- Roman (10/5): Sehr schön. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Sehr gute Auswahl und es war auch noch möglich zusätzlich Spiegelei oder Omelette zu bekommen. Wir haben den Bus verpasst und sofort wurde uns angeboten mit uns zum Bahnhof zu fahren. Ebenfalls die Zimmer waren sehr schön.

Lage ist gut, das Dorf ist in ca. 10-15 min zu Fuss erreichbar (Am Abend lieber eine Taschenlampe benutzen da der Weg wenig Licht hat und sehr rutschig ist) Die Busstation ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Letze Busfahrt ist allerdings schon um 19.00 Uhr. Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte eine grosse Auswahl. War alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit

- Glynis (10/5): The best Switzerland experience ever. Thank you to this wonderful nation. - I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves a five plus review. Every single thing was exceptional. The family run business was evident. Smiles galore and super helpful from booking tickets to the Top of Europe to ski passes. Afternoon complimentary cakes and cozy fire place. The most amazing breakfast with soft boiled eggs, any coffee drink, bacon, ham, fresh fruit, cut to eat bread. And the amazing Mountain View’s. Bathrobes, amazing comforters and make up mirrors. Not to mention pick up and drop off from the train station by Pedro from Portugal, who was super helpful and fun. New Years Eve from our balcony watching the fireworks over the mountains was magical. I cannot say enough about how I loved this place. Not one thing.

- armin (1/5): sehr sehr enttäuscht wir wollten nur schnell weg - Das Hotel war von aussen und innen ganz passabel. Sehr enttäuschender Service. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns vom Personal unerwünscht. Es gab keinerlei Informationen, nur die Zimmerkarten. Beim Frühstück wurden wir erneut unfreundlich behandelt, ein freier Platz am Fenster wurde uns ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund verweigert. Um 10:00 Uhr wurde die Kaffeemaschine gereinigt, obwohl das Personal gesehen hat, dass wir noch Kaffee wollten – ohne Alternative anzubieten. Auch beim Auschecken kein Interesse, nur Rechnung und ein trockenes „Tschüss“. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort – der schlechteste Service, den wir je erlebt haben.

Le personnel attentif et soucieux xde régler les problèmes. Une isolation phonique entre les chambres un peu juste peut-être avec les animaux domestiques dans les chambres voisines.

- Latifa (3/5): لا أنصح - الباركنق مجاني اولاً الفندق مستواه 3 نجوم بكل المقاييس اذا مو اقل موقعه بعيد عن السنتر ومرتفع يعني الطلعه والنزله جداً صعبة .. فيه باص يودي السنتر ويرجعك الى نقطة فندق البنبليك 6 دقايق عن الفندق ولكن المشي مو بهالسهولة خصوصاً لو فيه اطفال او كبار سن المنطقة جدداً كئيبة والفندق يجيب الغلقة والغرف تعيسة والستاف نفسياتهم شينه! فيه وحدة تنافخ عالناس الصبح فالفطور ، وطلبت من الرسبشن محول الشاحن قالت ادفعي تأمين 20 فرنك! ووقت التشك اوت يطلبون كروت الغرفة :/ باختصار ، الفندق لا انصح بالسكن فيه ابداً ومايستاهل سعره وقريندلوالد بكبرها حدها زيارة فقط

The walk from the last bus stop is quite steep, and I would have expected the hotel to provide van service to town in addition to train station or Eiger lift.

La vista desde el lugar de desayunos y cenas es increible La informacion turistica brindada en la recepcion no fue muy buena. Esperabamos que nos den una mejor orientacion sobre puntos de interes y medios de elevacion, ya que hacia mas de 30 años que no visitabamos Grindelwald
