A cerca de 20min a pé do centro mas tem 2 estações de metro próximas. Boa comunicação e facilidade no check-in. Falta uma vassoura e esfregona para limpar caso necessário.

I couldnt boil my baby’s water in the boiler because it was rusty. There was hair in the bathroom. Its should be more clear especially the toilet. Toilet brush should be changed..

• Odile Inés (7/5): Agradable - Es un departamento amplio y cómodo. Bastante bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas cómodas. La cocina está bastante bien provista con todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos días. El check in era a la tarde pero supuestamente se podía dejar el equipaje antes, a partir de las 11.00 am. Por eso contratamos ese alojamiento, porque llegabamos temprano a la ciudad y para poder recorrerla necesitabamos dejar las cosas. Fuimos a la hora señalada. Para poder acceder al departamento y dejar nuestro equipaje nos dieron un código. Logramos abrir la cajita a donde van las llaves, pero no había ninguna llave. Tratamos de comunicarnos a través de booking y de un número de celular pero nadie contestó. Lo hicieron horas más tarde, cuando ya estaba todo solucionado. Estabamos con niños y todo el equipaje sin saber que hacer. Un rato más tarde aparecieron los huespedes anteriores que todavía no se habían ido y tenían ellos la llave para ingresar al departamento, así que recién ahí pudimos dejar nuestras pertenencias. Por otra parte, me resultó incómodo que el baño estuviera separado. Por una parte la ducha y en otro cuarto el inodoro, en donde había un lavamanos pero no funcionaba.
• juhyun (10/5): 최고의 숙소 - 위치가 너무 좋았어요 체크인 과정도 너무 쉬웠습니다! 온수도 잘나오고 집이 따뜻해요 겨울에 여행해서 이 점이 참 좋았어요 아파트 크기도 크고 좋았어요 너무너무 만족한 숙박이어서 다음에 비엔나에 방문한다면 여기서 숙박할 것 같아요 교통이 정말 편리하고 마리아힐퍼거리가 도보권이에요 지하철역 버스정거장도 가깝습니다 그냥 집 앞이에요. 교통이 너무 좋아서 택시나 우버를 잘 타고 다니지 않았어요! 식기류나 냄비도 다 있어요. 세탁기도 있는데 세제는 없어서 가져오시는거 추천드리고, 저는 장기 숙박해서 휴지랑 쓰레기봉지가 부족해서 부족하다고 연락드렸더니 사라고 하셔서 장기 숙박하시는 분들은 가져오시는거 추천드려요 마트도 근처에 있어서 정말 편했어요! 최고의 숙소였습니다! 그리고 비포 선라이즈 장소인 카페 슈펠이나 알트앤누가 도보권이에요! 그만큼 중심부에 위치해있고 슈테판 성당광장도 지하철 타면 20분도 안걸렸던 것 같아요. 이 숙소 고민 중이시라면 전 강력 추천드려요

Easy to find food at Billa and Spar near to the apartment. Bed is not comfortable and no sofa bed. Apartment key located in the safe box beside the apartment door, was not clearly mentioned in the check in instruction.

• Tuba (10/5): insgesamt war es sehr schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt - Der Aufenthalt im Apartment verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit ideal für einen Kurztrip. Für 4 Personen hat das Apartment vollkommen ausgereicht, die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés befanden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet – besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, egal ob zum Kochen oder für einen guten Kaffee, dank der Kaffeemaschine. Alles war sauber und funktional, auch das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann.

• Erofili (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και είχε συνέχεια ζεστό νερό. Αν και στις οδηγίες αναφέρθηκαν μόνο οι σκάλες για την πρόσβαση στον δεύτερο όροφο, στο κτήριο υπάρχει και ασανσέρ. Το στρώμα θέλει άμεσα αλλαγή! Ήταν πολύ μαλακό δεξιά και αριστερά και στη μέση ήταν σκληρό και έκανε βουναλάκι. Επίσης χρειάζονται αλλαγή τα μαξιλάρια! Καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν 2 μαλακά και 2 σταθερά για να μπορεί να επιλέξει καθένας αυτό που τον βολεύει.

Faltaban utensilios para cocinar y papel de baño, que solo dejaron dos rollos, al final tantos días se acaba y tuvimos que comprar nosotros. No está en el centro, aunque el barrio tiene de todo y es una maravilla.

El check in fue facilísimo no batallamos nada, tienes buen wifi y todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia cómoda y tranquila. El bus pasa justo enfrente del apartamento así que fue fácil movernos y transportamos al centro de la ciudad, como sugerencia No vallas al lugar de hamburguesas de abajo Voodo burgers dan un pésimo servicio, mejor ve a Maza Burger el chico super amable y las hamburguesas excelentes. • Ina (8/5): Bester Ausgangspunkt für Wiener Erlebnisse. Mit Start am Naschmarkt😋 - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Bushaltestellen vor der Haustür, mehrere Cafés ebenso. Die Wohnung ist über eine Galerie mit schönem Innenhof erreichbar. Wir hatten Erinnerungen an spanische Kolonialarchitektur auch wegen der gewaltig wuchernden Pflanzen mit riesigen Blättern vier Meter hoch. Die Maisonettewohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Die ins Dach geschnittene kleine Terrasse hat Charme . Der Verkehr morgens. Mit geöffnetem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig.

• Kristin-Noelle (7/5): Preis-Leistung gut, super Lage, aber nicht bei heißen Temperaturen geeignet - Sehr gute Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Auch Check-In/Check-Out war sehr einfach und die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht gedämmt - bei sehr warmen Temperaturen fast nicht auszuhalten. Und leider war der Deckenventilator im OG an die Treppenleuchte gekoppelt, daher in der Nacht nicht nutzbar. Hier bitte entweder entkoppeln oder beschriften wie man das machen kann. Die Basics an Ausstattung waren da (Fön, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier), jedoch hat in der Küche einiges gefehlt. Hier wäre es schön gewesen Geschirrspültabs, Küchentücher und eine Grundausstattung an Zutaten fürs Kochen zu haben.

Muy silencioso y se descansa genial. Para ir de turismo, que no se pasa mucho tiempo en el sitio, está bien, pero por el precio esperábamos mejor limpieza (cosas sucias y sin productos), elementos rotos o muy usados, vajilla escasa, etc. Le falta mantenimiento.

• Tenghsuan (6/5): - 位置很不錯，走到霍夫堡20多分鐘。房子旁邊就是兩間超市，一般日常採買都很方便。維也納週日超市不營業。很喜歡房子外的小院子，當初是為了這個院子而訂的，天氣好的時候在外面喝咖啡吃點心，應該是不錯的體驗。 房子有很多地方都需要修繕，比如有些燈不亮，烤箱不能用，浴室蓮蓬頭無法固定。我們四人住三晚，只給我們兩卷剩下1/4的衛生紙，當晚即和房東反應了問題，訊息回覆很快，也答應第二天來檢查，但到退房都沒有人來解決。如果能把房間好好檢查整理，會是非常舒適的選擇。
• ikeefe91 (6/5): Very disappointing - The apartment was very pleasant, nice beds and good bathroom Listed as having 2 beds and a sofa bed...arrived late at night after finally managing to get in to find out there was no sofa bed so I had to sleep on the floor for the weekend. Was assured a 10% refund to make up for the fact the sofa bed was non existent and ruined my weekend by not having a bed. Plus the ceiling fan didn't work in 30+ heat so we had virtually no sleep all weekend.

Es war sehr warm und man konnte das Fenster zur Straße nicht offen lassen, weil es zu laut war. Das Fenster zum Innenhof war ungesichert, das war ein bisschen unheimlich, wenn es die ganze Nacht offen ist.

Flat had everything we needed, nice little terrace, lots of storage etc We were there on hottest day of year so obviously a top floor flat is boiling hot. Some shutters would have been good to avoid the flat heating up. Street very noisy when windows open at night to cool down. But ok with windows closed.
• Gerald (5/5): Lage und Groesse Aparmtent ok, Reinlichkeit und auch comfort von couch und Betten aeusserts fraglich - dieses Objekt punktet lediglich - und ausschliesslich - durch die City Lage, alles in Gehweite, Öffis vor der Tür; es war zwar angeblich ein "Reinigungsteam" vorort, da wir frueher angekommen waren konnten wir lediglich eine Dame antreffen, die aber sichtlich von der Arbeit ein wenig überfordert gewesen sein duerfte. Das Badezimmer war noch mit "Seifenresten" geziert in der Duschkabine, ein Pflaster mit Haarresten klebte ebenso in der Seifenschale in der Duschkabine, mehrere Oberflächenbereiche (insbesondere die Glastische, Nightstands) war mit Staub ueberzogen und mussten in Eigenregie gesaeubert werden. In den bereitgestellten Handtuecher waren "Haare" von offensichtlichen "Verbenuetzern", der Fussboden war staubig und das Geschirr in der Küche war sichtlich auch nicht unbedingt als "rein" zu bezeichnen! Fotos koennen bei Bedarf bereitgestellt werden!

Blisko pieszo go głównej ulicy handlowej oraz do głównych atrakcji Wiednia. Wejście od strony ulicy. Minus to brak parkingu, ale niedaleko był garaż podziemny.

• Ganna (9/5): - Комфортные, просторные апартаменты. Чистые, со всем необходимым. Есть стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, утюг, фен. Мы жили на первом этаже, с выходом во внутренний дворик, со столиком и креслами. Приятно утром выпить чашечку кофе) рядом с домом автобусная остановка. На автобусе 57А , доехать до дворца Хофбург - всего 3 остановки. До станции метро Pilgramgasse зеленая ветка метро U4 -прямая ветка ко дворцу Шенбрунн. В паре кварталов от апартаментов пешеходная улица с торговыми центрами и магазинами Mariahilfer Str.

• Yelyzaveta (4/5): Не рекомендую это жилье,было очень грязно,все заюзано в пятнах.В холодильнике оставили объетки,и был странных запах сига - Хорошая шумоизоляция Плохая уборка
