas koordinierter ab aber das lag vermutlich am Personal (anderes Personal zum Abendessen), leider sehr lange Wartezeit und teilweise auch planlos wirkend. Am letzten Abend bekamen wir ein Rechnung für das Essen präsentiert obwohl Halbpension inklusive war. Das konnte zwar geklärt werden aber nachdem ich den Hinweis bei der Bestellung schon 3 mal gegeben hatte, sollte so etwas nicht passieren. Kaffee auf dem Zimmer wird nicht nachgefüllt. Hab ich so auch noch nicht erlebt in einem „5 Sterne“ Hotel. Insgesamt trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen.

- Timi (10/5): Faultless stay - Friendly, efficient and hospitable receptionists, with a special mention to Luca, Sofia, Hector and Denise (the only ones we met, sorry to anyone else!) who gave great recommendations for places to visit and were readily available and more than happy to help with any enquiries we had. The rooms are incredibly clean, spacious and modern with a great range of amenities and we loved all that we could make use of a fully kitted out kitchen. The beds were super comfortable with great quality linen and the bathrooms had spacious showers with great water pressure. The balcony was large with two deck chairs to lounge on with a table and chairs to unwind and enjoy the view of the large pool, whilst still being relatively private. The cleaning team provided high standard room service and were extremely professional. Despite being close to the airport, there's minimal noise from overhead air traffic so you'll encounter minimal disruption. The location is fantastic - a short drive from most of the island's attractions and a 15 min drive from Costa Adeje. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly 5-star stay on this beautiful island. Everything was great

- Elske (9/5): Super fijne plek op Tenerife - Super mooi en uitgerust appartement. Fantastische dagelijkse schoonmaak, echt complimenten voor het schoonmaakteam. Top receptie-team, heel gastvrij en vrolijk. Hele leuke beachbar met heerlijke cocktails en salades. Bruno echt de beste en leukste barman aller tijden! Heerlijk zwembad! Tip: huur een auto; Masca, de Teide en Santa Cruz zijn echte aanraders! Verbeterpuntje voor het management: begeleid het horecapersoneel goed, er lopen toppers rond maar ook personeel die het vak echt moeten leren en waar veel mis gaat, niet omdat ze niet willen volgens mij maar omdat ze geen goede begeleiding krijgen….
