Breakfast was great and room was big and confortable. Staff cant comunicate properly in english, always with translator by phone.

- Francisco Javier (10/5): Buena ubicación y calidad para Feria de Canton - El hotel tiene una ubicación conveniente para asistir a la feria de Canton, el viaje es de 10-15 minutos máximo. El bus del hotel a la feria y de vuelta es una ventaja. El desayuno incluido es una muy buena opción, muy variado y buena calidad. Además te reciben paquetes y la atención del personal es muy buena y buscan la manera se resolver. También durante las tardes tienen té y snacks para los huéspedes en el lobby. El estilo en la decoración de las habitaciones podría tener un update. Simplemente por estilo, porque todo funciona muy bien y está en muy buenas condiciones.

- Alessandro (7/5): Nice hotel, but unacceptable cigarette smell in non-smoking room - I have stayed at this hotel several times during the Canton Fair. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient with shuttle service to the exhibition center. Overall, it offers good value for money. During my last stay, the room had a strong cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. This significantly affected my comfort and should be better managed.

- Kristo (9/5): Superb - It is close enough to the Canton Fair Complex 25 min walk or 5 min cab, but yet is within a populated area. Place is clean and upscale. The Gym was quite good and adequate. They are very sticky with the rules around using the swimming pool. I felt policed so didn;t use it.

- Kirill (10/5): Exceptional - Modern stylish hotel in 15 minutes drive to Canton Fair and city business center. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Good various breakfasr. Staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Huang Xiamin for the help. I am very satisfied with this hotel. My room had a small smell of cigarettes.

- Ana (9/5): Overall it was good, and even though staff not speaking English, they were friendly and using translation. - It was clean and well organised Nobody was speaking english….sorry but i am a tourist and to come in a hotel, not a cheap one, and to have 2 people out of allll the staff speaking a litttle bit of English….this is disrespectful

- Charles (4/5): Disappointing. The rates to pay for the room is 5 stars hotel rates, but not to expectation - The sink was choked. I feedback to the reception. They informed the technical has rectify. But when i try to use it after back from my outing, the sink is still choked. The breakfast varieties need to be impoved. Too localised and heavy after eating.

- Mohammed (8/5): Very good - The staff especially Evan and Jerry were very helpful. The hotel is very clean and rooms are exceptionally large. The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. The breakfast had very little or no vegetarian options. Sad as we had paid for breakfast but were only eating toast or a fried egg. I didnt like the fact there was a fee taken from my account and additionally I was asked for another deposit. This is not a good policy and should change.
- Courtney (6/5): A mixed bag - the rooms were a generous size and bed super comfy. Gym was decent too. the lady on reception was very helpful when I needed to book a taxi as my Ali pay wasn’t working properly. as a non mandarin speaker I really appreciated her help as it can be quite stressful communicating sometimes. My toilet wouldn’t flush but luckily the room had two toilets so I just used the other. when I went to the day spa I felt like the staff behind the desk (about 6 of them and youngish) were all laughing and commenting on me, I clearly didn’t speak mandarin and just felt very uncomfortable, so I turned around and left again. the breakfast was catered very much for the locals and not for international/western guests so I didn’t eat anything other than a banana on toast, being a vegetarian. great if you speak the local language but not catered for westerners.

- Tuan (8/5): Very good - The hotel room is nice, the hotel location is good with my work. The service here seems to be inadequate, possibly due to the long closure of covid epidemic. The staff here barely speak English, but fortunately I met Ms Flora, shi is good english. I would like to thank Flora for her enthusiasm in some of my support during my stay. The restaurant serves breakfast with a diverse menu, but for someone who stays for a week like me, I still want a more diverse menu to make breakfast less boring. Anyway, Chinese food is very good
